Fluffies Hot Chicken - Hackensack

This place was definitely worth the trip! They offer unique and delicious dishes with varying levels of spice. I got the mild heat chicken with mac and cheese and my girlfriend got the plain version of the same thing. Our meals were hot and fresh and by the end of the night we had nothing left. Both dishes had great flavor and we had leftovers which we brought home and finished later the same night. The portions were great for the price and we both felt full after eating about half our meals. The only regret is not getting a dessert, too! We both agree we wish there was a location closer to us!

Came in on a Saturday during the lunch time rush. Ordered the large tray of chicken/fries/mac. Not only did it come out in half the time she predicted, the food was hot and fresh. The plain sauce across all the foods was so flavorful and stood out so well while not overpowering the taste of the chicken or the Mac. All in all fantastic time. The music playing of all varieties lent to the atmosphere as well. My one gripe that doesn’t take away from the experience at all, was that they clearly have some cross contamination of the sauces they use. Every now and then I’d get a bite of something way too spicy for me. It didn’t taste bad, I’m just personally not a fan of spicy.

Was grateful they were open till 3am and near the Hilton for Anime NJ and not being from the area was very helpful. The chicken was nice sizes and cooked well, was a little more spice then what I expected for the chicken tenders , it was decently priced and the cashier was kind and helpful with suggestions with the sliders for a friend . The wait was pretty quick considering it seemed busy .

Had their tender and fries combo. The tenders we huge and delicious, although the sauce was not spread over the whole tender. The fries were super crispy and the whole combo was a large and of food. Service was great and very fast.

It was me and my family’s first time coming to Fluffies Hot Chicken. We loved it. Everyone was so nice and the food was hot and ready!! Definitely coming back. They give you an amazing portion of food. I got the half fries half mac n cheese with chicken and sauce.

Fluffies Hot Chicken in Hackensack is solid. We ordered the chicken over fries and the chicken over mac and cheese. Both were delicious. The chicken was crispy with good flavor and the portions were great. The kids loved it which is a win. Will definitely be ordering again.

What are you waiting for! Go. Go Now!! Drive, walk, ride a bike...you won't regret it. The hardest part...choosing what to order!!! Biscuit - melts in your mouth. Mack-n-cheese...your mom's Mac-n-cheese ain't got nothing on theirs. And the chicken. HOLY!!! And then there's the staff...smiles and joy. Amazing personalities, fun to talk to. Now Fluffies's owner...PLEASE do me a favor. Open a location a little further west...Madison or Morristown. You will make a killing out there. Trust me. Open something out there and I'll be on at your doors every week!

I ordered the hottest but it didn't taste anything remotely hot but otherwise the food was very good.

Stumbled across this place using Apple Maps And it did not disappoint. At 9:30pm it had a steady stream of people coming in and out. We ordered the original chicken Sandwich and an off menu item, "half and half" recommended by cashier. It was a side of Mac and cheese and fries under chicken tenders. Everything was delicious especially with their fluffie Sauce. Ready I guess honk ANYTHING would Be good with the fluffie sauce. It was fire. It was you to sit and eat you can but it seemed most were getting their food to go. Will definitely be back when we visit the American dream mall. We just had a little wait ... maybe 15-20min.

