I preordered a bouquet of flowers earlier this week for a close friend’s mother. I picked up the flowers and I was really impressed. The bouquet came out beautifully. Thank you so much, Flowerland! Definitely coming back again!

This was my first time using Flowerland and I was super impressed. I ordered a bouquet online at about 10 am and the flowers were delivered by 2pm. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and my partner loved the glass vase they came in. I will definitely use them again. Great customer service and communication!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would, There was multiple errors within transactions between my phone and their POS machine, I got charged not once but twice with two different prices which screamed “scamming” At first, I was being respectful towards the older gentleman with composure, asking him if I could maybe help him with the machine since I’m a pretty tech savvy, He was being dismissive and saying no the machine simply doesn’t work… I was waiting for the money to come back to my account and it wasn’t and he wanted me to leave so I called the police Cause I didn’t wanna walk out stealing, but also I needed my money back and for some reason it wasn’t returning back to my account, a lady walks in trying to calm down the situation and explained it to me however it’s as if she was being careless and dismissive as well Especially when I pointed out that I was charged twice with different prices what was that about and she was like “oh” I got extremely offended at that because why are you as a store owner, So careless about your businesses machines working properly or a customer comfortability when it comes to facing an obstacle within the establishment? I even said calmly to them if I could try again even Though I shouldn’t have because this place is so sketchy or neglected. Unprofessional, The store is also slightly messy, When I called her out about it, she said “OK we’re denying your service” so I quickly gathered my composure, Looked down upon them and walked away saying you guys are sad and disgusting. I strongly wouldn’t recommend coming to this place unless you’re desperate or out of other conveniences.

Decided to use this florist for a gift bouquet. Totally overpriced! $65 for a skimpy bunch of flowers that wilted and/or died 3 within 3 days. See the pic..$65 bucks for this?

Ordered birthday flowers for a friend. Show them exactly what I wanted and when I needed it by and they have fulfilled my expectations. My friend was very pleased and definitely would recommend to anyone.

Flowerland created beautiful bud vases for my wedding party favors, and they executed my vision perfectly. The results were stunning! We received numerous compliments on the quality of the flowers, and even a week later, they still look just as gorgeous as they did on the wedding day.

Great florist in the Bronx. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They go over and beyond. Very professional. I get all my floral arrangements.

Upon entering, I found a limited selection of pre-arranged bouquets. I chose one that was satisfactory, though not ideal, as there were no other options available. When I reached the counter, I was informed that the price was $80 for the bouquet. Shocked by the cost, I decided to leave the flowers behind. Beautiful bouquets but definitely Overpriced. However I will reserve this place for a special occasion.

I realized that I ALWAYS had a love for plants so I decided to start treating myself to a plant more often. What I LOVE about Flowerland is that they have beautiful plants with the purchase of the vase for resonable prices. I usually spend around $25.00 for a plant with vase. I purchased a beautiful plant called Moses. Service is ALWAYS helpful, friendly and patient. Try 'em!

Ordered flowers for a sick girlfriend and it was never delivered after paying for everything, I called them and they told me they will call me back, however one guy called back said it will be delivered in an hour or two but they didn't

The flowers and plants they have are fresh, and in excellent condition. Plus,because of the variety of items, you can easily tailor a gift. I always choose to return to Flowerland, because of their beautiful flowers, comparable prices, and attention to detail.

Highly recommend! I called on a Saturday morning and flowers were delivered to the hospital within hours. Beautiful arrangement, and wonderful service. The florist even texted me a photo so I could see what I was sending! Excellent.
