There are plenty of dining options within walking distance of the hotel, offering more variety. Its praise-worthy to say that the staff are all accommodating, friendly and always available on a call. You feel well taken care of, adding to the overall positive experience.

A very interesting and unique place to stay. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. It's definitely not a 5 star or a 4-star hotel. Yet it's a clean and very comfortable place to stay. Highly recommend it for those traveling on a budget. The best rooms are those with a balcony facing the courtyard. Now the bad news. The walls are paper-thin with the tv mounted on the wall separating each room. Unfortunately, you can hear every word of a conversation next door. I had multiple times where I had to bang on the next room to use their indoor voice or to turn down the blaring TV late in the evening. The pool can become complete chaos-packed with screaming unsupervised kids. We avoided the pool like the plague. The Bistro is quite good always enjoyed eating there.

Very nice hotel! Will definitely go back to Dumaguete and stay here.

I recently stayed at Florentina Homes with my friends and we had a great experience. All of the staff, including the receptionists, guards, and technician were extremely accommodating and responsive to our requests. Despite initial skepticism due to rumors that the place was old, we found that it actually had a lot of character. The room we stayed in was very spacious and gave off a homey vibe, making us feel comfortable and relaxed. Additionally, we appreciated the complimentary water provided by the apartelle. We also had the pleasure of dining at Gabby's Bistro, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, our stay was very convenient and smooth, and we would definitely consider returning to Florentina Homes in the future. We will also recommend this place to our friends and family who plan to visit Dumaguete.

Amazing place, just super lucky to find it by chance, I selected it cos it was close to the airport but it’s such a cool place, pool too, but the main best point was the restaurant, best menu of the Philippines so far! With very reasonable prices for great quality. I’ve already booked a place for my return otherwise I would stay here again! And staff were super friendly to us for all our questions about boats and places.

FLORENTINA HOMES is really what they call "your home away from home", the experience was great specially that we were accomodated by those very kind front desk employees, we unexpectedly got the spot to stay at the Tower room. The room was indeed fantastic, i really love the ambiance, the overlooking view from the top. The design was very artistic. What i was amazed the most was the comfort room & the shower. Haha. I really like the comfort it gives, it's cool. The food also at the gabby's bistro is delicious and affordable. Thank you so much Florentina homes and i super recommended it. The place is not just instagramable, it was whole thing extra amazing.

This place felt like home, friendly owners and staff. Vey accommodating and goes out of their way to do anything for their guests. Our room had a little garden in the balcony which was so cute and just lovely. Rooms are comfy and clean. Beautifully decorated with little details and paintings everywhere, just a happy place to be in. Food is AMAZING and so is their new coffee shop, really good coffee!!!! so conveniently located near the airport, main restos, and easy to grab a pedi cab right outside their hotel. They have a pool, a function hall, and a basketball court. Oh and they have room service which is a big plus!! I would stay here again and again a hundred times over it is truly a home away from home.
