Had the most amazing experience on Saturday. We were celebrating our anniversary and everything was amazing. The food selection, service, and meat options. Not only were the servers attentive, but two managers came by to check on us to see if we needed anything. That is truly remarkable customer service! They also asked if we were celebrating anything and we mentioned our anniversary. They treated us to a dessert and made us feel appreciated. The six hour drive to visit each year is always worthwhile.

Wow! Friendly, professional staff. They checked in often on how we were doing. Even sent over perfectly cooked steaks when asked. The lamb chops, rib eye and filet were melt in your mouth. The selections are great. Cold bar was delicious.

The food was incredible. We LOVED the best of Brazil deal and appreciated the dessert for our birthday celebration. It was very special. Ari was a fantastic server! There was some miscommunication and our marrow bone didn't get put in, that was the only bummer. Everything else was delicious & fantastic. We'd come back again in a heartbeat.

I had an incredible experience at Fogo de Chão in Scottsdale! I came in for the $18 lunch salad menu, and from the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. Gaby greeted me warmly at the reception, walked me to my table, and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my meal. She was so attentive and made me feel truly welcomed. Kat, Ana, and the rest of the team were amazing—always checking in on me, making sure I had fresh water, and helping me with the delicious cheese and honey. Their attention to detail was impeccable! Jen was also fantastic—she not only provided excellent service but also helped me sign up for the Fogo de Chão rewards program, making my experience even better. The salad menu was incredible, with fresh, high-quality ingredients that made for a delicious and satisfying meal. Overall, the hospitality, professionalism, and friendliness of the entire team made this a five-star experience. Thank you, Gaby, Kat, Ana, Jen, and the whole team for going above and beyond! I will definitely be back.

We recently visited Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse in Scottsdale to celebrate my birthday, and after so much anticipation, I have to say—it exceeded our expectations! We were truly impressed by the quality of the food, the attentive service, and the inviting atmosphere. What really stood out, though, was the warm and friendly demeanor of the entire staff throughout our dining experience. Everyone made us feel welcome and taken care of, and that made the celebration even more special. We’ll definitely be coming back for more! Thank you, Fogo de Chão, for making my birthday memorable!

Google
Wonderful birthday experience here. Was always checked on and never left out of any meats coming around. Loved our waiter, Uriel. The assistant manager, Rachel S, came around a few times to make sure we were all set! Loved her enthusiasm. Also, Anahi was wonderful on making sure we had the specific meats we all wanted. Loved loved loved everything about this experience! Food 10/10

I had an amazing dining experience at Fogo de Chão, thanks to Bella and Rachel! From start to finish, they provided top-notch service, making sure everything was perfect. Bella was incredibly attentive and made great recommendations, while Rachel ensured we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Their professionalism and friendliness made the night even more enjoyable. If you’re dining here, I highly recommend asking for them!

Wow! Where to start? It was such an amazingly incredible night that my wife and I chose to go down for our first time at the Scottsdale location ( early anniversarydinner. ) To say that we were overwhelmingly, pleased would be an understatement. From entering, we were greeted with a warm and friendly enthusiasm from the hostess staff. The rest of the evening ceased to amaze , from the delectable choice cuts of fragrant meats , to the never-ending attentive to detail service from the staff we felt like VIPS. A level of service that went above and beyond is the norm at this location. Though the location is currently under renovations , the Excellent level of Fogo de Chão charm, service and expectations was Absolutely on par ! Of Note, several staff deserve recognition; Managers Andres and Fernando were attentive , engaging and constantly interacting with guests making sure at every turn all needs and requests were met seamlessly. Lead persons Emma and Gabbi were also equally attentive and engaging as well as jumping in wherever help was noticed , wanted or needed. Server Uriel was always near by and asking if we needed anything and attending to our needs and requests. My wife and I ended our lovely evening with dessert that showed the level of customer service we've come to love and appreciate from Fogo that keeps us coming back again and again. We will be returning again soon , Hungry for more of the Fogo experience. obrigado a todos os funcionários

Yelp
The experience overall was mediocre, however Nick Reed made it so much better! The food had its ups and downs, but I would still definitely recommend this spot.

Yelp
Food was great. However even though I payed for the premium meats, I had to ask for them to come around nearly every time I got them. The restaurant was very nicely decorated. Would recommend.

Yelp
Fantastic food and service with Desirae and Sarah!!! Absolutely delicious and great customer service. Continuously checking in to offer food and assist with our needs. Considering how busy they were and were still consistently verifying that we had everything that we needed!! We will definitely be back!!

