Ordered a last minute gift online on Wednesday, (desperate to receive the gift by Christmas and emailed the store)... I've received it today, now Friday... and beautifully gift wrapped! Amazing service and speed - can't thank Gillian enough!!

Good quality in comparison with what I had bought from other shops previously. it is heavier in weight. Unfortunately there was some damage occurred during the transport. After contacting their customer service, I was sent a replacement one without hesitation. the owner is friendly and sent each shipment with a personal handwritten thank-you note. Highly recommended.

A lovely lady in this store went to the bother of tracking down a replacement lid for my drink bottle and posting it to me. No one in big Auckland stores that I'd asked would make the effort but this lady did and I really appreciated it. Its always a great store to visit when in paihia
