Folia Hotel Apartments

I stayed at Folia for 4 nights and had an amazing time! It was so relaxing and peaceful, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff were helpful and attentive. Everyone was so nice and went above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing and the breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. The hotel is located a few blocks off of the main street so it was quiet and relaxed with lots of restaurants, shops, and beach still within walking distance. Great oasis for a relaxing stay!

From the moment I booked our stay at the folia apartment,s I had a good feeling about our stay. Giannis kept me updated about our forthcoming holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for Giannis. He pre booked our taxi connection from the airport leaving nothing to chance. On arrival we found ourselves really well looked after by everyone at the folia. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean. A first class breakfast was on offer. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had the sea views we expected. And the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Giannis and his brother Nicos were fantastic making us feel so at home in their family hotel . It is easy to recommend this first class establishment. And I am already looking forward to next year's visit. Overall a perfect holiday thank you .|

Just back from a glorious week in Folia Apts. Spotlessly clean hotel and rooms cleaned daily. Beds so comfortable. We had an amazing sea view (room 18). All the staff so friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect, close to beach no more than 10mins walk downhill- coming back up the hill a bit longer but got easier as days went on. It is steep. Restaurants close by too but make sure to get directions to the ones not on the Main Street but in the little area near Minos Village Apts. Very chilled out week. Loved it thank you

Set back from the strip up the hill, so views and peaceful. Family run hotel and service excellent including arranging transfer from airport and greeting us on late arrival. Pool is nicely sized for relaxing and beds readily available. Well equipped rooms, very comfortable bed. Regular cleaning and whole hotel was spotless. They had thought of everything for a great stay

Beautiful hotel staff very friendly respectful and attentive. I opted for bed and breakfast has lots of choice all fresh food every day. My room was beautiful and clean. Great views. The pool area is spotless and so clean like the entire hotel. Sun beds very comfortable.I felt safe, happy here. Short walk down to the street which has lots of bars restaurants supermarkets. Bus stop which for €2 to the Chania old town which is amazing. I went there every night as it’s such beautiful shops bars and restaurants.

We’re here now Folia is a true hidden gem, run by brothers Nikos and Ginannis and their amazing staff nothing is too much trouble from the moment you arrive. Breakfast is excellant such an array of options. Food is also served until 3pm which I highly recommend we have eaten here daily. Relaxing by the pool which also offers drinks served to your loungers highly recommend the Strawberry Daquari. Folia itself is amazing such a lovely building and surroundings and foliage all extremely well kept, tranquil and serene environment in a stunning location. Studio apartment we are in is spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard and decor in keeping with the beautiful building. The view from our balcony is breathtaking with sea views idyllic nights sat here. First time visiting but we will definitely be back again. Thank you

I can’t recommend Hotel Folia enough. Everything about our stay was fantastic — from the cozy, clean rooms to the delicious breakfast and peaceful atmosphere. But what really made this place stand out was the incredible service. Every single person we met went out of their way to make us feel welcome, cared for, and truly at home.||We left with big smiles and already miss it. Thank you, Hotel Folia, for making our holiday unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

This is our 3rd visit to Folia Apartments, it has a way of calling you back!|The hosts - Brothers Giannis and Nikos and all their team are so professional, genuine and welcoming, no surprise that so many guests return to this quiet tranquil hotel.|The apartments are kept spotless and the ambiance at the pool and bar is one of calm relaxation. No wonder then that they have just been given the TUI Global Hotel Award for Quality in 2025. So very well deserved.|Pat and Mike Searle.