Yelp
First time at this chain and I had a blast. Seated fast and servers were really attentive. The salad bar was a little lacking as some of the options looked a little stale and had been sitting. Meat was amazing though, all juicy and tender. I was talking with my friends who have been to the locations in the bay and they mentioned that the meat here was way better seasoned. To me it was seasoned pretty perfectly and not too salty.

Yelp
Update 4(final update?): After the whole fiasco the assistant manager reached out finally and offered a complimentary dinner to re-experience the 5 start quality that is unfortunately unapparent. Honestly I'm a little disappointed. The offer of the dinner seemed more than anything a silence dinner. Meaning it was offered in exchange for my silence and to hopefully appease me and resolve the situation. I respectfully declined because I truly feel it does not do anything to solve the concerns I had. To be quite frank I'm rather flabbergasted at the situation. Paul martins would've been better or even Flemings. Probably would've received better customer service there too. After I sent the previous email detailing the problems I had in length it felt very ignored by offering the dinner. The assistant manager said nothing about the wait i described in depth or the fact two young female hostesses were chatting up a storm rather than working. She just offered a dinner so I know there will be no change. Im truly disappointed at the handling of the situation. I just wanted some basic accountability but I didn't even get that. The apologies seemed so insincere and more of a 'I'm apologizing because I have to' rather than an understanding of they messed up. I'm very upset at the situation and how it was handled. Maybe in a few good years I'll try again.

Yelp
Parking: Private lot, valet is available. Service: Wait staff is hard working and literally running around to serve meats and goodies. Not enough steak gauchos with literally almost 100 tables inside. Food/Management: This is where the review goes backwards. Someone in management likely had the bright idea to pack as many people into this space, with minimal staffing and subpar salad. What you get is a mix of customers who likely cannot afford to eat at this place. Which in turns, drives away people who have the money but will likely not return. In my opinion, you are overpaying for the experience with mediocre food. We went here in 2022, and times have changed for the worse.

Yelp
My boyfriend treated my mom and me to dinner at Fogo de Chão, and it was really good. The downside was the really long wait, but hello--it was Christmas, so I didn't mind. I appreciated the staff giving out freebies while everyone waited. I was disappointed by other customers being rude to the staff, as if they were to blame for everyone in Scottsdale wanting to eat at the same place on the same night. Once we sat down at our table, our waiter was phenomenal! He was very attentive, and we were consistently getting refills on drinks, which, to me, is amazing customer service. I will definitely be back here and wouldn't mind waiting as long as I need to again. The only downside to this location is how small it is inside--the Atlanta location is bigger--but the food here is super good!

Yelp
This is a fun Resturant with a great atmosphere serving a wide verity of Brazilian beef, veil and Lamb. Great table service by meat cutters who roam the room offering guests different cuts and seasoned beef. A carnivores fantasy. Steak aside, they gave an expansive salad bar too. A place to experience with a business associate, significant other. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
This wasn't the first time I've been to Fogo but it will probably be the last. We had a table of 12 for a friend's birthday. We had made a reservation and the table was waiting for us. Of course they have the fantastic salad bar, but I was there for the meats so immediately turned my coaster to green. Several in our party did go to the salad bar but we had to finally ask for them to start sending the meats to our table. We also had to ask twice for water and eventually someone in our party just got up and grabbed the pitcher and did it himself. Once the meats started coming they were regular, but I asked for the lamb to be brought back around, which never happened. As we were enjoying our meal a girl came around and offered us a Brazilian Refresher shot. She did not disclose there was a price associated and not like I expected alcohol to be free, but when u are at an all inclusive place and something is offered if it is an additional cost that should be disclosed. The shot was AWFUL. After our meal another girl came by and offered lemon cello shots. Explained how it help aid in digestion, etc. Again did not disclose there was a cost associated and it was AWFUL. This one was so bad I couldn't even get it down. When our bills came each shot was $17.50 WHAT?! I told our server I didn't even drink the lemon cello (it was still sitting in front of me almost full) and wanted it taken off my bill. He said okay and did remove it but all of it just left a bad taste in my mouth...the awful $17.50 shots and the experience. Our server Zachary had a horrible attitude and didn't seem to care one bit about our experience. We did have two servers and the girl we had was super sweet but could have provided better service, as well, but at least had a good attitude. This place used to be really awesome and a nicer spot to celebrate. I'm not sure what changed but it was not for the better. Also, please get another valet for busier nights. Valet was great but alone and it was way too much for one person to keep up with.

