The service is great, the atmosphere is good but the food is horrible and way overpriced. My friend ordered a fish & chip and was served some hard cheap breaded fish - he sent it back as it was really not good. I got a burger whose meat was inedible : the hamburger patty had two different colors and one was hard as leather. - so if you're looking for drinks, its fine. If you want to eat, maybe don't.

They advertise cheap eats for students on Monday and Tuesday but although the price is low, the quality is even lower and absolutely not even worth the price. The staff is really friendly but the food is dissapointing. We ordered a cheese burger and chicken sate, the burger patty was the cheapest you can get from any supermarket. Furthermore, the quantity was not enough even for me (and I'm a small woman who gets full quickly).

What a fantastic pub! I don’t know where to start. The atmosphere is great, the beer selection is fantastic, and the service is out of this world! I will go out of my way to visit here again every time I return to Utrecht! Keep up the great work!

Terrible food and high prices. I paid 19 euros for fish an chips and the fish was a pre-frozen stick that tasted awful. The place has a great atmosphere though and the staff are nice. But I ordered a coke zero that was no bigger than a childs cup, and full of ice. Disappointing because they used to have a wonderful reputation with food. Off the Utrechts nice-to-eat-at list unfortunately. But fun for beers and social!

Great place to grab and beer and good food for a reasonable price. They have some cider options and a full range of beers to choose from. Staff were nice and friendly, although they seemed a little short staffed on the Thursday night that we went.

The 'student night' €8.50 burger gave me hella diarrhoea, but the drinks were nice and the pub was busy and had a good atmosphere.

The student night is a very good idea ! You can have 1,5l of beer for 14€ and food is only 6€. The decoration is good and staff is nice. Caution, visa cards not accepted !

Amazing bar, we had a great night with Mr. Balls pub quiz, we will definitely visit again. Prices are very decent and the staff friendly.
