Great hotel for our visit to Positano! The staff are lovely and helpful and the rooms are nice with good views. They breakfast is great with beautiful views of Positano and the sea while you eat. We also enjoyed the roof terrace when we wanted a bit of quiet time to relax. We liked the location since it’s closer to Fornillo beach which is much nicer and quieter than the main beach in Positano. There are also some great restaurants just within a few minutes walk. We would definitely go back again!

The place has stunning views. Rooms are very cute. Has free delicious warm breakfast every morning, has hot tub on the roof with a view. Has open roof area to enjoy evening sunset. The front desk staff is very helpful. The location is amazing with very cute restaurants at walking distance with a view. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. Very safe and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Treated very well by the gentlemen and women at the front desk. They dropped us off in golf carts in the city center upon request. Great location near food and shops. Positano has a lot of walking and stairs so be prepared.

Excellent location, the view from the balcony is stunning. The room was cleaned every day and the staff is extremely friendly and ready to give you any information. I recommend this place if you want a quieter spot in Positano, close to all the top rated restaurants.

We loved everything about Florida residence. We had a large apartment actually too large for two people but fantatitic. It had a comfortable bed, decent bathroom, kitchenette, and a beautiful terrace overlooking Positano.|The lady at the front desk, I want to say her name is Emiliana, I apologize if it is not, I should’ve written it down, was amazing! Super friendly, super helpful with area. She has a great personality. Florida Residence is very lucky to have her. The breakfast was great. Very large selection, warm and cold. Fresh juice, scrambled eggs, fried prosciutto, and fresh pastries, and croissants. You can even get an omelette made fresh. The gentleman who worked the breakfast area was very friendly, didn’t speak a lot of English, but was very sweet.|Oh, I almost forgot the very sweet older woman who drove us on the golf cart to our lunch at San Pietro was a hoot. aAgain didn’t speak a lot of English, but was very sweet. Everybody in town knew her, that was a treat. |Honestly, can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

This is a small, boutiqe type hotel. I think it has 9-10 rooms only. Each room has a huge balcony, with the most stunning view of the town and the sea. our room was on the reception level, the 2nd room in the hallway. the room was quite adequate, decent size, Great Airconditioner split type, and what a Balcony..WOW!!!!||What is really fascinating about this hotel, is the people. The realy rock stars are Amalia and Agnello. There is nothing that these people woudl not do for us. From restaurnat bookings, to boat trips, to recommendations for restaurants, etc. They are truly truly the most wonderful people i hve experienced. ||The hotel is owned by a very classy lady, who is always there with a smile, in the late afternoon. ||This hotel is on the top of the hill, hence the views are absolutely spectacular. The bus coming up the hill, stops right outside the hotel. ||another great plus, is that the hotel has its own parking, which is a game changer by itself. ||All in all, it was a really fantastic stay, and i would defenitely recommend Florida Residence||thanks Florida residence team, and particularly Amalia❤️❤️👌👌👌👌

Honestly so disappointed. No handrails for the stairs. Checked out early and they still charged for the stay. Not worth it. Asked for the breakfast in the room and they didn’t bring it. Then I went to the breakfast area and when I asked for them to take it they gave me a tray and said help yourself… it was two flights of stairs to the breakfast and another one for my room. I am not trained to walk up and down with a tray and drinks and food. Hotel is pretty but not as up kept. Pillows are thin and paper. Just a nice view with expensive price