Yelp
We went for Christmas Eve dinner reservations at 4:30pm for a party of 6. During the holidays, a place like Fogo is fun because the vibe is up beat but also a bit hectic! There's a way around that though... RSVP for an early dinner! By the time we left at around 7pm, there were so many people waiting for a table. I'm sure they overbooked because they didn't require a credit card for an RSVP. It makes sense for the restaurant, but sucks if you're expecting your table to be available. Buyer beware! Sides were yummy, as usual. Felt like there weren't as many meat options as I've seen in the past, but the garlic sirloin and the lamb were the table favorites. Opted for the seafood tower, which I've had better and probably wouldn't order again at Fogo. I would totally recommend it for a nice family meal... but highly highly recommend dining early during the holidays.

Yelp
Wish I could give this place zero stars. Came in with my son and husband. Ordered the churrasco experience for my 5 year old and myself and husband ordered the salad bar since he doesn't eat red meats. Our server (very rude and disrespectful one) was looking over our table like a hawk the entire time and kept saying questioning us if my husband wasn't eating meats. She was talking about us to other servers as we were listening. Food was bad, didn't even received bread. We didn't continue eating because she made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Still got charged the entire bill.

Yelp
Alright, honestly, it didn't get much better: - the maitre'd was condescending and rude (my very polite level headed husband dealt with that and I was upset from a far with how she acted) and absolutely zero apology or acknowledgement for the wait. Fairly certain we were the last of our booked time slot and were definitely seated after some of the next time slot. - 54 minutes to get to a seat - our waiter service was poor, we had to ask for refills more than once, barely checked on us - took awhile for food to circulate our way, presumably because most of the section we were sat in were in the process of leaving - the saving grace, the gauchos, thank you guys for actually taking care of us - made sure food was sent our way and shared what was circulating. - shout to the suited young man who also took care of us in the small interaction we had with him, you're very sweet and thoughtful ---- Good grief. Can't count the amount of times(10+) I've eaten at a Fogo on Thanksgiving, not just at home but other places in the country. 0/10. We're currently sitting 45 minutes and counting behind our reservation time. 15-20 mins for a holiday, alright, I get it, sort of (honestly, not really, especially considering I've never waited more than 5mins with a reservation even on holidays at other locations, but I'm trying to give some grace here). I haven't gotten to food or service (which I hope is fine +1 star because I like the food), but I'm absolutely hangry - with a small human who is in the same boat - and have a bunch of words for the extraordinary mismanagement - be it not holding parties to their time slot, late start, bad kitchen causing the hold up, or overbooking.

Yelp
This was our second visit to Fogo. The first time was in 2015 when I celebrated my husband's birthday. At that time, we had a great birthday celebration. For this time, we made reservations through the website for 11:30am. It was pretty convenient and we were glad we were able to do it same day. When we arrived, and because we were there 10 minutes early, we were asked to wait until they were open. Once they were "open" we were immediately seated. What we liked: some salads were pretty delicious. Service was attentive, and restaurant is clean. What we didn't like: the meats were just ok. Some were chewy or undercooked despite picking a medium- cooked cut. They also did not have much flavor. Not all foods in the salad/food bar were labeled so we had to guess whether we can eat it or not especially because we do not eat pork. The choices besides salad in the salad bar were limited. Having tried other Brazilian steak houses in the valley, the options here were not very good. While we appreciated that the mashed potato and bread were served at our table, they were not hot enough and got even colder during our meal. Honestly, place is overall pricey for what we got. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and felt very under whelmed with the food and flavors. We were expecting a much better experience on such a special day.

Yelp
Service from Parker and the team was awesome and memorable. He made sure we had a great experience for our anniversary. The atmosphere is loud but full of happy people eating food and that's always a good thing. I would recommend making a reservation if you go on the weekend because they are very busy. Thanks again Parker and Team!

Yelp
We return for a birthday dinner celebration as the variety of food tends to be a hit with the family. If you haven't done a Brazilian Steakhouse, Fogo is definitely the top of the line. The premium cuts of meats & Feijoada Bar are extravagant with tons of items to fill ones palate. (I dare not say "salad bar" as it goes way beyond the basics) The last few trips left me feeling that maybe the buzz for coming here is gone as I didn't feel the service exceeded expectations. It's expensive to dine, & in the past I would of said, it was worth it, but not this last time. The servers for the meat weren't listening to my request, and when they came from the kitchen, it was like they always started/ended at the same place.... That didn't sit well with me as some of the items I wanted, they just blew by our table. A lot of the meats were really "over cooked" and lacked the signature flavor profile. The Medalhoes (bacon wrapped steak/chicken) was "way too salty", the Linguica (Spicy Pork Sausage) were dry (need to dip them in a sauce of something) and the filets were not tender. The specialty items, Fraldinha, Picanha & the Alcatra were simply overcooked and I couldn't tell them apart. Best item of the night, the Cordeiro (lamb Chops) were good, but everytime they came out, I was the last to get some and I got "what's left". Found myself waiting too long to try the next selection of meets (and yes, we were all flipped on green waiting) I did voice my concerns, but it was a too late into the dinner to really make a difference. They asked me what I wanted and they came directly to my table... Note, we were towards the end of the night/closing. Service was ok, but they were not 100% present for us between removing plates, refilling drinks or assisting. Trips to the Feijoada bar were meet with some disappointment as items were not replenished in a timely manner, and one to many kids or suspect adults forgot how to use serving tongs. The Feijoada bar should be staffed with 2 people... one to police it and the other to help keep it refreshed. Overall, the experience was less than satisfactory. Dressing up was the vibe for years in the past, but now anything goes. Business dinners, post-golf or corporate events, graduations, birthday, Mother/Father/Valentine's Day... I would highly recommend avoiding this place for major events as even with reservations, you run the risk of being seated significantly later and the quality of the food goes down hill with an influx of people.

