La Maison Hotel Petra

Stayed here during our visit to Petra and found it to be a very convenient choice. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Petra Visitor Centre, which made it easy to start our day early and return without hassle after a long hike. Rooms were clean and functional, with all the basic amenities. While the interiors are a bit dated, everything was well-maintained and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent with a mix of local and continental options. The location is the biggest advantage — perfect for anyone visiting Petra and looking for a budget-friendly, no-frills hotel right next to the site. A good option for short stays focused on exploring Petra.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location—just a short walk from the Petra entrance and the main tourist street, making it incredibly convenient. The rooms are cozy and clean, providing a comfortable stay. An added bonus is the dedicated parking space right across the hotel, which is especially helpful if you're driving to Petra. Fantastic hotel that has everything you need! Breakfast was delicious with fresh omelettes made to order (always the highlight of a good breakfast for me), rooms were very impressive with modern decor and recently refurbished. Customer service was excellent. Location was really good, only few minutes walk to the entrance gate of Petra. Car parking available. This hotel was great value for what you get and exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel in Petra town , it's about 150 meters from the visitor center of Petra . The stuffs are very helpful, the resturant of the hotel have amazing breakfast and dinner . Mr. Alaa, Ziad, and Ahmad the receptionests are so charming and helpful .

Our stay was very comfortable .The hotel is clean and cozy, and the boss is professional and helpful. Special thanks to Ziyad at the reception cuz he was incredibly kind and welcoming. He truly made our experience even better❤️☺️

Great location! Comfortable rooms, safe parking, friendly staff, and easy walk to Petra entrance. Also, do not miss the bread pudding. Honestly one of the best tasting desserts I’ve had in my life. I’m not a dessert person and I distinctly remember filling 3 plates of bread pudding because I could not get enough. I dream about that bread pudding. Petra is pretty cool too.

Very comfortable, super clean, receptionist was very informative and helpful, food & breakfast were fine and just around the corner from Petra main entrance, so location great.