I fully understand the hype behind Fluffies. They are known for their distinctive Nashville-style hot chicken! My heart really wanted to order a little bit of everything because the entire menu sounded like a dream, but... you know... My waistline can't afford those calories :-) So I popped in a little after midnight on a Friday and the place was bustling! I definitely walked into munchies hour LOL...There were a lot of groups dining in and constant traffic. I also noticed there were over 15+ bags of pick-up/take-out orders on the counter. Despite the chaos, the service was pretty good. The employees were working really hard to keep up with all of the orders. Mine was ready within a few minutes. I ordered the... *Nashville Hot Chicken Rice Bowl (~$14)- The bowl included basmati rice, pickles, coleslaw, Fluffies sauce, and chicken on the top. THIS WAS SO DAMN GOOD! I only ate half of my bowl because the portion size was huge. The chicken was crispy, HOT, and tender. I chose mild for my spice level and it was enough to get the perfect kick. The basmati rice was cooked and seasoned well with a fluffy texture. I don't even like coleslaw, but I devoured this one. The Fluffies House Sauce is like a mixture of a smoky, tangy BBQ and cayenne pepper. So many flavors blended well together in one bowl. I WANTED ANOTHER ONEEEEE... *Caramelized Choco Chunk Bread Pudding ($8)- This dessert sounds better than it tastes. It was okay, nothing remarkable. I thought it would be a lot more rich and decadent. I have my eyes on the hot chicken sandwich next!

So, if this was a year to two ago I would say this place was 5* through and through! But unfortunately, over the past 3-4 months, their customer service and logistics have gone waaay down hill. Online: They changed their hours on door dash to only listed as open on certain days, even though they really are open. They just don't want DD orders. They now use an app called Toast, but toast uses DD drivers. They just pay less and there's now an additional middle man to delivering your order. My recent orders have come 30-45 minutes late due to this issue. While fluffies food has always been GREAT, I'm now opting for other halal spots that I know will have more reliable service. In-store: their new cashiers have some kind of weird attitude. I heard one woman pretend not to know english and refuse to help the man in front of me, so when I came up to her I was worried...but she spoke perfect english? It was all so weird. And the guy was being very pleasant, not rude at all or being a jerk. I prefer not to go in-store since there's a strong smell sometimes. Almost like BO, but everywhere. I really miss the old fluffies! Hopefully they go back to using more mainstream delivery services and up their customer service and cleanliness.

The food here is so good! The chicken is flavorful and tender. The Mac n cheese is cheesy and has great flavor. The fries were fresh and crispy. I definitely recommend eating here. Good to order ahead as they do get busy and the line can get long. Platters are big enough to share. The Cole slaw was also really good!!

Got the chicken bowl with mac n cheese and fries and it tasted pretty good. went for the medium spice level and the sauce it comes with is delicious - really completes the meal. The chicken wasn't crispy but it was good overall. For about $13, it was a satisfying and filling meal. The food was ready quickly and there's some seating inside as well.

First time ordering delivery and still wow . GREAT food for the price . Their chicken is fresh and tasty, but their sauces are top tier. Do yourself a favor and buy the bottle of their Fluffy Sauce . Finally had their Mac and it is SO flavorful (despite its lackluster looks). Their rolls are fresh and sturdy enough to handle all the flavor and LOVE in the chicken. Top notch !

I got the Fluffiest Filled Mac and it was very good. The sauce gave the dish an extra boost and the Mac has a great taste putting it altogether. Great meal!!

The food is awesome! Chicken was cooked nicely; not at all dry. Mac and cheese was great and the sauce they use is amazing. Will definitely be back to try one of their sandwiches! The location itself to dine-in is super laid back; counter service only. Not at all huge and they clearly do get busy even on a weekday for lunch.

This place has a lot of potential to be great, it just needs better management when it comes to placing orders and getting orders out to customers. The flavor profile is really interesting and I liked the incorporation of Indian dishes , it made me feel at home. The fresh naan bread was made to perfection and the chicken was really juicy and cooked well. Lots of flavor and a great portions. I wish them all the best and hope they hit their stride to becoming a great place to eat!

Fluffies is certainly a vibe. There are many intriguing options- I went with the fluffies chicken over Mac and cheese and the tandoori chicken roll. I like that you are able to choose the spice level. I went with medium on the Fluffies Mac and cheese and it was perfect without being too spicy. The signature fluffies sauce compliments the Mac and cheese very well. The tandoori chicken roll is a nice option if you want to go a bit healthier as the chicken is grilled. It has jalapeños in it so it gave it a nice kick. Looking to be back soon, thank you!