Yelp
I want to thank the lovely staff for a beautiful experience and also an invitation for anyone reading this! It was my 32nd birthday and I deciding this year I am taking myself out and treating myself to a nice dinner ! You don't have to wait for a b day to do this btw! It was such a great atmosphere and the market table was delicious - so many option for veggie lovers / eats (plant based). I had tears in my eyes ending the night with gifting this experience to me from me and the staff made it that much more enjoyable with ease even a lovely special b day dessert on them. A night I won't forget thank you! If you are reading this it's meant for you to go treat yourself today ! you are a celebration every day!

Yelp
Fogo de Chão Scottsdale went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful dinning experience with them. We recently had the absolute worst dinning experience of our lives with the San Diego Fogo de Chao location over Thanksgiving so we appreciate the Scottsdale staff & everything they did to help us have a wonderful evening and dinner with them New Year's Day to correct the horrific experience we had in San Diego. Thank you to our server Marcos & the rest of the crew at Scottsdale.

Yelp
Some of the food was wonderful, definitely have to track down the person with the grilled cheese & honey! Dessert was AMAZING (HAVE to try the crème brûlée cheesecake). The service was iffy unfortunately... very casual and loud ambiance.

Yelp
First time at Fogo de Chao and it was a solid experience. We were celebrating a birthday so I wanted something unique with a diverse array of food options. Fogo De Chao hit the mark with their wide selection of Brazilian inspired meats and sides. Highly recommend the $44 for 4 Courses promotion! All the meats were fresh and flavorful. Our favorites were the Picanha (house special) and Fraldinha (bottom sirloin). Both cuts were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. These were also the cuts we came back to multiple times. Our least favorite cut was the Parmesan crusted pork. There was way too much Parmesan, it completely overpowered the meat. The sides were all good. Favorites were the mashed potatoes and the cheesy bread. The polenta fries we got tasted a little stale. I think if we'd gotten a fresher batch we would've enjoyed them more. The market table had a lot of interesting options - highly recommend starting here first before jumping into the meat. The service was pretty good. Our only qualm would be almost getting charged for premium bottled water. Our server asked if we wanted "still or sparkling" water. We told him still. He proceeded to bring us a fancy glass bottle of still water. It wasn't till halfway through our meal we noticed other tables were being served water from carafes, not from a bottle. When we inquired, it turns out we had been given an $8 bottle of premium water! Thankfully they took it off the bill since that wasn't what we asked for, but I suppose next time I need to specify what kind of water I want? All-in-all, it was a really positive experience and I highly recommend this place.

Yelp
DISAPPOINTING!!! Dined on 12/21/2024, reservations 4:00pm While visiting Scottsdale for the holidays, we decided to treat my family to a dining experience at Fogo de Chao. My wife and I have dined at various Fogo de Chaos around the world (Sao Paulo, Brazil; Beverly Hills; Washington DC, etc.) and expected the same opulent dining experience. Boy were we WRONG! This Scottsdale location was a big DISAPPOINTMENT and a bigger embarrassment to us considering it was a holiday gift for the family. For $63 per head, this Fogo de Chaos is not worthy of the brand name or the exorbitant cost. Total bill with tip...$624.27!!!! Our reservation for a party of 8 was at 4:00pm before the dinner crowd. The restaurant was fairly empty. One would expect that our hostess would be in a friendlier mood with the holiday spirit. Needless to say, we were seated on a cramped table by a grinch of a hostess who acted like we were wasting her time and energy. Her undesirable attitude was the start of the disastrous meal to come. In previous Fogo de Chaos experiences, we had the pleasure of friendly servers tempting us to endless skewers of prime cuts of meat with impeccable service. This Scottsdale location, the servers lacked the attentive, friendly spirit and service Fogo de Chao is known for. Very disappointing for our high expectations from other locations! The wait to get the servers our way was approximately in 15-20 intervals after ordering and having to practically BEG FOR IT! When the meat finally came, it was either overcooked and very limited portions of the THIN SLIVERS of meat. My sister even asked for another slice because the slice was so THIN! We practically had to beg for their famous cheese bread which came cold, while another begging session ensued for the fried plantains. Because of the long delay of meats coming our way, my guests gorged themselves on the fancy cold cuts, cheese and fruit at the limited salad bar. WE DID NOT COME FOR THE FRUIT OR SALAD! Definitely not worth the $63 per head! This Scottsdale location heavily lacks the service, integrity and reputation Fogo de Chaos has built itself for as the most outstanding Brazilian restaurants. VERY DISAPPOINTING for the amount of money we spent!

