Floréal Belleville

Fabulous atmosphere, decor and concept here. A very old establishment with its original outside and raw flooring and walls keeping its original charm. The food was very tasty and good value. The menu was dated which leads me to believe it changes everyday which is always a good sign. Their menu is certainly based on the produce in season - for example, butternut squash risotto, chicken and mushrooms, and pumpkin basque cheesecake. When the bread served is not just a classic white baguette, you know it’s a good restaurant - the bread was of very high quality and extremely fresh. The carrot cake for dessert is one of the best I’ve tasted in Paris. The starters and mains were really flavourful. Would highly recommend.

I love coming here to work. It makes me focus somehow. There’s more people doing the same or others just chilling. The vibe is really good, the staff are friendly and the whole place is super nice! Recommend it a lot. I also like their wine 😮‍💨

The new staff is rude, the glasses are dirty, and the lattes are served with cold milk. The quality was already poor, but now it’s nonexistent. The only redeemable quality of this place used to be the friendly atmosphere — and that’s gone too. I definitely do not recommend it. Maybe in a year, when your staff learns how to talk to customers. Passez votre chemin !

every time i come here i thoroughly enjoy the ambiance and modern art nouveau environment. the low lighting and open air feeling create a sense of welcome that the staff cannot reciprocate. there is always a rude server here who is seemingly eager to be unfriendly at each and every interaction. and i didn’t even enjoy my drinks this time.

The place is very cozy. We were a big table of 12 people, shared some starters and had a main each. Definitely recommend the mushrooms, the eggs and the sparkling red natural wine!

Really cosy and nicely decorated place with friendly service. The food was okay but nothing special. Pretty small portions for the main dish which was chicken.

This was my first meal in Paris on a solo trip. I do not speak French, aside from the basics, and I was so nervous to go to a restaurant to sit and eat. I am so grateful I stopped here to eat. The young blonde haired man who was my waiter (and seemingly everyone’s waiter) was SO incredibly kind and I could tell he was working so hard all night. My compliments to chef—he was constantly busy and my meal of sausage with chimichurri sauce and polenta was delicious! I would absolutely recommend Floréal Belleville. Merci!

Amazing food and a nice staff. Sometimes they get too busy and it's hard to get quick service, but the atmosphere and the food are really worth it
