I ordered a turkey salad. The flavors were good but I got some small slivers of turkey. Very disappointing. However, the service was great and the atmosphere very appealing. If you order a turkey salad, be sure to ask for turkey in it.

Flower Child prepares healthy meals that are fantastic. Who said healthy had to be bland? I ordered the Mother Earth Bowl, which contained such incredible ingredients as ancient grains, portobello mushrooms, leafy greens with red pepper miso vinaigrette dressing, and several other add ins. Everything was amply spiced. I topped my meal off with a crisp chardonnay. Not only is the food on trend healthy, the service is super efficient and friendly, and the atmosphere is funky chic. Really great healthy, flavorful food with a funky atmosphere. Would definitely recommend stopping in or grabbing it to go. Best salad I've had in a few years (turkey and avocado chop)

This place is good for a lunch spot. The food is tasty though it's a pit pricey. Average price for a drink and entree is about $17-$20. They have lots of vegetarian, vegan and non vegan options. The staff is usually friendly though there is the once in a while person who gives adittude.

Amazing food. Loved the tofu cauliflower risotto and corn and quinoa. Very helpful staff.

I was recommended this place by some local friends so I had to check it out. They said it was healthy but tasted amazing. I got the Mediterranean chicken kabob salad, and it did not disappoint. Prices were reasonable, the service was excellent, and it didn't take more than 7 or 8 minutes for me to get my to-go food. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area and dine in.

At the suggestion of several of my teammates, I knew I had to try Flower Child when I was in AZ a few months ago. It was delicious! The food was fresh, healthy and tasty. The ambience was a nice mix of healthy casual fast food with nice indoor and outdoor seating. I had the Mother Earth bowl and it was amazing. It’s also very vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Flower Child...a well oiled machine...the food is delicious. It's pretty cool to watch the staff prepare food and get it out to customers with little to "no wait". Really friendly energetic staff. Definitely my favorite place to eat while visiting the Phoenix area. I could eat here everday!!!

The food here is so tasty and vegetarian friendly! I ordered the tofu with brocolli and cauliflower and have to say the tofu and brocolli were amazing. The taste of the cauliflower wasn't my favorite c but that could just be a personal preference. I'd highly recommend coming here for high-quality, savory food! It was so good I felt like something I would order at a 5-star restaurant. The staff was nice and the store was busy on a Friday night around 7pm. There is a ton of indoor seating which was nice. It's also quite cute inside and has a romantic, rustic vibe. This place seems like a good restaraunt to catch up with your friend(s) or even get dinner alone.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and went for the Mediterranean chicken kabob. The harissa on the chicken was amazing and balanced perfectly with the freshness of the tomato's and mint. A great choice if you're looking for a quick and healthier meal.

What a spot. Came in here for a work lunch off a recommendation from our customer and couldn't have been more happy with the experience. It's a walk up and order spot that turns the food out quickly. The ingredients are awesome and if you're looking for a healthy lunch, this is your place to go. I got the Mother Earth and added chicken and was very happy with the meal. Very tasty and they have an assortment of hot sauces on the side that you can choose from. Big bonus for hot sauce lovers like myself. The inside of the restaurant is super clean and everything is really well put together. Huge fan of this place. Definitely will be a returning customer. Cheers!

This location, and the one on 90th St. in Scottsdale, are probably my favorite for consistency. That includes the counter service, the cleanliness and stocked self-serve station of the dining room, the well-staffed kitchen that doesn't seem overwhelmed. I repeated an order that I had once before at a different location and it really is one of my new favorite go-to's. The Rebel on a gluten-free wrap (that doesn't fall apart!!!), beef cooked well done, and I add sliced tomatoes - which I think the recipe definitely needs to counter the richness of that port salut cheese that is so choice! Great lunch again today!

Service was about a 20 min wait however the miso sals add blackened shrimp was really flavorful. Healthy food that taste great is a loss art. You order at the counter and wait for your surprise. They have proteins and vegetarian options. The ambiance is very fresh and open. Fix really delivered the green on this one. Only gripe I would have is the small dressings for the salad. Make sure you get 2 because 1 is not enough !

Always a great place for a salads amongst other great menu items. Always fresh, made from scratch with the best ingredients. Fast service, great staff!!