Waited 49 minutes for a tray, some tenders. Orders sat there getting cold for long periods of time. I enjoy the food but most likely will not return due to the disorganization. The kitchen seems to be a disaster. Losing people's tickets. For the $110 I paid for the food, the hassle is not worth it. I had high hopes but it's a no go for me. I can sit in a restaurant for that amount of time for take out. I'm still waiting for the text I was going to get when my food was ready. Instead I had to stand there and hound them for my food. So the kitchen can say "I no have it!" Really?

11/18/23 Saw a new sign for Fluffies?! Did the comedian open a chain of restaurants? As a fan, I was surprised I hadn't heard about that LOL We couldn't decide what to eat so we stopped in. We were surprised that it was more Indian than Nashville Hot Chicken, lol But it was a good surprise as we love Indian cuisine. I can't do spicy like that, so I opted for the Tandoori Chicken Bowl. It was really good. Hubby is not a chicken sandwich guy. He was hoping for bone in chicken that was hot, lol. He saw the poutine, which he was a fan of, and got it with extra hot sauce. He burned but loved every bite. LOL. I'm not a poutine person, so it was just , the butter sauce was really good. The Mango Lassi was too thick for my taste. It wouldn't go through the straw... It's a small space, 16-20 seats. It was packed with college kids, and I can see why, good food, hearty portions for about the same price as McD. The only table was the one right when you came in, so it was freezing. Hope they can put up an outside door to try to curb some of the cold air. I will keep this in mind for a quick Indian bite.

overall pretty good! service was quick and amicable. we got 2 items: mac n cheese w extra tenders: tenders were well seasoned and tender. while the mac n cheese was pretty good, it could have used a bit more seasoning and wish it was creamier. [8/10] buttermilk biscuit: very fluffy and loved the honey on top, but it felt like was missing something. also it was $5 which felt a little pricey for a biscuit but it was pretty large [7/10]

Came on a Friday night and it was super packed, like uncomfortably packed where you had to stake out for a table. Food took some time but was okay when it arrived. We were missing 2 things from our order and when I went to the front to inquire, they made it for me fresh without a problem but it was just so busy and became overwhelming. Overall, their fluffies sauce was really good and I would be willing to come back and try again but not if it's that crowded and busy again.

Staff taking orders are friendly and courteous! Food is always good their chicken sandwiches are off the hook and generous portions. Today had the Nashville hot wings and it did not disappoint. A must try to wash it down is the mango lassi. Spacious eating area. Parking can be a little tough.

This isn't your typical hot chicken spot. They have unique items like the Frankie rolls, where you can get your hot chicken sandwich in a light naan bread wrap. They also have butter chicken, and tandoori chicken. We ordered the original Nashville hot chicken sandwich, and the Nashville hot chicken Frankie roll (naan wrap). Although i enjoyed both, I favored the Frankie roll. It was LOADED with chicken. Seemed like 2-3 chicken breasts in that wrap! For $14, totally worth the price. And flavors were absolutely delicious. Chicken was juicy and crispy. Loaded fries were also delicious and the Coleslaw cut the spice nicely. Service was absolutely exceptional. Order came out in about 5 minutes. I had commented on the mango lassi but didn't order one. When I was leaving the girl who took our order called me back and gave me a mango lassi on the house just to have me try it! So glad to have this nearby - a MUST visit !

Fast service great food the chicken was juicy and very tasty. Medium heat was perfect for me. The Fluffiest sauce hits perfectly. Fries were crispy. A little bland.

The best fried chicken I've ever had! The fluffies sauce is a must and they also sell bottles of it to go which I get all of the time. They offer different levels of spiciness for each of the chicken options as well. Ordering takeout or at the counter your order will be ready within 5 minutes and everything is always consistent. Im a frequent at fluffies and will continue to return!

