Flores Boutique Hotel & SPA

Very nice hotel with a great location in Porto's historic center. Big terrace overlooking the city. The buffet breakfast was also very good. The service is very good, every staff member was nice and we were able to leave our bags and they had taken our luggage to our room before we got back. The rooms are also beautiful.

Location of this hotel is perfect, a 2 minute walk from Sao Bento train station. This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. My room was incredibly beautiful with a balcony view of the street below but noise levels were great inside the room. Gorgeous old hardwood floors and massive billowy curtains. The hotel spa is incredible with a huge Turkish bath. For under 100 euro I was speechless. The garden views on the balcony were gorgeous too. Service was also A+ with the front desk staff suggesting wonderful restaurants, tourist spots and when it rained and my umbrella broke they had some available to use! This was my favorite hotel I stayed at in Portugal!

This hotel is charming, and just a few minutes walk from the São Bento Railway station. The street that it is on has a number of small shops and wonderful little restaurants. Traffic is limited to delivery vans on this street, so your taxi may need to drop you off at a nearby intersection. Our room was of ample size and very clean. The only down side was a very high step to get into the shower/tub. There were no grab bars, and the base of the tub had a slight slope to it, and was very slippery. We had booked the spa for an extra €15 per person and were disappointed there, for several reasons: a) the sauna was out of service. We were neither informed ahead of time nor offered a refund. b) the temperature of the spa was cooler than bathwater! The desk staff said the law stipulated it could be no warmer than 30*C. I doubt it was even 28*. Then again, we're accustomed to spas in Japan which are typically 40*C.

Right in the middle of the old town with rooms overlooking the bustling street below. Our 1 bedroom apartment was large and very beautifully decorated in keeping with the late 19th century build. Cleanliness, appointments etc were excellent. Our only quibble is the the lighting was minimal and set at very low wattage which made reading very difficult. Reception staff were also excellent.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, which is on a popular street with plenty of activity, lots of foot traffic, shops and restaurants. I loved it. If you don't want busy surroundings, then this is probably not the best street to stay in but its great. The windows, in our 1 bedroom apartment, drowned out most of the noise from the street when the windows are closed. We had a street view which was i loved. The quiet in the morning and just looking out at night taking in the hustle and bustle of people just taking a walk or the sounds of restaurant conversations.. The apartment is big and spacious but I was surprised at the bathroom size for such a big apartment. Also the lighting in the lounge area is not great to be honest.. still a great apartment Diego checked us in after 9pm and he was so accommodating, friendly, explaining everything and even arranging a take away breakfast box because we had early tour the following day. He even booked our massages when we enquired about it. Great experience at the spa as well. The breakfast each morning was lovely. There are 3 times slots to accommodate everyone and the breakfast lounge is beautifully set up, with views of the courtyard garden.. I was disappointed with the pool as its not a regular pool but an indoor turkish style pool. The garden area it not very big but also has some great views. With the Clerigos Tower peaking out in rhe back. Definitely a hotel i would recommend

Great location and very clean. I wouldn't suggest paying extra for the villa rooms as they don't seem as updated as the other rooms. We were a bit disappointed that we were not allowed to drink our own alcoholic beverages in the common green area. As we were a family of 3 couples we got the villa room because we thought it would be nice to sit on the lawn and enjoy a glass of wine after a long day exploring Porto but were told by staff that it was not allowed. Toiletries were very basic but kitchenette was well stocked. We did not have the breakfast included so do not know how it was.

This is an excellent hotel situated in the centre of Porto. The service was excellent and the staff very helpful. We thoroughly recommend it. |A short walk to the river and a similar distance to the centre for the cathedral.|The short river trip was good and we enjoyed ambling around the city.

Great hotel in a central point in the city. Rooms are quite spacious. Bathrooms are big and renovated. Mind you that 2 person rooms are made by separating them from a bigger apartment-like rooms by closing one connecting door. That means that there is very little sound insulation between those rooms and you can hear everything. Interior of the hotel is really interesting and historic. It has an amazing inside garden and terrace overlooking the whole city. Breakfasts are ok, nothing special. The staff is really nice and helpful. I'd recommend to stay there.

We made a recent trip here and the hotel is small and quaint. Upon arrival staff was very friendly and eager to help. We got to our hotel room and was fairly compact but I didn't expect anything large in Europe. The bathroom layout was a little odd and the tub was fairly high to get in and out of. Have to be careful for disabled or elderly people. The steam room and sauna along with the relaxation pool is available for all guest even without a spa treatment which was super exciting but unfortunately I missed out because I wanted to sleep in. However, my husband went and said he enjoyed it all. The hotel is in a perfect location with lots of restaurants/coffee shops/wine shops/ and dessert places. We were pretty much able to walk to all the restaurants and lounges. Location was perfect!