Flower Child has become my go-to spot when I want a fairly healthy but substantial meal -- it's delicious and fairly priced, and this location is always lovely to dine in at! I'm a huge fan of getting the entrees with steak here. The steak is always perfectly medium rare -- never overcooked -- which honestly seems like a feat for any place that serves it for under $20 nowadays. The gluten-free mac and cheese is a delightfully creamy side made with a great blend of high quality cheeses. Most sides I've tried are great, but that's my go-to. The kale salad is also fabulous, along with the smashed potato and cauliflower risotto. The inside is always cute and clean too!

love love love the avocado caeser! it's amazing and it's marked as vegetarian which means no anchovies! I would do anything to know how they make the dressing for it! It's perfect, salty and tastes a little like pesto, it's to die for

My friend had recommended we eat at one of her favorite places to eat - Flower Child to hangout and catch up. My first time here and it is busy! The line was out the door forming. Good to see a place get so much business, that must mean it is really good! The cashier took my friend and I's order quickly. My friend was redeeming her free birthday dessert - a cookie. Honestly they looked kind of disgusting and burnt on the cookie tray. And it was really off putting to see flies all over the cookies. I love cookies and desserts but I think I would pass on any desserts here. I got the Flying Avacado Wrap and some rose petal lemonade (it was something like that). Delicious! I love a good wrap and I would order it again. Didnt realize they also had sweet potato fries but where I was sitting I could see the food orders come out for workers to take the plates to customers. I would definitely come back to try those and other meal dishes.

Love Flower Child but why is everything super salty? It's been like this for years. I love salt too but it's almost to the point of burning your mouth. Like it's A LOT of salt

Their chicken yakisoba bowl is so delicious; healthy and flavorful. Ordered takeout and it was packaged and ready quickly. Their menu is filled with healthy ingredients and diverse options, eager to try more next time

Flower Child team, if you're reading this ... please expand to Nashville! You are by far my favorite fast casual, healthy restaurant, and I would definitely eat here on a weekly (maybe daily) basis if I had a location nearby. On my most recent visit, I ordered dinner online for takeout. When I've been to this location in the past, I've always had to wait a bit for my food - but I was surprised and delighted that my order was ready when I arrived. I've tried and loved several items on their menu at this point - this time around, I went with the Avocado Caesar with added Steak, and a side of the Sweet Potato Fries. This salad is one of their best - it's simple, packed full of flavor, and pairs well with the crispy sweet potato fries. Speaking of the fries, the Buttermilk Yogurt Ranch that they're served with is practically good enough to drink. As other reviewers note, the prices are on the expensive side, but you do get what you pay for. Either way, I can't wait for my next meal at FC - whether that's at their soon-to-be Nashville restaurant (a girl can dream!) or at one of their other locations around the U.S.

We visit Flower Child a few times a year and I recently placed a to go order for the Peruvian Chicken ( a seasonal offering). I had ordered this once before and it was delicious and had a lot of flavor. So I ordered 2 for our dinner tonight. Unfortunately this time around it was missing some of the best parts, both orders were missing the pickled cucumbers and the grilled lime section to squeeze over the chicken and the rice. Such a bummer as these items really enhance the dish. Also got two of the lemon cakes. These were a little disappointing. They had a rubbery texture although moist and lacked any lemon flavor whatsoever. We order these often when they are available and love them but this time something was definitely off. Not sure if we just got the wrong cakes??? Maybe there is another cake offering w/o lemon . Who knows. But for $40 plus everything should be fresh and as advertised with all the components. This is an excellent dish with a lot of flavor from the chicken rub to the nicely seasoned black beans and carrots with rice. The pickled red onions and the tangy lime/cilantro sauce to accompany the chicken are delicious as well. This time we were just missing the usual cucumbers and lime juice to pull it all together. Both the young man who took my order and the young lady who packed me up were both very nice. Next time I'll check my order before leaving.

Looking for a spot that delivered healthy options this place was unveiled in a search. Beautiful indoor and outdoors seating options. Lots of salad and wrap options. I went for the Italian chopped salad. Romain and arugula was the bed. Add on sun dried tomato, provolone, peperoncini, crispy chicken peas and tomato. Nicely dressed with a Calabrian vinaigrette. Hit the spot. It's an order at the counter and grab a number situation. The food is delivered to your table with a smile. A great option at the right time. Price was very fair. They offer beer and wine.

