Flowers Hotel

The hotel has a good location, close to the city centre but it’s the only good thing about it. The receptionists are rude and almost don’t speak English. The breakfast is very poor, forks, knives and spoons were not clean. The toilet in the room was broken, I told the reception about it and no one did nothing so I had to listen for constant water flow in the bathroom. The AC doesn’t work properly and is very dirty inside. The hotel is not worth 4 stars that they have, it is maximum 2 stars. I don’t recommend to stay here for more than one night.

The hotel is very nice and relatively close to the city centre. The main drawback of the hotel is that it is tightly enclosed by other block of flats and therefore you better avoid to look out of the window. People smoking on the balcony of the opposite house may occassionally may a bothering noise but I experienced that only two times during my more than a month long stay. |Otherwise, the hotel is well equipped with everything making one feel comfortable, eg. carpeting in the rooms and corridors lowering noise level to minimum، curtains darkering the room completely، comfortable matteraces etc. Hotel guests may use a fitness room and a sauna, as well as services of a really good masseur.|The breakfast choice is good enough for such a small hotel, but nothing special for people with dietery needs. Sometimes I was missing white joghurt but they added it the next day. And what was really good, all guests can order proper coffee from a lobby bar for free during the breakfast.|The hotel staff is nice though only receptionists and one bartender can speak English. The rest do not speak English at all which is probably the second main drawback of the hotel. Those people are shy to react to the guests wishes and therefore avoid meeting them face to face, greeting them etc. which looks sometimes really strange.|But anyway, I spent really good time there and would recommend the hotel to my friend.

4 times in my life, I needed to leave one hotel for a second hotel. Today was one of those. While many people might think 5-stars would be too much for this hotel, I disagree. Yes, staff are great. But, also the ambiance is wonderful, classical music playing softly as you enter a wonderful foyer. The room is clean, large enough for the price, and everything works.

The location is quite convenient which is good. The stuff at the reception is not friendly but they help if you ask. Rooms are ok definitely seemed better days. I stayed here 10 years ago and it looked way better. Breakfast was really bad by the way. Nothing special

The hotel itself is rather good. But my priority, when booking, was having breakfast. In the evening I was told the breakfast will be there at 8a.m. There was no food at 8:10 and the receptionist lazily sad “It’s not my business- the restaurant is separate from the hotel. Their staff is not here yet” There was no wish to help from his side until I asked for a complaints book. At the end, instead of having a normal breakfast i got lunchbox to go and excuses. Not a pleasant experience.

Very spacious rooms with tea/coffee/water provided. Nice and quiet as its located on a side street. It's location is good for seeing the sites of Chisinau but personally I found some of the side streets by this hotel a bit unsavoury. The bed was clean and comfortable, really dodgy shower though. Good breakfast and pleasant staff. Could do worse so overall would recommend.

What a brilliant hotel, I really could not fault it.||We arrived around 8 am after an overnight flight, and they had our room ready. The room was big with all the mid cons you would need (iron and ironing board, mini bar/fridge, hairdryer, toiletries and towels, phone, tv and air con). We also had a small kitchen area and I have to say I've never slept in such a comfortable bed.||There are yummy sweets at reception, tourist maps, an atm machine (though it was out of order) and they kept our luggage on the last day, even after giving us a late check out.||Breakfast was a treat, something for everyone and different things each morning. We also ate one night in the main restaurant and the menu was plentiful and good value. Drinks are also well priced.||The staff are great and you're really not far from many amenities. The trolley bus is close in case you don't want to walk the full length of the main road to get to the parks/museums.||I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Good four-star hotel in the heart of Chisinau. The room was spacious enough. All the regular facilities were present. Breakfast was not great, but OK. Staff is very welcoming. Definitely recommend