Yelp
Honestly I feel that as years have gone by this establishment does not live up to its name. Yes the food is delicious but the customer service was not my favorite. We booked a reservation at 7:30 pm and was sat at 8:45. I understand that a few minutes later but over an hour? Anyways I understand the job is stressful but I asked nicely about our seating once and the host rolled her eyes and said "it should be ready any day now." After we were seated the server was very nice and accommodating. But the host kept staring at my table and rolling her eyes I love this place don't get me wrong but this was not the best experience I've had. I'll come back eventually but for now I'll probably give it a lil space to improve. Love the food always so thank you chefs.

Yelp
I made a reservation for Thanksgiving dinner for 6 via OpenTable a week in advance. There were many time slots and availabilities left. When we arrived, it was a nightmare! There were so many people, I would say 80 people or more outside with reservations either waiting for the tables or just waiting to check in at the host desk! It was so unorganized and a person next to me was telling me they made reservation for 4:45pm and still have not gotten seated at 6:30pm. That is 2 hours wait even with a reservation! That is so ridiculous! I wished I remembered to take a picture of the hungry crowd. We love Fogo de Chao and I understand it was a holiday, but this is not acceptable! Management should oversee all reservation platforms and make sure the availabilities are up to date and accurate. They should not allow more customers to reserve if the restaurant was so overbooked! What is the point to make reservations if we still gotta wait for a long time? Anyways, that was my complaint! We were so disappointed and hangry! We left and went to eat KBBQ AYCE and there was no wait thank god! Will I still go to Fogo, probably yes but it will not be a holiday ever again!!

Yelp
I was disappointed! My boyfriend and I went for restaurant week, and it was insanely packed at 8:30pm. Throngs of people waiting to be seated. We waited 15 minutes past our arrival to be sat. I understand when restaurants are extra busy you may be sat a little after your reservation time. I wish the lighting was more dim, it was quite bright and it made the place seem less intimate and nice. I had the cucumber mint drink and it was okay! Not super sweet which was nice because overpoweringly sweet drinks aren't great but it was just okay is the best I can describe it. Pretty presentation, though. Our side dishes of the sweet plantains, mashed potatoes, and crispy polenta never came out, I had to ask twice and it came near the end of our meal. The server was very nice about it, he seemed surprised too that no one brought it out. The salads and sides at the buffet were pretty good! Nice varieties, some were better than others but overall fresh. The roasted zucchini and sweet potato were caramelized, yum. I don't eat red meat so I was able to have the roasted chicken and cheese and those were quite good, they came off hot off the stick! My boyfriend had several of the red meats and seemed to like it, he filled up pretty fast! We asked for the crème brûlée dessert and they ran out... and there was no other gluten free option. I was quite disappointed since a dessert is part of restaurant week. And we were celebrating, so it was a little sad to the end of the meal. I'm not sure I would come back without a discount like for restaurant week.

Yelp
This is probably the worst location I've been to. The meat is barely seasoned and tastes very old. The chocolate molten cake tastes like it was bought at Walmart and popped in the microwave. We had a reservation for 5:30 and we weren't seated until 6pm. Honestly not worth the money for this location. The Vegas and Virginia ones are MUCH BETTER

Yelp
This is review is only for the bar relaunch event. Drinks: my old fashion with a pineapple twist was fantastic. Cucumber spritz was wonderfully refreshing. The espresso martini and the gold rush were decent. We bought our drinks at the bar but managed to snag a table on the outside patio. Bar Food: two items that stood out for us were the croutons/egg salad/caviar bite and the empanadas. The rest of the food was good as well but we preferred the two items a bit more. The DJ was fantastic, Jeremiah, kudos on your play list. And the planner, Brandie, was personable and knew her audience. Great job! We hope to be back for the wagu and wine event next month.

