Great food. Great atmosphere. My first stop after the ferry. The lineup is long as usual. They do offer coffee while waiting which is a good thing. The food is always very good with big portions. Never had anything bad on the menu. Their bennies are delicious.

We live in Asia so we really miss good old fashioned breakfast and this place really hit the spot. Cool tunes and decor, friendly waitstaff, endless coffee, and great food. I had the American Idol, very indulgent but oh so delicious.

A local favourite, this popular Hollywood style diner serves generous portions and has menu items named things like “The Berlin Wall” and “Seinfeld”. I had The chorizo hash which was super satisfying and the Mahoney Caesar which was garnished with an assortment of savoury goodies which added up to an appetizer. I would recommend this restaurant but since it’s so busy on the weekends allow yourself time to enjoy the free coffee at the front while waiting (smart!), the atmosphere, friendly staff, and of course the food!

The place was fairly busy and I can see why. The food was really good! The service was a bit slow, but you didn't see anyone standing around; they were all busy. Husband had the Hudson Chicken Waffle and I had the banana bread pudding French toast. They were delicious and you got a large helping of food. The red currant jelly on the waffle was very tasty! Great flavours and a great place for brunch or breakfast at a fair price. Would definitely recommend trying this place out!

My standard order is “the Hudson” with 2 extra eggs. It is the best thing you will ever put in your mouth. I used to get the Mahoney, they used to make them super special but recently they just mix some scrabbled eggs with mixed greens... I ended up having the exact same Mahoney 3 times in a row, so I’m taking a break from that 😓 Overall, the service and food are great but you end up waiting 20-30 minutes for the food to be made.

Absolutely incredible food! The servings are at least 2 meals. We loved the Mahoney option where the kitchen chooses what you get to eat and if you're the betting type you can bet heads or tails and pay double or nothing. My lucky husband got his Mahoney for free.

My favourite breakfast spot in Victoria. The portions are unreal, super quick service, and even with a line you get a table so quick. The service is friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Prices are in the $15 range for breakfast items but you will absolutely be full when you leave. Check out Floyd's if you are in the area!

AWESOME breakfast food in a vibrant, quirky atmosphere. If you're feeling adventuresome go for the mystery breakfast, you can even flip a coin for double-or-nothin' price.
