I recently moved into Florent, and I couldn't be happier! The staff here are exceptional—always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with any request. Maintenance is top-notch; they keep everything in pristine condition and respond promptly to any concerns I have. The amenities are a dream come true! From the stunning pool to the well-equipped fitness center and cozy lounge areas, every detail is designed for comfort and convenience. This place truly feels like home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic living experience!

From the first day I walked into Florent there was no doubt in my mind that I would want to make Florent my new home. It’s very beautiful and always smells fresh and clean. Upon downsizing from our empty nest to The Florent, my husband, pup, and I were welcomed to the neighborhood by a caring team of Amazing Florent staff & wonderful residents. Florent is amazing! Our apartment itself is beautiful and super spacious. The building is so beautifully maintained, a modern yet cozy atmosphere and has so many amazing features/ amenities. The staff here are amazing, always welcoming and ready to assist for anything you need. Love it!

My husband, dog and myself moved in to The Florent in March. We love it here. Love the dog park and the size of the units. The team has been great and we are very happy with our move out of the city.

Both Elisa and Evelyn are amazing people who want to help and make this experience the most comfortable and enjoyable for whoever is moving in. Moving to the Florent was the best decision I ever made!! The entire staff here is TOP NOTCH!! They are so friendly and helpful…. Truly amazing!! I feel like I live in a hotel.
