Highly recommended! I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. Gin, the lady who manages the place, was absolutely amazing — so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was traveling alone and felt completely safe throughout my stay. There’s also convenient parking close to the rooms. I definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic stay! Great location, spotless rooms, and outstanding service. I accidentally dropped my car keys in the after-hours dropbox while checking out early. I called, and the owners came out straight away to swap keys, saving me any delay. Truly amazing service—thank you!

Had a great stay here. Was very cold weather and we were warm and very comfortable. We were helped to our room by a very friendly lady. There was even a lift. Great room with plenty of space and a balcony. Easy to get to so many restaurants. Even had electric blankets and my personal favourite was the fresh milk. Thank you:)

After a long day on the road I arrived late with a space reserved for my traveling van comes off in their secure car park. Room warm and cozy ready for my rest.||Exceptionally comfortable bed saw me sleep until after 8am which I never usually do.||A well prepared continental breakfast has just been completed ready to hit the road again.||Great location. This is my new central city Christchurch accommodation! Cheers.

This is a great place to stay , lovely greeting upon arrival taken to our room, the room was small but well set up with a spacious balcony , everything in our room is just done well everything works very tidy

Well appointed, clean and well presented, we loved having the lift as my husband struggles to get upstairs, Phil was very welcoming. We would most definitely stay there again.

Keep in mind that this is a mixed review. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Kelvin was great and laundry facilities really good. No AC is an issue though when it’s warm. Very walkable to most things. Noisy as on a busy street but mostly quiet at night. Very small bathrooms but towel rack warned was a nice touch
