I had a terrible experience with customer service on January 11, 2025, 10am. The employee hung up on me, and when I tried calling back, they answered and then just left the phone off the hook on purpose. I’ve attached videos as proof.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I’m definitely not coming back. If you’re looking for decent service, avoid this place. The least they could’ve done is let me know they were too busy to help, but instead, they just ignored me completely.
I won’t be supporting them again, and I’d advise others to stay away too.
