The environment is quiet peaceful. I would give 3 for the ambience but the room was not that good. The head of the bed was a bit torn and that ruined the look. Another problem was the water, which was always hot even when you opened the cold water tap. The food was good, as I only had breakfast so I can speak for that. Be sure to not keep anything with you that needs refrigeration cause the refrigerator was not working at all. Other than that, if these things don't trouble you, then it's a good affordable place to be. Lively, the staff is very very good and very responsive.

This was a terrible place! Rooms, beds and towels were dirty upon arrival, the TV didn't work and their breakfast buffet was mostly empty and overpriced for the very limited selection they offered. We actually ended up going to the supermarket each morning and buying own own milk and cereal. They also ran out of toilet paper (for the entire hotel) for about 2 days they offered us boxes of tissues instead of going across the road and getting emergency supplies from the store :/ Staff at reception were also quite unfriendly. The only good thing is it's close to a station and it's next to the Four Seasons (I think) - the staff there were super lovely and helped us book tours and stuff even though we told them we weren't guests of the hotel and were staying next door.

This place is disgusting the bathroom accessories have fallen apart toilets seat hanging loose. Traps from basin leaking on floor. And practically no breakfast apart from stale bread eggs to order. LATE night see prostitutes in the hotel. My honest word to owners.This hotel use to be very good because of cleanliness, friendly staff and location.Work hard and retains its glory back.before you loose it

Room was nice but they shouldn't allow to smoke in the room. Price is good as per location, walk able distance from the Al Fahidi Metro station. Food joints are nearby so lots of options are available nearby.

The hotel is centrally located, however the washrooms are squeezed and the air con needs to improve. The hotel also needs to have a restaurant that can cater the requirements of its guests. Also need to have more bell boys as i ended up lifting most of my luggage

Very non professional reception staff. Very rude and arrogant front desk staff. They don't know how to speak with people. They simply said if you don't want don't come here go somewhere especially that short and fat lady. Hospital management should hire presentable and we'll manner staff. The present front desk staff is pathetic no smile on their faces no proper dressing. I am surprised with quality of staff.

Rooms were big enough however seem bit retired the AC wasn't that strong however rooms were clean and wifi was working fine, staff is cooperative what I really liked about the hotel is location close to Metro Station with lot of shops etc around
