This was my first visit here. It was very cute inside. The waitress was great she checked on us often and answered all our questions when ordering. The espresso Martini was delicious. Our table bread was crisp and ho it had the perfect texture. We got mussels for our appetizer. The sauce was perfect. I had the lobster fra diablo for my entree I felt my lobster was a bit undercooked it looked different from any lobster I’ve ever eaten The waitress took it back. But when she brought it back she said the cook heated my food. The same lobster was on my plate and still didn’t look good. That was the only thing I didn’t like about the visit it threw the rest of the meal off. Might give it another shot next time I’m around there

The service and food were excellent. The Chicken Marsala is always one of my favorites and this is the best I have ever had. Our waiter Andre graciously changed our table when my husband requested the more desirable table that opened up by the window.

Had brunch here. Very nice pasta and lobster omelette. However the service is a bit cold and feel like they want you to leave asap so they can't get more people in.

Wasnt busy yet was first told there was no room, despite only 4 tables being in use, maybe 5 people at the bar. We asked how long the wait was then they said they actually had a table. We only saw our waitress when ordering food and when we were well finished eating and asked for a check. Took 15 minutes to have our card ran. Food was okay, the experience was not worth the price. Bread makes a better brick than food

Vibrant restaurant in the middle of touristic area North End. Very cozy and Italian. Moscato was delicious. Food was good in general. We had zucchini flowers with ricotta, fried calamari and seafood plates. Services was a bit slow as it was busy lunch time. I was feeling very Italian.

I’ve hard about Florentino Cafe for a while now, primarily based on their basement seating… unfortunately, the basement is only open on Friday and Saturdays,is definitely good to know! I came her with a good friend of mine. She had made a reservation a couple days prior. Was definitely the way to go, it was a Thursday and alot of people were making their way in. We ordered some drinks and appetizers. Way too hot for an entree…Aperol spritz’s were very refreshing. What I loved about ordering these was hearing the bartender pop a new bottle of Prosecco😍 We got the meatballs ricotta and the Cesar salad. Meatballs were rlly soft/ delicate. I loved the ricotta with this dish, was so fresh and creamy…fell apart when you used your utensil. Cesar was perfect for a hot day. Dressing was great. Not to light not to heavy. Good croutons and parmesan shavings. Can’t go wrong with either. Staff was chill, nothing out of the ordinary. Good with refilling waters, getting dishes out of the way etc. One waitress asked us a question and walked straight away I was so confused for a second lol, we will blame on the heat. Come here with friends or family members. Great place for a drink and appetizers.

Cute place on the corner in little Italy. Great bar seats w, good music, a nice breeze coming in through the windows, sun shining and great service. Came with my mom and her friend. They were both impressed!

We reserved ahead of time for a night out in Boston. When we walked in, not a lot of people were there. Once seated, our waiter was helpful and started with water. We ordered bruschetta for an appetizer. We didn't expect any complimentary bread, so we decided to order the garlic bread. A couple of minutes passed, then we were handed complimentary bread; thus, we asked to cancel. We also received our bruschetta shortly after. I noticed that my plate was dirty, but that didn't bother me too much, as I was hungry. We ordered chicken parmigiana and rigatoni bolognese. Both were alright- the chicken parm felt like it was missing something, as it was pretty plain tasting. The rigatoni was good, the meat sauce was sweet. Overall, pretty pricey for 2 people, $77 without tip, but that's most likely expected at a white table cloth restaurant.
