While the features in this hotel are not up to what once might expect in a western hotel; the quality of the staff and the atmosphere more than make this a great place to stay. This hotel has a very middle eastern feel from the friendly Arab patrons through to the decorations and food. The evening featured delicious local dishes with portion sizes that were more than adequate. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and reasonably clean. The bathrooms are a bit tight and quirky but there is plenty of hot water. The beds are firm. In room wifi was provided. The staff was very helpful and prompt. The hotel is centrally located and there is plenty to see and explore in the immediate area.

I had a very nice experience at Al Yasmeen Hotel. The building is very nice and the rooms are clean and tidy. The restaurant was very good. Most of all, the staff was so welcoming and helpful. For example, I was too late for the breakfast buffet, but the staff prepared for me a really nice breakfast, free of charge! The location is also very good. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Nablus is such a bustling & crowded place but once you walk up the steps to the hotel lobby, you immediately feel relief and welcomed by the staff. The rooms are nothing fancy but very adequate. The breakfast was traditional & I appreciated the halvah, fresh fruit & eggs. I enjoyed just sitting in the lobby area and people watching since most of the guests seemed to be from the surrounding areas/countries and I am American. I would definitely go back.

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at Al Yasmeen Hotel. Every staff member (which I believe they’re selected very carefully) with whom we came in contact was attentive and very kind, all of the staff are working hard to help us in all areas even if it is out side the hotel. We had a wonderful vacation, and I have recommended Al Yasmeen Hotel to all of my colleagues, friends and family. Thank you again for such outstanding service.

Stayed in this hotel as part of a Palestine Community Foundation advocacy event, Just Cycle Palestine. A group of 12 of us cycled through the West Bank in order to show solidarity with the Palestinians and to promote peace and justice in Palestine on our return to the U.K. Like everywhere in this beautiful country, we received the warmest of welcomes at Al-Yasmeen, which was well situated and had a lovely, slightly quirky atmosphere. The food was superb, the rooms perfectly well equipped and the beds very comfortable. In a country where the plumbing struggles to keep up, the bathrooms and toilets were equipped with a hose and bin, but the shower facilities were very good and the water hot. The decor was attractive and interesting, and the hotel staff were polite, friendly and professional. Next time I come to Nablus, a fascinating city in its own right, I will most certainly stay at the Al-Yasmeen Hotel again.

The hotel has an excellent location, on the border of old town and commercial center. The rooms are adequate but comfortable, the food is great and the staff is very hospitable. ||||The hotel lobby is a also a hang out for locals and foreigners, I enjoyed my time here.

The hotel is located in the downtown. Noisy in the morning, quiet at night. You can go by feet everywhere (and to the old bazzar). No public transportation or taxis, you must heve your own car. The service was acceptable and the rooms not so clean. Even like this, is the one of best places to stay in the city.

Nestled into the heart of town, bordering the old city (and only a 5 minute walk away from the best Knafeh shop in Nablus!) al-Yasmeen is a lovely, quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. Great food and an incredible spread for breakfast, the staff are really helpful and attentive. Rooms are a bit outdated (I've stayed on several occasions) but its part and parcel of the place. The warm hospitality outshines everything else, and I've found myself going back time and again.