The most clean location I've been to!! Both restaurant and bathroom. Kat and Kailee* were so friendly and made the visit even sweeter. Food is always and steak was cooked perfectly. Another great visit!

The food was good although delivered cold. Good prices. It was quieter at outside tables, next to 4-lane streets, compared to the inside din. Outside tables are not bused regularly so you'll compete with grackles for your quiet, and with their shit on the tables.

You can improve a lot by checking orders and food going out. I just had the worst dinner and am so annoyed that you can't be consistent. It tasted watered down and the salmon was the softest, gross texture and had a fishy smell. They should have throat out when they smelled it!

Grabbed mid day lunch at Flower child today! The menu had something for everyone and all of the dishes were healthy and fresh. I got the Mediterranean Chicken Kabob bowl and loved it. I did try a few bites of my friend's Mac n cheese and it was so flavorful. You order when you enter and they bring your food out to you, very friendly and helpful staff.

Neighbor works at Flower Child and piped up the chicken enchiladas and forbidden rice (and deserts). Fairly pricey but very fresh and flavorful for a healthy option. Cookie and lemon cake was a nice touch to close. Will be back.

Food is really good here but for some reason they last few times I've been here the food is always cold. I have to ask them to reheat it. Nobody likes cold steak. Staff is super friendly and super accommodating- nothing bad to say but maybe just make sure everything is warm coming out of kitchen.

Foods good but they will have you wait 35 minutes after ordering pick up. They will tell you 15 and when you arrive you need to wait another 15-20 at a minimum, I don't think they start the order until you keep asking if it's almost ready. Again food is good, pick up is trash and wait times aren't worth it for work lunch. Pick up counter lady will also have attitude if you ask if your order is being prepared!

I like flower child because it is a good healthy option but they ordering platform ALWAYS has a problem I have 2 cc attached and it's always an issue I always end up having to call in and its irritating I would like to order the online I have no other issues with any other restaurant other than flower child

Flower Child offers a variety of customizable, made-to-order nourishing salads, bowls, and more. Keep it vegetarian/vegan, or add a protein of choice (tofu, chicken, salmon, steak). Gluten-free? They've got options for you! I enjoyed every bite of my GINGER MISO CRUNCH SALAD 9.95 carrot zoodles, zucchini, red pepper, asian cabbage, mint, cashew, sesame seeds *the ginger dressing adds a good zing, and tofu made a tasty addition My friends enjoyed the following: CHOPPED VEGETABLE SALAD10.45 organic greens, romaine, avocado, heirloom carrot, snap pea, radish, baby tomato, cucumber, toasted sesame seed, ginger miso vinaigrette GLOW BOWL 10.95 spicy sweet potato noodle, bok choy, zucchini, onion, jalapeño, shiitake mushroom, coconut milk, sunflower butter *this is served warm Order at the counter, take a number to your seat - there's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating - and enjoy a self-serve iced tea/lemonade/Arnold Palmer while you wait. Third branch of Flower Child that I tried in less than a month. I was in the area and since I don't know it well, I looked for what I know, Flower Child! I ordered two dishes, my now usual Chicken Enchilada bowl and the Butternut Squash Lasagna. Restaurant was very busy for a weekday but I was able to find a table quickly and didn't wait too long for my food. The chicken enchilada bowl was delicious as usual. The new dish was the lasagna. It was beyond delicious. It was rich but without being overly heavy. The flavors were excellent, I didn't miss the pasta at all! No wonder it was out last time in Gilbert. It's so good, it is extremely popular. I might not be going to this branch again any time soon but the service was very friendly while we were there. They have a cute little covered patio with heaters if you would like to enjoy some sun and fresh air. Parking might be a slight problem but people who shop at AJ's next door keep coming in and out so it might take a little while to park but not forever.

We ordered take out for a team lunch! And Flower Child won our hearts and stomachs! This meal was so delicious and flavorful! The gluten free Mac and cheese was to die for! I cannot speak to the service or the ambiance of the restaurant because we ordered online/via Grubhub or DoorDash, but if it's anything like the food, I'm sure it's superb!

Both wraps were absolutely delicious very fresh and came out fast. Staff were so warm and friendly I love coming here every time I have a great experience!

While this is an excellent dish (chicken enchiladas), it is far too salty. Can it be made with less sodium/salt? This would definitely be problematic for anyone with blood pressure or kidney issues.

