Flow Wine Bar and Kitchen

I've been here on several occasions and most say I highly recommend. The food is delicious and great wines to choose from. The customer service is professional and the ambiance is relaxing. I will always return here.

Flow Wine Bar & Kitchen absolutely saved the night for me. I was walking around Kingstown late evening, and nearly every spot was closed—except for Flow. No KFC, no Subway, no fast food was gonna cut it for me. I needed real food—and Flow delivered. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance hit me—chill lighting, smooth vibes, and just the right touch of intimacy. I got there close to closing time, so it was quiet inside, but that just made the experience feel more personal. Peaceful, almost like I had my own private lounge. Now let me give a proper shout-out to Julisia—absolute star. Her energy, attentiveness, and recommendation game were on point. She suggested the goat stew with mashed potatoes, and I paired it with a Caribbean beer. Bruh… MAGNIFICENT. That stew was flavorful, rich, and comforting, and the mash held its own. Everything hit just right. Price-wise? For tourists, it’s a steal. Locals might raise an eyebrow at the EC prices, but truthfully, when you convert it to USD and compare it to what you'd pay at any decent spot abroad, it’s more than fair—especially for the quality and experience. If you're a visitor looking for a late-night spot that actually has food and not just snacks or fast food—Flow is it. This place deserves more love. I’ll definitely be back. A really chill spot. No signature or classic cocktails available but plenty other options for you to sip and unwind after a long day. The food was good too. What made it even better is that the music was at the right volume so I didn’t have to compete with it to have a conversation.

A wonderful gem in the heart of Kingstown with a friendly staff. The ambience is amazing - very upscale and classy. The food was great and decent sized portions. The menu is varied and the wine selection is HUGE! And if wine isn’t your thing, there’s the option of local and craft beers, and also ciders. There’s honestly something for everyone. Would absolutely recommend and return!

One of the best places I've ever been so far, ambience is not what u expect looking from outside. Once we came in, me and my wife, we got surprised by the atmosphere, having everything we've look for after a while in the French Caribbean, the wine list is not extense, but is precise, menu is a little bit too much too see for me, but the food that came was hot and way more delicious than anything we've seen so far. Service was OK, but in comparison with what we've seeing around these waters, that's the best place to come. Congratulations and keep it up!

This bar/lounge was quite nice and unexpected, I bumped across it while looking through Kingstown for another restaurant to dine for lunch, it's definitely a hidden gem located upstairs the Subway restaurant building was a pleasant surprise with views looking down on the street below, air-conditioned comfort welcomed you, with nice lounge chairs...a varied menu from light bites to full food options, a few wine choices along with a coffee bar, staff was friendly and service good, definitely a good stop while in Kingstown from a very humid day.

Good wine bar and good food too. The entrance is hidden away mext to Subway, but worth going up to see if it’s open.

Amazing choice of wine, kept at the perfect temperature. Love the atmosphere and returning to this place is something I look forward to.