Yelp
We arrived at Fogo early and with a reservation. Still it was a madhouse as customers were trying to secure a table. It was due to a special almost 1/2 off for a full dinner What usually cost 68$ was $39. The service was excellent with roving waters bringing both food and beverages. The meats were wood fired and tasty. The service certainly slowed after the firstb 30-45 minutes Upgrades in meats and deserts were offered if your gut had even an inch left. We enjoyed the food and the circus of the food delivery each of us had a coaster to signal for more food or not I do note that at full price I would only go to entertain guest or special occasions. If I were to spend that kind of money I would certainly go to a high end steak house for a better cut of steak and at least some lower costs

Yelp
Always a family favorite. Service was excellent and food was delicious. Expensive but worth it every now and then. Formal tables but people dressed in everything from suits to shorts and tank tops. Definitely will get the meat sweats if you stay too long.

Yelp
Wow! We had a FANTASTIC experience at this Fogo de Chão location. We did the $39 special. They are offering it for a limited time. Here's what's offered in the special promotion: A SELECTION OF FIRE-ROASTED MEATS Continuous Tableside Service Picanha (Prime Part of the Top Sirloin) Alcatra (Top Sirloin) Fraldinha (Bottom Sirloin) Medalhoes com Bacon (Bacon- Wrapped Chicken, Bacon-Wrapped Steak) Cordeiro (Lamb Picanha) Lombo (Pork) Torresmo (Pork Belly) Linguica (Spicy Pork Sausage) Bisteca de Porco (Double Bone-In Pork Chop) Frango (Chicken) Queijo Assado (Fire-Grilled Brazilian Cheese) SEASONAL MARKET TABLE & FEIJOADA BAR AUTHENTIC BRAZILIAN SIDE DISHES Served throughout the meal We enjoyed the seasonal market table. It was filled with charcuterie meats, Spanish cheeses, different salads, vegetables, fruits and rice. Our favorite items were the bottom round (I like cow butts, and I cannot lie), lamb and the cheese with honey. Yes yes yes you must do the cheese with honey. I may have had a When Harry Met Sally moment in the restaurant if I hadn't controlled myself. Yep, the cheese is that good. It's a grilled cheese drizzled with honey. Some people call it squeaky cheese because that's how it feels when you bite into it. The ambience was nice and the service was fantastic! There were plenty of meats to choose from and the staff were constantly circling the room with new meats to try. Our plates never went empty and all of the staff members were very friendly. You could tell they really enjoyed their work and cared about their customers. Thank you all for making our night special.

Yelp
Went here to celebrate my daughters 24th Birthday .. We couldn't get in steak 44 so decided to go to FOGO.. I've taken clients here for dinner in the past and remember it to be lovely . I was disappointed upon entry the dinning room was set very different with tables on top of tables.. So many people, I was concerned that the meat service would suffer.. my fears were realized . We had to ask several times for the premium cuts waiting up to 10 mins for anyone to show up . The managers came by several times asking us what we were waiting on having us repeat ourselves over and over . We paid 360 dollars for 4 of us and each received 3/4 of a steak . The steak cuts were over salted and too smoking tasting . We were very very disappointed. Do yourself a favor and go to a real steakhouse where the ambiance will be much better and you WILL get the full meal you paid for .

Yelp
I went to this place for a company and friends dinner and the overall experience is great. The food was amazing. So many different cuts of meat and the salad bar was good too. I was so full at the end. The service was quick and they were all so nice. They explained to us how it works and accommodated us well. It was a little brighter in the room than i expected. But it wasnt too noisy or anything. Would go here again.

Yelp
Don't expect this place to honor reservations that are made. My wedding anniversary dinner was ruined because I couldn't even get into the restaurant for a 6:45 reservation. My husband and I left after waiting until 8:15pm. Granted this was during new years, but don't take reservations if it's going to be more than an hour and a half long wait. I have never eaten here. I will never attempt to eat here again and will be sharing the lack of integrity of this so called restaurant. No stars is my honest rating. I am happy to spend my money elsewhere

Yelp
I love this restaurant and I'm always so impressed with the extended diversity of their salad bar! The steak and meat options are fabulous and the price for just the salad bar at lunch is very appealing. That said the last time my partner and I went there for dinner. It seemed like the staff were ignoring our red light green light cards because despite being on red and trying to focus on conversation and connection, we kept getting interrupted with offers for more meat, so I might just suggest reminding them to ignore the tables when the red side is facing up. Our server was fabulous and the quality of the food wonderful as always. I do wish they would lower the price just a tad because I always want to partake in the meat, but I can't possibly eat enough to justify the price under circumstances. Restaurant week was a great option.