Their chicken sandwiches are second to none. Chick-fil-A, Popeyes can't eat what they have. When you come here for lunch, you're gonna leave over stuffed it's great. You can adjust the heat in your sandwich, but even mild felt like medium. I love their french fries with the special sauce. They have so many add-ons. The drinks are great. I don't imagine why anybody would want to have a dessert since they're gonna be so stuffed. The chicken is fresh. The service is good,

I had Fluffies for the first time and WOW. I was not expecting to enjoy this place so much, but I'm glad that I did. I came with a group of 8 and was able to find seats for us all. The store itself is pretty small, and doesn't look like anything much, but that shouldn't stop you from coming. We ordered at the counter and got our food quickly. We started with the poutine, which was so good. I was expecting more of a cheese curd type of situation, but this was still delicious. The fries weren't too soggy, and the chicken was still juicy and crispy. I got the signature chicken sandwich while my partner got the butter chicken bowl. I wasn't expecting this place to have a fusion style type of sauce but I LOVED it. Everything was delicious, and I was craving more that same night. I highly recommend this spot, and I'm definitely going to try their Frankie rolls next time!

Not bad, but not the best either. I had a craving for Nashville hot chicken nearby, and I decided to order a hot chicken tenders with fries and mango lassi. The mango lassi was sweet and delicious- no complaints there. My chicken tenders were not spicy, so I'd go up a spice level. The house sauce was what really made the chicken, and I wish there was more than one small container. I ordered my fries extra crispy, and the staff obliged. Pickles were good, and I didn't care too much about the coleslaw. I'm not sure what the hype is here because I find Dave's Hot Chicken to be much stronger in flavor and spice level. Staff was friendly, inside of the store was clean and had seating. There's also plenty of parking, and I'd give Fluffie's a chance for something different.

The food was really good! Staff/customer service was ok considering we went during a very busy time. The restaurant itself doesn't have that much room, so if you're claustrophobic or just don't like crowds order ahead! I ordered the plain filled Mac, which was still spicy (to me). The servings are heavy so you'll definitely get full!! Overall ... 8/10.

Tucked away in a little strip mall between a Subway and Carvel on each side near the border of Hasbrouck Heights and Hackensack is this relatively new Halal chicken and "frankie roll" place that offers food at a pretty high price point. But is it worth it?!?!?! The answer is a RESOUNDING yes!!! A Nashville Hot Chicken is their "signature" chicken sandwich for 12 bucks?!?!?! YES -- And worth every penny!!! There are two large, thick, crispy, juicy and fresh tenders on a soft brioche bun with pickles and sauce. I got one of these with a Tandoori Chicken Frankie Roll. The sandwich was outstanding -- A 5-star trip into delectable heaven with each bite, even though I asked them (when asked) to "make it spicy as you can make it", and it wasn't very spicy at all. The review is a 4-star on the overall because the Frankie roll was not as flavorful as I expected it to be. Perhaps I should have used one or both of the sauces they provided, but I wanted to see what it tasted like on its own (and was trying to act at least a LITTLE bit healthy, LOL)! There's lots of other stuff, and being that the service for pickup was even more prompt than they told me on the phone -- Trips back to sample their other comfort food offerings (and perhaps some follow-up reviews) are definitely on the horizon!

Heard good things about this place and I knew I had to try it. I ended up ordering delivery to work and ordered the Nashville chicken bowl. It was so yummy. The coleslaw, rice and crispy chicken combination was perfect together. I ended up getting the mild which was had a little kick but I am always cautious with Nashville chicken spice places. The other menu items also look so good. Will definitely order again.

Went there today. Chicken was over-cooked and dry, took a while to get our order (eating in restaurant) and when we got it, it was lukewarm. Music was extremely loud; couldn't hear my friend at the same table. I don't see the attraction of this business, very disappointed.

