Fo'ao Vaperse Hotel

We booked the business king room and it was very lovely and spacious. The location of the hotel is in the centre of Tianhe and within 15 mins walk to the Mall of the World. There’s a McDonald’s right across the street which was great because when we arrived to the hotel, it was late night. The room facilities were great, bed was comfy and there was a choice of soft and firm pillows. Booked it because we wanted to use the pool since it was in the summer but didn’t get a chance as we were busy going out and about. We also did some online shopping and had the packages delivered to the reception of the hotel and there were no issues when we asked them to help us collect the parcels. Would definitely come back again when we are back in Guangzhou!

Book apartment style with 2 bedroom. Very spacious for 3 adults. Comes with small pantry and washing machine. The room is clean and staff are very helpful towards our queries. Plenty of food choices and massage places around the hotel.

Overall a pretty good option. But there are some issues. Location is pretty central. Handy to canton fair.||Pros|-Room was huge (apartment). Separate lounge. Massive bathroom. Very comfortable and modern|- breakfast was decent. |- shuttle service to canton fair was well organised||Cons|- horrible internet. Slow and no VPN|- didn't allow me to check in early after flying all night. Didn't let me shower somewhere else. So I had to book another hotel for the morning. Pretty poor service for 5 Star ||Overall I would return. The size and comfort of the room for the price paid was quite reasonable . I wish they could fix the internet to international standard.

Hotel ReviewI recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and I have to say it was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and approachable. They made checking in and out a breeze, and were always willing to answer any questions I had.But what really impressed me was the manager's exceptional service. When I needed help ordering food online, he went above and beyond to assist me, even keeping me updated on the delivery status after his working hours. It was clear that he was dedicated to ensuring I had a comfortable stay.Unfortunately, the car attendants were a major letdown. When I arrived with three pieces of luggage and two kids in tow, I was shocked when they completely ignored me. I ended up having to load my luggage into the car myself, while my kids waited. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially given the excellent service I received from the rest of the staff.

Great location, we stayed during Canton Fair so hotel was very busy - despite the crowds, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. We stayed in a business suite on a lower floor with a pool view. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was a big plus. Staff remained consistently efficient with no long waits for check-in or service. There’s also a handy 7-Eleven on the ground floor (easy to miss at first!). Close to malls, restaurants, Mc Donald’s just across the street. Easy to catch didi outside the hotel (which was our main mode of transport during our stay). Overall, a solid stay and good value for money.

Great place! Very clean and well maintained room, romantic view of the canton tower, near opera house by walk or running distance. The first hotel I used in China with smart toilet and bidet washer 🥰🥰🥰 very much appreciated Sellin Cai handled our booking very kindly

This hotel is located in a great area literally 300m from metro station. There is a large selection of eating places all around. The staff and facilities were all great. Our room was perfect and everything worked despite starting to show signs of heavy use.
