We went here in 2021. During the peak Covid season. We had come from India and this was a completely strange country. The hotel staff was very friendly and nice. They even helped us arrange a tour to the teotihuacan pyramids. There was also a zoo and playgrounds nearby. We stayed for 14 days and it was absolutely amazing. Would visit again for sure !!!

I strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel. I recently made a reservation and provided my credit card details—a card I seldom use. Shockingly, the very next day, I noticed about 20 fraudulent charges originating from Mexico. When I brought this issue to the hotel’s attention, they outright refused to acknowledge any responsibility for this distressing situation. Furthermore, their customer service was appalling; they were incredibly rude and even charged me for the first night after I canceled my reservation. It's clear that this establishment does not value customer security or satisfaction. Who would want to stay at a hotel notorious for credit card cloning? Beware and steer clear of this place!

I recently made a reservation to stay at this hotel and had a very troubling experience. After using my credit card to make the reservation, I discovered that my card had been cloned and multiple unauthorized payments were made. I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the security measures in place at this hotel. I would advise future guests to be very cautious and perhaps consider using a different payment method or a more secure hotel. This experience has left me feeling very uneasy and frustrated.

My wife and I booked this hotel because of its reasonable price and location for our first visit to Mexico City to visit our son. The hotel is located in a great area of the city, in Polanco only a block from Lincoln Park. |The bed was very comfortable, it was a suite complete with kitchenette. The bathroom is a bit small for a big American but I had no problem. |The front desk folks are very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping is very good although there was a mixup resulting in our room not being cleaned one day. But the desk clerk got us a plethora of clean towels with a sincere apology for the error. |And there’s a complementary continental breakfast; my wife got her first coffee of the day every morning while we liked the fresh fruit.

I traveled with a friend and having two bedrooms with shared living room and kitchen was perfect. The area had so many wonderful restaurants and the park down the street was a great meeting point. We loved this hotel and would recommend it highly.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at FlowSuites in Polanco. The location is fabulous and is walking distance wonderful cafes and restaurants. This is our fourth stay at the suites and have found each and every stay enjoyable. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are a wonderful value and they include everything you would expect in a suite style room. The kitchen is more than adequate and you will be pleasantly surprised to find a light breakfast waiting outside your room each morning. I would highly recommend booking here.

This property is not a full service hotel, but a boutique apartment hotel. It sits in a rather quiet corner of the lively Polanco District. It is about 100 yards from the four pricey and over hyped hotels that line the Campos Eliseos street. It is not luxurious, but it is small and homey. They even provide you with a simple breakfast and a bottle of clean water. It has a basic kitchenette and the room is ample and could accommodate up to four people comfortably. The bathroom is tiny and awkwardly designed. That is the only major drawback. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the best of this gentrified part of CDMX. Price is reasonable for the location and super reasonable if you compare it with its neighbors down the road. I would rather stay here than in those over priced properties which, by the way are always crowded with people.

Cute room but bathroom was very small. When we were checking in they had no bathroom for me to use. I had to go to a near by restaurant since our room was not ready. Walking distance from restaurants and felt safe walking around
