Great experience from the start. They were the only florist that was able to deliver flowers on Sunday. This was my daughter’s first time away from her family on her birthday and we wanted to make it special. For a small charge of $15 they were able to go out of their way to deliver the flowers to my child on Sunday on her birthday. After delivery they confirmed that flowers were delivered with a picture. I ordered flowers for delivery for Mother's Day. The flowers were affordable and they had free delivery for my location. They were timely and delivered around 10 am the day I requested. My mom loved the flowers and the pictures she sent me looked like what I ordered online. This is something I've struggled with other florists so that was very impressive! Beautiful flowers delivered same-day -- the best value around. I'm in San Diego and needed flowers delivered to the hospital in Winston-Salem. I tried looking at multiple websites before finally selecting Adolfos. Some were very over-priced, some charged $20 for delivery, some didn't deliver to the hospital at all, and some couldn't even deliver for 2-3 days. That's too long if you're not sure how long your loved one will even be in the hospital. I finally found Adolfos and so happy I did. The flowers were delivered the same day and were absolutely beautiful. They also offer chocolates, balloons, and other items, all with a personal message. I would highly recommend this floral shop. It's the most gorgeous arrangement I've seen in years.

I called from Houston to send some flowers to my wife's family after the loss of a loved one. Other florists either couldn't deliver same day or were gouging me on the price. Adolfo's was polite, helpful, and kind. They were able to deliver an affordable (85$ including delivery) arrangement and did it short notice, on a Saturday :) My family sent me a pic of the flowers and they were beautiful! This site states it delivers in Winston but it does not deliver all of Winston I would ask that you update your site to include the zip codes you deliver in Winston and NOT I repeat NOT just list the cities. It is very miss leading!!

Got my flowers early because my husband is leaving tomorrow.Roses are wrong color,buds are all almost completely opened and one accent flower was broken.And the accent flowers were limp.Water in vase was low.Card was crinkled as if it had been wet.$186.00 in.tax!R U kidding me!Never again w/1800FlowersSecond time this has happened going thru them.Plus you can't even talk to someone in the USA!Got half his money back!

I called to order flowers for same day delivery and explained what I wanted for a birthday for a long-time friend. I had seen something similar on the website and Dani, who took my order, discussed possibilities. She explained that she would have the bouquet made up, would send me a photo and then with my okay, would take the payment. She did, I did and the birthday girl loved it, so I would not hesitate to order again. Dani was most helpful, and did not rush me. I really appreciated the quality customer service. PS Having the photo was very reassuring as I once ordered long distance directly and the photo that the recipient sent was far less attractive than I wanted or liked. Had I seen a photo in advance, in that prior instance I would have certainly upgraded the order.

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday around 9:30-10:00am April 6, so not a holiday. They didn't get to my wife until after 5pm the next day. I've done this before in another area around the same time they got to their destination 5 to 6 hours later. I did not realize I got an upgrade, but my wife and everyone else did love the flowers, they were pretty awesome. I appreciate the response back no ones perfect all the time, I will be using them again.