Yelp
Overall rating is more to...3.5 stars. It started off pretty bad. Reservations were made for 8:00pm, we arrived a bit early and still waited until around 30 minutes to be seated past our reservation time. Alright, they were busy and we understand that they can't control how long some parties stay. Once we were seated, our initial waiter took some drink orders then kind of disappeared for a bit. Once he came back we all ordered The Churrasco Experience, and went to get our other food from the salad bar area, which had many offerings and was pretty tasty. This is where things started to go downhill again. We all finished our salad bar food before a single waiter/waitress came by our table with any of the meat offerings. This is where Laura comes in. Laura was the saving grace of our experience. She noticed we haven't received a single piece of meat. She must have really raised some hell because shortly after we were brought what seemed like all but a few offerings of meat. After that, Laura was very consistent and probably the best waitress we've ever had. Drinks were never empty for long, and plates were even changed out for clean ones without the need to ask (we didn't really need this, but it was very much appreciated). She really made sure we were taken care of, despite the wait times not being her fault at all. Throughout the night we noticed Laura really working hard. It was quite impressive. Overall, the rating for the RESTAURANT is a 3. Laura gets a solid 5 stars, and I'd easily give more if I could. Thank you Laura for saving our experience from being a bad one, and turning it into a great one. I told a manager about Laura's wonderful service, and I hope she gets the credit she deserves.

Yelp
We were so excited to visit Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse, but unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, I went to the women's restroom and found it in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. Things didn't improve much after we were seated. The atmosphere felt chaotic and loud right from the start. While I'll admit the food was good--though not great--the buffet for sides was poorly managed, with items frequently running out and not being replenished in a timely manner. Additionally, the service was inconsistent, particularly with the servers bringing meat to the table. It seemed disorganized, and the flow was far from smooth. Overall, this visit was disappointing, and we are unlikely to return.

Yelp
We went here for our anniversary, and we just loved it. Our server, Isabellie, was the best. She explained everything very clearly to us. All food was delicious, and the salad bar was excellent. I highly recommend it. For those that gave bad reviews, come on, that was during Mother Day weekend. Lol

Yelp
I have been to a few Fogo locations but this one was insane and the layout was not ideal. It may have been because of the holiday, December 24th, but it was fully packed and SO loud. The salad bar was hard to maneuver around because there were tables and people crammed in right next to it. So with people trying to walk to the bathroom, people standing in line for the salad bar making their rounds around it, servers trying to get by and people seated there - it was chaos. I had to hold steady to my salad plate as if you get bumped, you're losing your platter and have to start over. Our table was backed into another table so our party could not move and so we had to scoot our table over into the aisle in order to sit down. We kept getting bumped in the back and head by people walking behind us. It was overwhelming. On top of that, the meat they served was overcooked and hard. It always "looked" good but as soon as we bit into it we were disappointed. Most of the meat slices ended up on a discard plate which ended up being a huge wasteful pile. I hated it. I hate to waste food like that but it was awful. The only steak they did well was the Bottom Sirloin. They did not offer fried pineapple and the chicken wrapped bacon was like hard rubber. We had 7 in our party and our bill was about $750. It was definitely not worth it this time, especially waiting outside in the cold when we had a reservation for a certain time and we still had to wait another hour after that reservation time with an early check-in. We had senior citizens with us that could not stand for such long periods of time and parking close was not existent, so it was a rough wait.

Yelp
Such a fun experience for Christmas Eve! It was insanely busy inside and out and we were seated 45 minutes AFTER our reservation time which was a bit frustrating. Heads up that the shrimp is an added fee if you choose to have it- $27. Messy goodness Bottom Sirloin & Beef Rib were my favorites as well as the grilled cheese chunks with honey!

Yelp
Had a wonderful experience tonight at a wine pairing dinner with some girlfriends at Fogo de Chão! Lapostolle wine collection was the sponsor, and everything was spectacular. We got personalized excellent service from Levi, Sonia, and the the wine representative Robert. I loved the ambience as they sat us in a completely separate area so it wasn't loud at all, only our wine dinner party. Every course was explained well, and we were able to ask lots of questions from the wine maker rep, and that was very cool. We all had an absolutely wonderful time and would definitely visit again whether during a specialty wine dinner, or just for a regular dinner. That being said, the lamb chops are to die for, as well as their house sirloin cut. The mint chimichurri was out of this WORLD!!! Excellent job everyone, look forward to our next visit!!

Yelp
This place was amazing at one time, but has significantly gone down hill. I think they need to clean house with the management and bring in new management that cares to keep the awesome experience of Fogo de Chao alive.

