Florida Residence Positano

We totally loved everything about this residence and so proud of our choice to come and stay here. It's a family owned business where they give you so much care and help and guidance to everything you need. Very cute rooms with beautiful terrace where you can sit and enjoy the views and relax with the breeze and the vibes of trees and birds singing around you when you are laying down in your terrace and enjoying your view. The property comes with their own private parking option which was great for us as we drove here .. very cozy cute breakfast on the roof with the stunning views. As for location, it's an excellent location being away from the noisy downtown area, but yet full of all what you need, bus stop right next you, maybe 5 restaurants with stunning views and a little supermarket walking distance. Agnello took an amazing care of us during the day ❤️ and Oscar took care of us late nights 😄.. it gave me the great positano casual basic experience that i was looking for .. thank you and can't wait to be back. P.s. the only thing you need to keep in mind is that the rooms are no noise proof .. 😄

I stay in Florida residence with my girlfriend and our dog. They give us a very nice apartment, on top of the (long) stairs that allow a direct access to the beach. We have our car and they give us free parking that is very important in Positano. They were very kind, we enjoyed.

The people working here are amazing! Could not have asked for better service! The room and our view was truly extraordinary, and I appreciated being a little further away from the chaos of the marina. The only comment I have is that the bed was very very soft, otherwise, no issues whatsoever! Really Recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. From the moment we arrived until check-out, Amalia was incredibly kind and helpful. She answered all our questions and made the experience feel warm and personal. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location with a beautiful view! The room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was a bit tight, but the staff were very helpful and even moved our car to the main road for us. Excellent service overall!

Great hotel for our visit to Positano! The staff are lovely and helpful and the rooms are nice with good views. They breakfast is great with beautiful views of Positano and the sea while you eat. We also enjoyed the roof terrace when we wanted a bit of quiet time to relax. We liked the location since it’s closer to Fornillo beach which is much nicer and quieter than the main beach in Positano. There are also some great restaurants just within a few minutes walk. We would definitely go back again!

The place has stunning views. Rooms are very cute. Has free delicious warm breakfast every morning, has hot tub on the roof with a view. Has open roof area to enjoy evening sunset. The front desk staff is very helpful. The location is amazing with very cute restaurants at walking distance with a view. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. Very safe and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about Florida residence. We had a large apartment actually too large for two people but fantatitic. It had a comfortable bed, decent bathroom, kitchenette, and a beautiful terrace overlooking Positano.|The lady at the front desk, I want to say her name is Emiliana, I apologize if it is not, I should’ve written it down, was amazing! Super friendly, super helpful with area. She has a great personality. Florida Residence is very lucky to have her. The breakfast was great. Very large selection, warm and cold. Fresh juice, scrambled eggs, fried prosciutto, and fresh pastries, and croissants. You can even get an omelette made fresh. The gentleman who worked the breakfast area was very friendly, didn’t speak a lot of English, but was very sweet.|Oh, I almost forgot the very sweet older woman who drove us on the golf cart to our lunch at San Pietro was a hoot. aAgain didn’t speak a lot of English, but was very sweet. Everybody in town knew her, that was a treat. |Honestly, can’t think of anything we didn’t like.
