I want to return back to Tel Aviv just for this great hostel. The location is perfect ( all the bars cafes and restaurants are near to the hostel). The rooms was okey ( I stayed in a 4ppl mix form, but there are female dorms , double bed etc), there are sheets and towels in a good situation. Te showers was also okey. You can make your coffee or your tea for free during the day , there is Wi-Fi and computers. The guys who worked in the hostel were super kind and friendly. The atmosphere was great especially on the rooftop that every night there is a party until 22.45. We met people all round the word , the music was great the beers very good and in a low price. They also organise party's at bars ( I think every night at 23.00 they are going all together to different clibs). GREAT !!!

Not great if you just want to sleep. Good if you want to party. Fairly gross sheets (brown and yellow stains) but clean. No lockers, nor are there any door locks, so you're going to have to have some faith in your fellow travelers. Small rooms but nice that they had AC. Very accommodating, but similarly so to hostels I've been to that also felt more clean, more comfortable, and more secure. If you want a good party experience then this place is likely quite worth it, but otherwise this place is mediocre.

I had three amazing nights at the Florentin hostel! I met friendly staff and guests as soon as I checked in. The hostel felt like an intimate and welcoming place. I received good advice from the staff about places to go in Tel Aviv, how to bargain shop, and where to go for city tours and pretty views. I loved best the hostel activities offered throughout the day: breakfast at 9, donation-based dinner at 8, social hour, and night life at the local spots. My room was comfortable and quiet with lockers available. The bathrooms and kitchen were kept clean. There's a book exchange library and comfortable spaces to hang out and meet other travelers. This place seems to attract positive and open-minded folks. Highly recommend you visit this friendly hostel!

So the hostel is probably one of the most basic hostels I’ve stayed in. When I say basic in the sense it’s not very modern looking inside, amenities, location wise. Also the sleeping arrangements are very basic too wired frames bunk beds and 1 plug socket. When you move around the whole bed creaks you feel like you don’t wanna disturb anyone etc||However, The people are just INCREDIBLE and really make up for everything else. The staff are soooo friendly warm and happy. The people staying the actual hostel are all really really nice too so it’s like we’re all this together and also befriended so many other solo travellers.

Definitely a party hostel for sure. The showers/bathrooms are huge, the bedrooms are small and cranky but cozy enough with AC available. There’s no noise after 11 I think so you can sleep in if you want. Very social here. I enjoyed my stay. Good for solo backpackers/travelers looking for a festive stay and to meet people

Personally loved this place to bits. Met lots of amazing people and had the time of my life. Although it is a party hostel and if you’re looking for a quiet ambiance, it might to be the best place to stay. Otherwise, the staff is super nice and the volunteers are the sweetest. And Florentine neighbourhood is close to everything, which was super convenient. 10-15 minutes to beach max. Love it :)

The staff here is superb! They really make you feel at home. Florentine is definitely a party hostel but doesn't get too loud or rowdy like other party hostels. The hostel is kept very clean and orderly by the number of volunteers. The rooms don't have keys but there is a code to get into the hostel so I felt very secure. They have a basic free breakfast (who doesn't love free?) and a nice dinner for your choice of tip. This was super handy, especially on the Sabbath. This was definitely the best hostel my friend and I stayed in in our 6-week trip. We made sure to come back after our stay in Jerusalem. Thank you Florentine!

This is a good hostel choice if you need something cheap and not too inaccessible. It's a bit outside the main part of the city and might take a little longer to get to, but it is close to done restaurants. There are all sorts of accommodations here from individual rooms to sleeping in common areas. The individual rooms are what you would expect from a hostel and no frills, but at least some of the individual rooms have showers and provide towels. This place has AC, WiFi, and breakfast. The staff here is friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere at night is quiet and I especially like the book exchange that's present. All said, this is a good place to stay, especially if you need something affordable, but be forewarned that it is a bit out of the way.