I am tired of watching my meal sit on the counter while the other is prepared, today 10mins, one comes out Luke warm the other hot. Not worth $40.

I am a big Flower Child fan, whether I am going in for a quick bite or a bigger sit-down meal I am never disappointed. Their menu offers so much and it is on the healthier side which makes you feel better as well. My go-to is usually the avocado caesar with salmon, I love this dressing it is citrusy and so refreshing, especially on these hot days. I also love the flying avocado wrap with turkey, the fluffy wrap it comes in is so yummy. It is a quick service ordering counter right when you walk in and the staff is always so friendly and the food comes out quick!

I really hate to write this review, as we love Flower Child, which we know exclusively through this convenient location, but last night (March 10, 2024) was a sad exception. We usually pick up our lunch or dinner - usually lunch - order because it is very close to home. So, yesterday, having just returned from a trip, we ordered two entrees for dinner to be picked up. About the time I was going to leave for the restaurant, I received a call from someone at Flower Child who said my wife's dinner - chicken enchiladas - was not available. Did I want a refund (well, obviously no!) or something else. She ordered forbidden rice bowl with tofu. The FC employee stated it would all be ready in 10 minutes. When I got home with the food, we found my BBQ chicken wrap and my wife's (stone cold, tasteless) enchiladas, not the forbidden rice bowl. Both dinners were of such poor quality, I'm not sure whether we will return. That will be too bad, as we usually find the quality well above average and appreciate the healthy choices. Please do better!

This place is inconsistent. You never know if it's going to be an 'on' night or an 'off' night. If that excites you, well, join the club, because I keep going back too. Tonight was an off night. Undercooked Mac and cheese--we are talking crunchy gluten free pasta, black ash broccoli, and fishy salmon. Someone tell me the day of the week the A team works, so I can up my odds of getting a good meal.

As good as the other locations. Tried the bbq chicken wrap for the first time and it did not disappoint. It will now be a tough choice between that and the rebel. Tea and lemonade were both good as usual. I will be back for sure. Quick service and the inside looks exactly like the other locations.

I ordered this yesterday so I could eat it at home. I just heated it up and looked at it and it's one chunk of meat with a couple pieces of shred. There's the tiniest amount of potatoes only a couple carrots no celery. This thing is the smallest meal and I spent $16 for it. Shame on this company this has been happening more and more where the food is just so small of portions but they're charging so much money.this is pathetic. I've had so many issues with all of these like Flower Child bird fly by all of them have been terrible lately.

I am here right now having my dinner. The food is excellent the service is just wonderful everybody is smiling and so helpful. I have to point out a few people. The cashier her name is Georgie, The Helpful person of Savannah and Jay. Lovely people I really do wish that more employees in all industries were as nice and considerate as these people. Great staff here great food and great service

Always enjoy trying their seasonal dishes - the Mediterranean chicken kebob did not disappoint. Going they make it a permanent menu item - it was fresh & delicious. Definitely recommend!!

My Previous Order was subpar. I ordered the steak to be well done but juicy. My steak came out extremely rare. I told the staff and they girl's we're snooty and said I ordered my steak rare. I reinterpreted to them previously that I wanted my steak cook well done as I always have. They did not offer to fix it and I left with raw steak. I have been coming to flower child for five years now. The staff never once told me that I could download the app and accumulate points towards my future meal's. If I had known this I would have had the app from the very beginning. I believe it is imperative that that staff alert their customers about their app and how to accumulate points. I believe I would have an abundance of points if I was aware of this app. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I have received when I come in to order food. My Family Members order food from flower child and are not aware of the money savings that can be accumulated just by using the flower child app. Extremely Disappointed

Flower Child has redeemed itself and is again worthy of 5 stars. I've had it several times over the last few months. My reviews: Chicken plate with corn & quinoa and broccoli: excellent! The chicken is juicy. The corn& quinoa is delicious and creamy. The broccoli has a wonderful flavor and is cooked just right! The Glow bowl with salmon: I love this dish. It's full of flavor. Adding salmon to it compliments the dish well.

First time in to this shop- highly recommend viewing the menu before you walk in the first time as it all looks good and was tough to decide. Hubs had the chicken enchilada bowl- he said it was good just a bit grumpy it was served lukewarm. I suggested he ask to have it warmed but he was hungry and ate it anyway. I had the Turkey avocado wrap. It's a simple recipe- avocado spread on the tortilla; then tomato, Turkey and cheese with lettuce and some type of dressing. You order at the counter and they bring it out- not complicated :) Place was clean, and plenty of outdoor seating (with heaters) as well.

