I recently moved into Florent, and I couldn't be happier! The staff here are exceptional—always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with any request. Maintenance is top-notch; they keep everything in pristine condition and respond promptly to any concerns I have. The amenities are a dream come true! From the stunning pool to the well-equipped fitness center and cozy lounge areas, every detail is designed for comfort and convenience. This place truly feels like home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic living experience!

Upon downsizing from our empty nest to The Florent, my husband, pup, and I were welcomed to the neighborhood by a caring team of Amazing Florent staff & wonderful residents. Waking each morning a part of this resort style family has brought so much joy to our lives. We finally found a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, Thank You New Friends 🏘️🐾

Florent is amazing! Our apartment itself is beautiful and super spacious. The building is so beautifully maintained, a modern yet cozy atmosphere and has so many amazing features/ amenities. The staff here are amazing, always welcoming and ready to assist for anything you need. Love it!

My husband, dog and myself moved in to The Florent in March. We love it here. Love the dog park and the size of the units. The team has been great and we are very happy with our move out of the city.

Where do I even begin! From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by The Concierge (Giselle) I knew what exactly what I was getting into. And then…. I met Elisa 😍 and that’s when I knew this is where I was meant to live. She instantly made me feel like family. And living here that’s exactly the feel you get. The assistant community manager Franc-Jon did my walk through with me on my move in day and went over everything with my apartment and since then has been so helpful with everything. Steven and Nick in maintenance are the best maintenance workers I have come across in all of the buildings I have lived in. Evelyn the new community manager has been nothing but attentive and responsive in every single detail any one of the residences needs. I can’t even explain the response . Everyone here is attentive and have the patience of saints and are so friendly that it’s hard to ever have a bad day, or a bad experience. And let’s not even being to talk about Jeremy.. nothing else needs to be said. Jeremy is the kindest most helpful worker here To say I have never been happier would be an understatement ❤️ loving my Florent home and family.

Elisa, the leasing professional, is a pleasure to deal with and has made the move simple and easy. The building and apartments are stunning, once inside the complex it feels like a vacation.

Florent is a beautiful place to make your home. The staff is amazing and very attentive to the needs of the tenants and make it their priority to make this place a pleasure to live in. Both Elisa and Evelyn are amazing people who want to help and make this experience the most comfortable and enjoyable for whoever is moving in. I highly recommend this lovely place as a home for anyone looking to live in the beautiful Garden City!!

Moving to the Florent was the best decision I ever made!! The entire staff here is TOP NOTCH!! They are so friendly and helpful…. Truly amazing!! I feel like I live in a hotel.
