Everyone was so kind and helpful when I called to order a beautiful flower arrangement in remembrance of my friend. They were delivered on time and the gold ( deep yellow ) and purple flowers looked stunning and just what I wanted. I’d definitely use Flowers Unlimited again.

I didn’t want to use a national company as usually find that receive a better service from a local small business. This was certainly the case with Flowers Unlimited! From the very start with my phone call the person was very friendly but professional & efficient, signposted costs at an early stage but in an informative & helpful way, & listened to my request checking all details. I then soon received a confirmation email , & in the delivery day received an email advising my order was out for delivery, then another with confirmation photos of the most beautiful florist choice tied bunch! I am more than happy to recommend this business .

Never use this florist if you love the one you’re ordering them for! My boyfriend ordered me flowers for occasion and I received not the bouquet he requested. He ordered tulips + some spring flowers, no roses, no lilies. Instead I received 1 photo. With complain the next day I received half dead tulips free of charge as an apology. Now it was my turn to call and complain about my own flowers! Ridiculous. I sent the wrong one back and received another one with all tulips. They looked good at first sight, but when I got time to open the packaging and arrange them into vase my jaw dropped. First of all, they all different lengths. Some are so short they’re drowning in all vases I have at home! The others very long. I have no idea what I am supposed to do with this. Also, some flowers are damaged or half dead as well. Shame on you! When you’re paying for flowers you expect them arrive fresh! Waste of time and money.

My mum is in a care home and she has been poorly so my sister and I thought it would be nice to send her some flowers. Mum loves pink and so is asked for a lovely pink spray. They were beautiful! Thank you.

We have used Flowers Unlimited many times including for my Son’s wedding and always been very happy. On this occasion they listened to what I wanted as a tribute for my lovely Mum for her funeral and everything was just as we wanted.The flowers and the arrangements were beautiful and the scent of the roses was absolutely lovely. I spent sometime looking for a reliable florist that would be able to provide me flower arrangements for my dad’s Cremation. I was able to speak to a person called Amy at Flowers Unlimited in Brighton. Amy was extremely friendly, patient & understanding towards my requirements. She made sure that I was happy with my order & reassured me that everything would be taken care of. She even liaised with the Undertakers, to make them aware that the flowers would be delivered on the date & time that I had requested. On the day of my dad’s Cremation, I saw the flower arrangements & they were absolutely spectacular. My mum & I were extremely happy & grateful to for Amy’s hard work.

Always had flowers from here but today they arrived in the usual poly bag in carrier bag with matching tissue paper but no water. When I watered them it all came out as rips in poly bag. My partner rung about it as we always display as they come (otherwise might as well just buy a bunch of flowers!) no apology, just told should put them in a vase. Shame about lack of customer service, but wonder if changed hands as never had bad service before and been ordering many times for years

DAVID IS THE BEST ! At unlimited flowers every year he reminds me to send flowers to my mom for her birthday I'm in the USA and she's in Brighton and before Mother's Day he even grantees the flowers to look beautiful for 7 days and will replace if not! He even sent 70 roses for her 70 Th birthday Thx David you made my moms months she's loving her flowers and the extra Autumn fall flowers you sent for free great customer service to go the extra mile I highly recommend you to everyone thanks again always reminding me with emails and what's apps me to remind me when it's that time of year again YOUR THE BEST FLOWERS EVER