We love flower child. Great staff and speedy service. The food is fresh and healthy. Do not hesitate to try them out.

We come to Flower child nearly once a week. This is a solid place. They offer a good variety of clean food options that meet everyone's needs. I love the price to value; to be honest. I can't even say what is my favorite dish here as nearly everything they make is a slam dunk. My daughter loves the salmon kids meal with the Mac and cheese. I consistently get a salad or the Mother Earth bowl. If I'm feeling like I get a cheat day, the enchiladas are wonderful as is the stir fry noodles. This is a family friendly dining experience and you'll leave feeling you filled your body with a healthy meal.

Flower Child was good, but atrociously overpriced. I got the Mother Earth bowl with steak added, and it was $17. The portion was teeny tiny! I was extremely disappointed. I was still hungry afterwards, so I went elsewhere for tacos, but this felt like one of those ripoffs that's so popular just because the brand has become trendy around town. The place is pretty cute, though. It's very clean and great for a casual meal.

Can't say enough about how much I love Flower Child! My favorite place in AZ for healthier options. Their salmon, broccoli and Mac and cheese is such an amazing combo. Recently I've been ordering large proteins and large sides to use as meal preps, and it's been great! Stays fresh for 4-5 days and my fiancé and I got about 10 meals in total out of it. 10/10 every time.

Flower child is one of my all-time favorite places to eat in Arizona. Plenty of healthy, GOOD options to choose from. Healthy doesn't always equal good but Flower Child proves this theory wrong. I've visited this location over 10 times and I've never been dissatisfied with a meal. If I could give Flower Child ten stars I would!

Flower Child has become a regular take-out option among my partner and I. The food is not WOW quality but one thing that keeps us coming back is that the portions in their protein + two sides dish are always the right amount of food we need to feel filled and satisfied especially after a long hike or work out. My go-to is usually the chicken with mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli which pair very well together. I ventured out of my comfort zone this past time to get the shrimp instead of chicken which proved to be good although a tad bit less flavorful than I was expecting. Also, curbside pick-up customers beware: when I recently arrived and parked in a curbside pick-up parking spot and did the usual (text the number on the sign to let them know you're here so they can bring your take-out order to your car) I waited 8 minutes in my car until eventually going inside to inquire about my order. I was told it was sitting on the online-order rack in the corner of the restaurant which concerned me as it seemed like no one was monitoring the number that's listed on the curbside pick-up sign. Please update your signs on the curbside pickup spots to reflect that customers must go inside to pick-up their order as there were several other cars beside me waiting for the same thing!

Ugh. I've been to 2 different locations in 3 days and why oh why do I torture myself?? It's so inconsistent with takeout! First time on 90th I waited almost an hour for my takeout order. Then on 44th the steak was cooked to the texture of a shoe. Thats about $40 worth of food. What is going on??? Does anyone even care enough to read these??

Flower Child is a wonderful local chain in Phoenix, AZ that focuses on catering to those who love delicious and healthy meals. Super cool menu as it has lots of vegan and vegetarian options (but they do have meat as well). I would recommend getting Forbidden Rice, you can thank me later! :)) Besides food, they also have alcoholic beverages and kombucha on tap. You order at the counter, take the number, find a table and they bring your food to you once it's ready.

Consistently good, high quality food and friendly employees. Also love their Rose Petal Lemonade mixed with some iced tea. The Cheesecake Factory bought out the Fox Restaurant chain a couple of years ago. So far the vibe is pretty much the same. I was afraid it would get a corporate-feel but it didn't. Their family meals are a really good value. I get the family meal for take-out and then eat it for 4-5 days in a row. It's actually pretty economical to do that. I love their salmon, portions have gotten a little smaller over the past year or so, but still, hands down the best salmon anywhere. Even my friend that doesn't like salmon likes it. So gratifying to be tired and hungry and stop in here and feel that life is better when you leave. I've also ordered the family meal for small parties and everyone loves the food.

This is the best Flower Child location in The Valley! Quick and friendly service. They also have a less crowded dining room on average, which I find pleasant! The food is also fresh and always made to order. I always leave feeling full and happy. 10/10 for this location!
