Flores has improved so much since Sam has come in and helped things out. A shame that no good louis is running things. Hopefully they get rid of him and let Sam run it full time.

We have made a habit of eating breakfast here on Saturday’s and we love eat!! Fast and awesomely friendly service from the best waitress Carmen. This lady always and I mean always has a smile on her face. Best of all she remembers how I like my hash browns. Carmen muchas gracias por su atención y su positiva actitud. Usted es la razón que nuestro almuerzo es más delicioso!! Oh and the food is great too!! La comida es la mejor!!

Flores meat Market has been around for years ! Excellent selection of meats and the store personnel are very knowledgeable of selection of meats. The restaurant has some of the best Mexican food you can get in El Paso ! The menudo is especially good and available everyday of the week. The prices are reasonable ! But if your having a cookout or just plain dinner, this is the place to go. The already cooked Brisket is outstanding !! I even brought beans from the restaurant and enjoyed them just like home made. Give the family owned restaurant and meat market a try it will be your worthwhile !!

This place was horrible don’t recommend it to anyone. First time their service was the worst. Those people were too busy cleaning forgetting about the customer. There food was cold no flavor, looks like we got all the leftovers. Tripitas were not fully cooked.. just a horrible experience!!!!!

Went this morning and I bought 4 rib3eyes 2lbs of riblets came home all the meat is frozen… over charged me and then the food alone you see in the picture is $35 so disappointed. I wanted to support local but how do I continue when This receipt is trash and the food is trash the cucumbers were old

We bought meat and when we’re putting things in the car we noticed we were missing meat went to the cashier and she told me it was my obligation to see what was being bagged. I was charged the $ 45 but was not given my meat. Cashier was rude and condescending I forgot why we stopped coming to Flores Meat Market they just reminded me. Never again don’t know how they are still open bitter, unfriendly people work there. Calling it the way it is.

10 out of 10 service is great food is good theme is good and classic everyone works hard and I heard a worker say I wanna make thid place even better than it is

I went into this market expecting a tiny place. This place puts other Northeast meat markets to shame. It has an old fashion deli, a grill with super-fast service. I bought a huge, shredded beef burrito for $3.99. Hospitality was amazing from all 3 staff members that were there. He is a member of the Northeast Business Association.

Worse customer service ever. We went to eat menudo and pozole. It was gross, it was bland, and salty. We called over who I assume was the owner expressed our concern and let him know it wasn't good. He seemed upset instead of being empathetic and understanding. I said we are the only ones who have complained all day and that we were picky customers. I never felt so embarrassed. Still had the audacity to ask us if we wanted to take it. I simply just asked for the ticket and paid.

Hospitality and food were both amazing! Definitely a place to check out again if you haven't in a while.

Menudo was ok BEWARE pay with cash only or make sure you check you bank statement because no breakfast should cost $ 99 dollars for two people! Triple charge on debit card, not good!

Don't waist your time in this place, the original owner is not working anymore here, but his rude son is there who is making you a favor if you are lucky enough to be acknowledged by his magnificent petulant majesty. Place is dirty, kitchen doesn't offer anything new, food is greasy and burnt, the menudo is more corn than meat, overpriced. Waiters at the restaurant area are competing with each other to be the rudest of them all. Get your business somewhere else were they will really appreciate you and treat you the way you really deserve.

Food was great here. They had some really good food, compared to a lot around. Real authentic, Faster service. And awesome people working here. The fact that it's a grocery store as well is a one stop shop. Great business they got going here

I visit El Paso a couple of times a year, and always come to Flores for breakfast (like every day of my visit). The burritos are really good, and you can see your food being cooked if you sit at the counter. Cook is always super friendly, as well as the cashier (who might be the owner?). My go-to is the burrito de rajas y queso.

I tried this restaurant for the first time. Never again! My bill was totally different from what the menu prices showed. I talked to the owners son about it, ( cashier) he argued with me & told me there was nothing he can do about it. He was full of attitude & tone, very rude. Check what they charge you before you pay. He charged me twice for my kids plate. Plus, the food was not even good. Better places out there. Fountain drinks had a refill charge.

The menudo is awesome in this place. But really you can't go wrong with anything you order from the restaurant area. The shop is a restaurant / meat market and has an excellent variety of meats and cuts with a butcher on site. Shopping or dining you won't be disappointed.

I'm so disappointed I usually go here for menudo and this time it was very salty. Reached out to manager on the phone and treated me Like an ass. What a rude gentleman. Never go there again. Because of him.

Smells extremely bad when you walk through the back to buy meat. My brother ordered ribeye meat but when he came home and cooked it, they actually put different quality meat in the bottom!! They scammed us!! Make sure you keep an eye out on the butchers so they don't try and change the meat on you.

Believe every negative comment on the owner and owners son . Which claims he is not the owner . I have been going to this meat place for about 20 yrs now and believe me he's rude all the time . I bought some ground beef and it was black inside and refused to refund money or exchange it . I told him I was not going to feed to my family and didn't care . I will ever go back again. There so many other meat markets out here , they should know that . I left the meat at store with no refund . I have never made any comments to any business but now I did . Horrible owners and practices they have . I'm sure they'll loose more customers than me

I've always liked this place. The staff is very friendly. Except. We bought 4 pounds of carnitas here, and we were only able to eat one. The other 3 were hard as rocks, dry! Took them back and didn't get a refund. We probably won't be going back.

There staff is freaking rude I just called for info on there meat. Having about 50 people coming over and need grilling meat and the guy answering phone was a total jerk/douche bag. Very rude and like he was bothered I was asking what prices he had on the meat. See Ya not shopping there At all.