Move over Dave... there is a new spicy chicken sandwich that will knock your Wendy's socks off! .... no pun intended. The rave about this place and the heat is real, so choose wisely. With several levels of spice you can bring the heat, but can handle it?!?! I ordered a few things from here and tried a couple of the spice levels, but what will keep me coming back again and again is the sandwich. YUP, I don't need anything else from Fluffies... just consistently tasty spicy chicken sandwiches for the rest of my life! It is a BIG cut of white meat chicken breast in between a soft toasty bun. I almost wish the bun was bigger to hold all that meat and flavor. The sandwich packs a ton of flavor and a big hunk of meat so be ready... roll your sleeves back, have those napkins ready, and do NOT touch your face! I went with the mild spice for my sandwich so I can truly gauge the spice level and get the real taste of this meal. Fair warning, do not be a hero and go for the spiciest... you will burn your mouth and your soul. This sandwich is topped with slices of thick cut pickles and house-made vinegar based slaw then topped with a little more spicy sauce. They also give you more of the spicy sauce on the side. Which is great if you decide to go mild then dip accordingly for added heat... pro tip- you're welcome! GET THE SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH!!!

After seeing a couple of reviews of this place I had to try it for myself. I ordered a signature chicken sandwich and it was amazing. Eating that sandwich was an experience. I took it medium hot. It was hot but delicious. It had so much chicken I thought I couldn't finish it, but finish it I did! The 15.00 dollars for this sandwich was definitely worth every penny. The bun was good, it had some slaw in it as well a sauce that was truly tasty. We also tried some cheese sticks and they were cute little morsels of tender and real mozzarella cheese served with marinara sauce. This place uses good products and the food is really good, definitely worth a visit. If you don't like too much heat consider mild. They offer 5 levels of heat starting with none at all, but I might consider sticking with medium next time, cause ooh it was flaming but it was so good!

Hm interesting concept, but can't say I'm a huge fan.. perhaps not for me. Quantity is great, but the mix of flavors just wasn't hitting. Had a chance to try the tandoori chicken rice which was the best out of everything and the fluffies filled Mac and cheese with some sides.. super heavy, very saucy, and something i'd probably crave at 2am after a night out. The fried chicken didn't really taste any different than normal chicken tendies... but give it a shot for yourself.

Probably one of the best chicken places NJ has to offer. Everything is made fresh to order & comes out piping hot. Service was excellent and very attentive. Setting is more casual style- makes for a great late night grab.

My wife saw Fluffies on social media. I knew I needed to try it. My friend and I headed there on a Thursday night at 6pm. They do a steady stream of business. Shop is bright and modern. Staff was pleasant and professional. Is the music a bit loud for conversation, perhaps. Is that a sign I'm getting too old, certainly. Totally worth it because the chicken is delicious. The poutine is outstanding, the gravy and cheese took it to the next level. Butter sauce and Mac and cheese were excellent. Wings were on point. Mango lassi was smooth and had nice mango flavor. Will certainly return.

So came to fluffies out of the blue on a rainy day must tell you it was awesome.Chicken tasty, crispy topped off with a delicious coleslaw. Now let me mention the Sauce levels if you don't like hot spicy stick to plain or mild-medium although delicious was a bit too hot for me. Don't get me wrong enjoyed the heat on my tongue and lips but saving the second half of my crispy chicken sandwich Home. Oh mini cheese sticks delicious.

I was in the neighborhood and wandered by. Decided to check it out. I ordered a mango lassi and the cheesy naan. I could not put the lassi down! Hadn't had one in so long I'd forgotten how good they are. It was gone by the time my naan was ready. Another winner! I don't remember the kind of sauce she gave me but it was awesome. Had I been hungrier I would've gotten the spicy macaroni and cheese/chicken bowl that was recommended, but no space this trip. Would happily come back!

It was my first time here and we were pleased! the chicken was crispy and the sauce was amazing! The portions are big and a good price! French fries were crispy and mac and cheese was so good and I want to try it with a spice next time since I got plain this time. The place was clean and there was a lot of seating! All the workers were nice and even though it was busy all the workers were friendly and helpful! 10/10 recommend!