Yelp
First time visit and I was quite impressed. A birthday celebration that did not disappoint. The market and Feojada Bar was so diverse I didn't know what to reach for first. From Smoked Salmon with capers, to tabouleh, to chicken salad, with all types of greens available. If you were a Cesar salad person, it was there. Sun dried tomatoes, roasted whole garlic all amazingly authentic. There was also rice and black beans so typical of a Brazilian meal. Then comes the delicious meats, one tastier than the next . The pork belly made my eyes roll back into my head and the lamb did the same to hubby. The chimichurri sauce on the meat was a delightful addition. We were served warm sides dishes at the table including garlic mashed potatoes, sweet bananas, and crispy polenta. Our server Alex was a superstar making sure that we had everything we needed and were attended to properly. He made sure the birthday boy got his oozing chocolate lava cake as well. I was also impressed with Eddie, a seemingly mid managerial type who was focussed on making sure that we got our meats and other items in an expeditious manner. I complimented him before I left because the job he was doing for us and the other clientele was to be commended. This experience was truly 5 star for us. We will be back soon to enjoy Fogo de Chao once again.

Yelp
Now, we all know Fogo de Chão. We all love Fogo de Chão. The night we went, we got to do their $39 "Best of Brazil" dinner. You still get the market table & feijoada bar along with side dishes (cheese bread, crispy polenta, mashed potatoes, and caramelized bananas). You still get picanha (prime part of the top sirloin), alcatra (top sirloin), fraldinha (bottom sirloin), various meats wrapped in bacon, cordeiro (lamb), lombo (pork),, torresmo (crispy pork belly), linguiça (por sausage), frango (chicken), pork chops, and a lot of other things like lamb meatballs in chimmichurri. The only thing you don't get are the prime cuts. Not a bad offer if you don't mind not having the prime cuts! It's a great Brazilian steakhouse. Don't forget to get their fried cheese and honey and save room for dessert! Also, they have an amazing cocktail menu and might I suggest the Carajillo? It's the muscle-man cousin to the espresso martini!

Yelp
The ambiance, service, and price definitely make this place more of a special occasion outing. Everything we tried was phenomenal! I've been wanting to try Fogo for a while and finally got the opportunity. Everything is all you can eat here (besides the dessert) which also means you can't take home any leftovers. They have a self-serve marketplace table that's basically a very fancy salad bar with lots of high quality and unique options like smoked salmon with capers, caprese salad, charcuterie meats and cheeses, roasted peppers, asparagus, eggplant, and even fun fruits like dragonfruit and papaya! There's also Brazilian-style rice and beans. At the table you also get these little Brazilian cheesy breads (Pão de queijo) that are dangerously delicious and an added bonus of being gluten free naturally! Depending on what you pay, you then get gauchos (they cook the meats themselves and then slice it table-side) that come around and offer you all types of cuts of meat like top sirloin, bacon wrapped chicken and beef, chicken thigh, lamb, etc. SO MUCH goodness. We got creme brûlée and cheesecake for dessert and both were so yummy. I'm already thinking about when I can go back for dinner

Yelp
Not consistent food, having to wait for my server to find his way back to the table with 1 slice of meat every 15-20 minutes. No discussion as to what the service experience would be for first time guests. $400 Bill and do not recommend!

Yelp
I wish I could rate the food, but we simply never even got sat to get to that point. Reservations for 3 at 8pm, we finally decided to leave for a different restaurant at 9:05 pm. We kept getting told there were 7-8 tables ahead of us the entirety of our waiting there. People who got there long after we did were getting sat before us. The manager unfortunately was not understanding nor receptive to the feedback. I suppose reservations are just a conceptual idea at this establishment.

Yelp
Just ok but not for the price. Tough cuts of meat, nothing I would call a higher end cut like filet. Asked for medium and got the pic below. Didn't even seem like it hit the grill. It took three requests to get a glass for our beer. I was a bit taken back by the food on the wall next to our table too. Overall, I wouldn't waste my money again.

Yelp
Primary complaint around the lightbulbs in the chandeliers. They're the wrong kind, that's why they're blinking/flickering, it's a mismatch between the dimmer being used and the LED bulb being used. Get an electrician in there and fix it, it was an extremely unpleasant experience, and some people could trigger a seizure because of it. Other complaint is really around the fact that some of the servers were bumping against the meat with their chests/stomachs... not the most appetizing.

Yelp
I don't know why they bother taking reservations here. We had a reservation for 7 pm. After waiting for 45 minutes I checked and there was 1 table (of our size) ahead of us. At 8 pm there were 2 tables ahead of us. They said someone with an earlier reservation checked in. If they are that late, they should be after those of us who were here on time. Absolutely unacceptable!

Yelp
We made reservations for 2 drove almost an hour to the restaurant to be told it will be about an hour wait. Why do you take reservations and not have the staff or ability to keep them. O ya took talking to 3 different people before someone would tell me how long I would be waiting. I was told it's policy to not disclose how long the wait is.
