The room was worn out, black dents all over the walls, mold in the corners of the bathroom. The light switch in the hallway were not fixed to the wall, and were coming out of the wall. Scratches on the lampscreens, the bathroom door cladding peeled back because of moisture. The lights in the bathroom (mirror light) were flinching and turned on and off. ||The living room only had one lamp, which was no where near enough. We had to use the night shelf lamps from the bedroom in order to use the living room. |The sofa bed were very uncomfortable and noisy, which meant that we had to sleep all four (two kids and two adults) in one bed. ||The tv were not connected to the internet which meant that we smart tv were not that smart. We have kids that wake up early in the morning, why a functioning tv is pretty important. We called service staff and were promised that technical service would look into it in the morning. They never did. ||The room was not cleaned once during our stay. We never had the option to choose, it just didn’t happen. ||We stayed at Flowers before, which was a completely different and good experience. Based on this visit, I hardly doubt we will be back. ||We should not have experienced the above, a little quality control would have caught most of these issues. |

Perfect spot for a stay in Berlin. Spent 5 nights here and it was great. Close to public transport, most things to see in the area in walking distance. Loads of food options too and not too noisy at night considering. The beds were a bit of a challenge but this seems pretty much standard in Germany. Good value for money.

Worse experience ever. No AC, no extra towels, despite being explined to them it was for a child, no trash pick up, dirty bathroom, awful communication, no place for luggage storage, this is not a hotel, this is a horrible, very bad managed airbnb rental. Keep away from this place. I don't usually post this kind of review I truly think that the good reviews are fake.

Stayed for 4 weeks. Room was adequate. Location excellent. They call it serviced apartment but the service is close to non existing. Online support was an absolute disgrace. Travelled with child but they couldn't provide baby chair or crib. Had to argue to get our room cleaned. Would not recommend except for the fantastic location and reasonable price.

Flowers is conveniently located, the rooms are modern, very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is lovely, and it comes with a fully equipped kitchen. If cooking is not your thing you’re spoilt for choice as there are lots a restaurants around. We had the top floor duplex which gave us a fabulous view of the TV tower!||We needed to make some changes to our booking and Illya at the office was most helpful! He’s very friendly and knowledgeable and the amendments were made effortlessly! Thanks Illya!!

Clean large one bed in a good location. The coffee machine was a nice touch would have given 5 stars for less than 100 euros however for what I’ve paid you need to do the following : Air con - it was super hot Water pressure - there was none Nicer sanitary ware- because yours are awful Double glazing - because the noise is too much. Checkin and out was very easy.

So so. The window broken, whit a beautiful signal on top “defekt”, the light in the bathroom didn’t work , just one light on the side of the bed , no product for the dishwasher- and the room ( duplex xl ) too small to be an Xl.|In general, looks modern furniture but the sofa is really uncomfortable; on the wall the old wallpaper is just painted .|The check-out is normally at 11.00 but the crew knocked our door at 9.55 .|Any kind of request ( mostly about the window because still a bit open and Berlin in December is a bit cold) whatsup had reply , but no one technician comes to solve our problem .||The location is just good for a short trip - close a lot of nice place in the centre .

We actually booked a different apartment with the company (Limehouse) but when we went to collect the keys from the key safe (they text you a code) they were not there. Several calls and along wait later, they explained that there were no keys to be found and they would have to find another apartment. We were given the Flowers apartment in Mulackstrasse. So we walked there in the cold - now 2 hours of frustration and phone calls later - to find an OK apartment which was still filthy from the previous occupants and had dirty sheets and garbage piled up. More angry phone calls and a cleaning team turned up and told us to amuse ourselves (in the cold) for an hour and they would prepare the apartment. So we finally - at 6pm - got a reasonably nice apartment that was clean(ish). WiFi code was incorrect but by that time I couldn't face another phone call. When I contacted them again to provide some feedback about the 'service', I got a reply saying sorry about the wrong WiFi password - sometimes doesn't come up properly on people's phones - would you like a €10 refund. So, an offer of a derisory refund after a reasonably good attempt at ruining our one night in Berlin.....to say we were unimpressed would be an understatement. The apartment is however in a good part of Berlin. I just have little confidence in them providing a good service, considering our problems. Which we revisited the next day when we moved to another apartment run by the company (this time in Dresden) - this time the door code was wrong. Luckily the housekeeping staff were still there cleaning rooms. Overall I think the remote management - online login and access codes sent by email and SMS, does not seem to be working well and the response when you have a problem is hopeless. While we stood getting our non-existent keys from the keysafe, another couple were having a similar problem and getting exasperated, so it was not just us.