This review is about your Bayonne location. FOOD: Excellent. I highly recommend it. Service and Ambiance: The workers there were all friendly, positive and engaging -- all except one, and that's why my review is "Could've been better"; if it weren't for this plump dark-haired negative imperious young lady who appeared to be supervisor making negative comments about me to workers, comments based simply and only on what I look like and my age (I'm a senior), comments were were totally unprovoked because I never interacted with her in any way before or after this shameful episode, everything would have been fine. She is the proverbial bad apple whose terrible example may well spread and spoil otherwise decent young people among your bunch of workers into thinking that its "cool" to deliver the last thing service should deliver -- good reasons for your customers not to come back again. So the problem here is not the company (which I like), nor its multicultural vision (which I dig), and the nice kids of all faiths and races (which I dig to) -- the problem is the bad apple who should not be allowed to spoil the bunch!

What can I say :) I looked up google and found this 4.7 star place... and with no hesitation, drove 10-15 mins to have lunch at fluffies.. Im a guy who likes spicy food... being indian, its almost inevitable that we love spicy food :) looking at the pics from other posters, i went ahead and ordered Nashville style chicken tenders.. I know how a nashville style would taste - having tried it in KFC few months back. KFC was a bit oily, but the taste was so good.. The only mistake i did was, i ordered "Blistering Hot" spice level.. I mean, food can be spicy.. no doubts.. but the spice should not overpower the taste of the food IMO... just to make it SPICCYYY, apart from the nashville sauce, they just sprayed red chilli powder (kind of spice) all over the tender ! although I can manage any kind of Spice, this one was IRRITATING, just because of the red chilli effect. You cant even wipe your face , as the spice in ur lips, can get into your eyes and cause serious irritation. If it was just the SPICYYYY sauce, i would have loved it, but all i smelt was red chilli powder and oil. was totally disappointed with the food. i also got burns in my stomach eating that spice. I will still give them 3 stars.. Im just hoping to go back there, once more, and may be try their frankies, and less spicy options. will give them one more chance.. Food took sometime to come (appx 10-15 mins), which is fine, as they are doing it fresh. was a little expensive - 15 $ for 3 small pieces.. overall a very average experience..

This place is overhyped and overpriced. My friend and I got the mild 3 piece tenders with fries and Fluffies filled mac n cheese. The tenders were overly spicy and oily, the fries were good, and the mac n cheese drenched in sauce (more of a soupy mac n cheese) We spent $37 for 2 meals, a canned soda and a water bottle. We took 2 bites from our food and dumped the rest out. The only edible thing was the fries. I will not be returning to this establishment‍

I'm perplexed! Can't decide what I like better - the butter chicken Frankie Roll or the plump 2 piece chicken tenders! From Nashville to New Delhi, this place is such an interesting contradiction of food ideas but, in a way, not really. Common denominator found in these wonderful dishes? HEAT! They bring it, here at Fluffies! And I ordered the "medium" heat choice on both dishes! Serious heat lovers will love the "hot" and "blistering hot" choices, no doubt! Medium works for me right now - and I'll work may way up to hotter later, with a redneck beer helmet fastened to my noggin armed with Mango lassi drinks on both holsters to put out the fire in my mouth! Woohoo!!! The chicken tenders are juicy, tender and perfectly crispy and very flavorful. You can tell the butter chicken in the frankie roll (naan) has been simmering for some time, absorbing those wonderful flavors of the East. Definitely returning to try other dishes! Only reason for not awarding Five stars is where they're located - it's a cramped mini strip mall that is downright dangerous if you try and make a left while traveling south on S Summit Ave. You're better off going to the light, making a left there, another left on "Poor Street" which takes you to the backside of nearby Crow's Nest. Make a left after crossing the Crow's Nest's lot and you'll live another day to tell your grandkids about Fluffies!!! Another ding is the pricing. I'm not complaining 'cause "sh*t's bussin'" as my teenage boy would exclaim loudly, but other patrons may be put off by $12 for two tenders. Stumbled upon this new spot near the Carvel in Hackensack and damn I am glad I did. They have a ton of good chicken/max n cheese bowls with five different sauces to choose from(depending how spicy you like your food) The girl ringing us up was awesome and helped us decide what would work for us. As for the actual food, you get huge portions for the price and what's even better, it tastes great. Definitely need to return to try everything else on the menu

