Elisa brings genuine care, energy, and kindness to everything she does. She’s not just helpful—she makes you feel like you belong, and her presence is a big part of why Florent feels like home. Franc-Jon, the Assistant Community Manager, is always calm, professional, and dependable. He’s someone you can trust to handle anything smoothly and efficiently. Steven , the Service Manager, runs an outstanding maintenance team that’s always responsive and respectful. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping everything running seamlessly. The **Concierge team—Giselle, Bianca, and Eldridge—**are phenomenal. They greet you by name, treat you like family, and create a warm, friendly environment that sets the tone from the moment you walk in. Kriss, our Porter, keeps the community spotless and welcoming every single day. John and Eddie, the Handymen/Porters, are quick, kind, and always ready to lend a hand. Their work makes a huge difference, and they do it all with a smile. Evelyn, the Community Manager, helps keep everything moving behind the scenes and supports the team's efforts. It’s also been amazing to see how fast Florent is growing. The apartments are filling quickly, and for good reason. In such a short time, this place has become one of the most desirable communities around. Yes, the prices reflect a luxury standard—but what you get in return is priceless. From the team, to the design, to the service and overall experience, it's worth every penny. Plus, the location is unbeatable—right in the center of it all: shopping, dining, entertainment, and more, all just steps away. Florent isn’t just where I live—it’s where I feel like I belong. I have never came across such a beautiful and very well maintained place as Florent. From the first day I walked into Florent there was no doubt in my mind that I would want to make Florent my new home. It’s very beautiful and always smells fresh and clean. Upon downsizing from our empty nest to The Florent, my husband, pup, and I were welcomed to the neighborhood by a caring team of Amazing Florent staff & wonderful residents. Waking each morning a part of this resort style family has brought so much joy to our lives. We finally found a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, Thank You New Friends 🏘️🐾

Florent is amazing! Our apartment itself is beautiful and super spacious. The building is so beautifully maintained, a modern yet cozy atmosphere and has so many amazing features/ amenities. The staff here are amazing, always welcoming and ready to assist for anything you need. Love it!

My husband, dog and myself moved in to The Florent in March. We love it here. Love the dog park and the size of the units. The team has been great and we are very happy with our move out of the city.
