This is not my first stay at this hotel; however, this has been my worst experience so far. While the staff are kind and helpful, the property urgently needs technical and maintenance upgrades. Many aspects of the hotel are outdated and do not align with the standards of the brand it represents. Overall, it is quite disappointing.

I had a very nice stay at the Le Gabriel Sofitel. All the staff was extremely helpful and responsive to the questions and needs. I also liked the overall hotel decor but the rooms need a fresh update. Location is unbeatable.

Very elegant hotel in Beirut. The rooms were comfortable, big and clean and the staff were excellent, especially Ramy and Pierre. Hope to return soon.

Very clean hotel, staff polite & friendly, breakfast was ok nothing special and my room was cleaned every day. Location is good within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I was disappointed that in this hotel you cannot pay with the points of Accor loyalty program but Johnny at the reception was nice and helpful in guiding me through the customer service to get my stay credited. I would recommend the hotel but it definitely lack the feel of a 5 stars hotel comparing to other Sofitel

I had a really pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful. I arrived in Beirut on a very early flight and I was allowed to access my room around 630 am without any extra charges. I was grateful for that courtesy. The hotel is very well located to nearby important museums, good restaurants and cafes and within walking distance to historic areas and the downtown area.

The service is of the highest standard - the hotel is absolutely stunning. When coming back from a busy day in the city the spa downstairs is waiting for you with a really nice and cool plunge pool. The rooms are spotless. The breakfast is the best in town. The charm of the decoration is really quite something. I only have good things to say about my stay there and certainly will be back when in Beirut.||My trip was also in June 2024, so I was a bit nervous at first, after achieving my trip this seems a bit silly in hindsight...