Absolute MUST TRY!! Bowls are delicious and lasts me multiple meals (you can even share the bowls too as they're usually filled to the max). My favorites are their butter chicken bowl and Fluffies Mac n cheese, but absolutely everything here is delicious. Warning!! If you get the HOT Nashville Chicken tenders, the spice level is not for the weak!! Their sauces are so good. Definitely recommend. Everything here is absolutely delicious and employees are very nice and welcoming. Ample seating and parking available as well.

This place is THE munchies spot! Everything from Mac and cheese to fried chicken sandwhiches, you can't go wrong. I absolutely love any kind of sweet Mac I actually put bbq sauce on mine, this sauce was much better not sure what's in it but it's FIrE!! I almost ate just that. Then I had the hot chicken sandwhich, but mild, so good with the coleslaw. Then finally the butter chicken bowl wow, rice was perfect and everything was so saucy. If you can get to the Hackensack area go!!

This is a new spot on route 17, every-time I passed by it was super packed so I decided to bring by chicken loving husband here. It is a fast food Indian fusion (or at least thats the concept I got). The place is very small with little to no seating areas based on how busy it is but to be completely honest it really does not matter. We ordered wings, fried chicken sandwich and a wrap. All of them were really delicious and flavorful. I really think we could become regulars here.

I recently paid a visit to Fluffies Hot Chicken & Frankie Rolls with high hopes of indulging in their banana pudding. However, I must admit that I was left rather disappointed. While I generally prefer not to write negative reviews, I find it important to provide honest feedback, especially considering the limited options for quality desserts such as banana pudding in the area. The over-priced banana pudding turned out to be a letdown. It seemed to be primarily comprised of pudding, with only a scant amount of bananas to be found. The wafers, which are an integral part of a satisfying banana pudding experience, were disappointingly sparse and few in number. Despite my personal disappointment, it's worth noting that Fluffies Hot Chicken & Frankie Rolls may have other appealing items on their menu that are worth trying. This particular dessert, however, did not live up to my expectations.

I've been wanting to try this new spot since I first drove by when it had just opened. It did not disappoint. Ordered the fried butter chicken sandwich, the butter chicken Frankie roll, and a mango lassi. The sandwich had a big piece of crispy chicken dunked in Indian butter sauce inside of a soft bun. Frankie roll was larger and had chunks of butter chicken, peppers, and sauce inside of a thin, freshly made naan and came with a creamy white sauce. The naan even had crispy edges around the top. We got mild heat which we enjoyed, but would try a medium spice level too. Both sandwiches were delicious and worth getting again, though I want to try some of the other menu items including the poutine, bowls and mac and cheese. The mango lassi was really good as well. Food came out quickly and the staff was friendly. Will be returning.

This is my first review on yelp. I had to choose this restaurant for it. I never in my life have had food that was this diabolical to my gut. I'm not a picky eater nor do I have any restrictions while eating food. When I tell you this food presents beautifully well, even tasting decent! But it will literally burn a hole through your body. I was fighting for my life on the toilet at 4 am. No this is also not the first time I've had food from them. It's the 3rd and every single time the result has been same. You have been warned. On the bright side my boyfriend loves their food, although facing the same gut issues he claims that it is worth it. So to each their own.

Horrible service, the gravy is way too saucy and the chicken almost burnt. Took almost 40 min to get my order and service was also horrible, 3 incompetent Highschool girls on the counter
