I would not recommend this hotel and I would avoid room 503. Here is a list of things l experienced: -Reception staff is not empathetic. - Lack of cleaning amenities outside room service. - Damaged faucet with terrible flow. You can’t control a proper amount of flow either splashing you all over, or just a tinny stream. - Not sound-proofed. - Not heating-proofed. The room gets very cold in the morning and evening. - There are two head showers. One has a terrible flow, the other is broken and you can’t use it. - The soap dispenser is broken. - The elevator ground floor button is broken so occasionally you make an extra stop. - Breakfast is very, very minimal. There is a person who you can request some orders, but it is not clear what options are available, also does not speak English. No problem for me but for an hotel is strange. Edit: Grammar correction

Let me start by saying that the location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, but that its only redeeming feature. We stayed here for four nights and had no electricity for 36hrs (just short enough to make relocating imprudent). This of course was through no fault of their own, but their response to the massive inconvenience was completely lacking. We understood that two of our prepaid breakfasts would be unavailable (obviously) but there was no offer of a voucher to any of the nearby cafes. Then, when we asked for a discount on the bill, we were met with laughter. Cool, you’ve got bigger fish to fry. Like the fume-spewing generator that was brought in during the night (yay power) that filled the entire hotel, including our room, with a noxious, headache-inducing smell that made sleep near impossible. Mind you, this was not a widespread power outage; no other business on the block was impacted and yet when we asked about the issue (in the morning and later that evening) we were met with vague answers and shrugs. While we were not expecting the staff to provide detailed info about the power grid, we had hoped for hospitality. Things happen, we get it, but I just wish we would’ve heard even just one “we’re so sorry for the inconvenience”. Again, the location is phenomenal - we’ve stayed in the neighborhood before - so it is bound to have way more thoughtful places than Flow Condesa.

- Key cards kept failing had to get new ones > Not even 1 apology for the trouble - 3-star hotel at best > Needs more maintenance to be a 4-star imo - You can see many areas that need painting and more care in general - No notifications of free events in hotel - Lacking amenities, they only have breakfast. - No complimentary tooth brush/paste - Overall terrible experience here, glad the stress is over

This has to be one of the worst place I ever stayed at, customer service was horrible and room looked nothing like on their website. Toilet was not clean, rooms were dirty with dust on corners. If you never been to Mexico City and wants good ambiance and customer services at your hotel, DO NOT stay here. They don’t have any recommendations when asked and don’t even know how to talk to customers.

For us the best place to stay in CDMX, staff really helpful, best location, peaceful and comfortable rooms. It's always great to come back.

A delightful, peaceful and comfortable city bolt hole. The staff are stars and were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and the neighbourhood full of quirky bars and good restaurants, all reachable on foot. The rooms are as the pictures and meet all ones needs. The beds are very spacious and comfortable. The room was as clean as a pin. The breakfast, albeit quite simple, included the most delicious scrambled eggs, cooked freshly. I was happily surprised to find they served Earl Grey tea, a boon for me! I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel, I will certainly come back when I'm next back in Mexico City.

If you like noise from all over the area -street, construction and neighboros-, including other guests in the hallsway and front desk, this one is for you. Paper-thin walls and old windows, their open design is also a factor. They advertise as a 4-star property with a Spa, bar, rooftop and art gallery. While technically it's partially kind of true, the spa is a small dark room, the Omakase restaurant permanently closed, no such rooftop (which is actually promoted and looks very nice), no bar, no room service, and the breakfast room is closer to a youth hostel buffet than a hotel's basic offering. 24 hours without Wifi, no apologies. Had "VIP gold Benefits" and they did not honor. Top notch location, but certainly the pictures do not depict reality. Finally, the room is unconfortable: had a nice view and balcony overlooking a rundown building and fire escape stairs (the first option as a 2nd story room overlooking the street, sold as "City views", that had to change because of the intense noise), the bathroom doors are completely transparent (I don't imagine why would anyone like their partner gazing while doing their business, or even showering; next level voyeurism) and the bed is very hard -and for some reason, on top of a very tall base that makes getting in and out awkward-). Also the bathroom smells of sewer after a shower or flush. Wouldn't have complained if this was advertised as 2.5 stars, the price is understandable because of the prime location, but the lies all over their offer is what makes you feel deceited. Too good to be true, I thought after... Not terrible service though. There are other options nearby at around the same price, I suggest you look for another one and skip this experience that while not terrible in the nightmarish way, it was certainly not great and after 3 nights I will certainly won't be coming back.

we had a great experience at this hotel! it is more of a boutique hotel. Our room was super spacious and staff were always nice and attentive. Breakfast buffet wasn't the best but it was nice to have as an option to have a little something before stepping out. location was the best part of it, it is an amazing location to walk everywhere around.
