Will help you out any way you can. They are truly an asset to the island and I will book with them every time I am here!

My 2nd time renting from them. Very easy pick-up and drop off. Friendly people working there. My battery failed this time around- they had a guy out to my house in 15 minutes- on the 4th of July! - and he fixed it withing 20 minutes. I will rent again!

We had an absolute blast! Craig is super friendly and accommodating! We didn’t do any research on spots to see before we came but he had great suggestions on where to drive. It was easy to drive and such a fun way to see the island. Definitely a great time!

Excellent service and great prices. Our rental agency recommended them and I’m so glad they did. We started with a gas cart since it has a longer run time but ended up trading in for an electric the next day when the fumes got to me. They were very gracious in letting us exchange with no issues. Both carts were a bit older but not in bad condition by any means. We will definitely use them again next time!

What a great experience here. Always ask for Whitney, she provides a great level of customer service. You can get electric or gas powered carts. Some will have turn signals, horns and head lights. You MUST have head lights to operate after dark. This will be a 5 star rental experience for certain

Incredible Customer Service! Great Carts! Rented 2 golf carts from Folly Beach Golf Carts last week for a 50th birthday girls trip celebration. Couldn't have asked for a better place to rent from! Whitney was very professional and available for any questions or concerns we had. They outlined the rules for the island as well as how to charge the carts for the week-long rental. The carts we chose had headlights (handy as we wanted to drive them on island at night!) and windshield wipers which proved useful one afternoon! Highly recommend Folly Beach Golf Carts for any of your rental needs. Was so much fun exploring the island and never having to worry about running out of battery. Will definitely use this business again next time!

5 star! Highly recommend renting a golf cart on the island unless your staying right on the strip or a 15 min walk away. It was so fun to cruise the island and see all the other houses off the beach. Also much easier for parking and running into town. Mad shout-out to Whit doggy dog! She hooked it up! We called last minute during spring break and obviously everyone was sold out. We decided to go talk to this company, and Whitney literally seemed to pull the golf cart out of her butt! Not only did she have a cart for us, she got to extend our rental for our entire trip! She also hooked us up with a 15% discount! Whitney is the queen of customer service. This girl LOVES her job, her life and Folly Beach! She seriously made our trip magical. I HIGHLY suggest renting from Whitney at Folly Beach Golf Carts. If the owner is reading this- give your girl Whit a considerable pay raise! She is bringing in the customers!!!

We rented a golf cart for the week and it was a great way to get around the island. There are no sidewalks along the streets (except the Main Street). We thought this was the most safe way for our group to travel along the island. The first golf cart we got was not acting right. I called them and they offered to come switch out our cart. We were able to make it back to the shop and switch out the golf cart. They were very friendly and we had a great time on the golf cart all week. We were able to find free golf cart parking anywhere we went.

Another great year on Folly! Folly Beach golf cart rentals always makes it better! I love this place! When you know your dates of travel go ahead and check them out online! I reserved months in advance and it was ready upon arrival! They do have a few available at times for walk ups, but don't risk it they go fast!

The customer service at Folly Beach golf cart rentals was top-notch! I highly recommend renting a golf cart for your trip on the island. We were there with four kids ages seven and under and this was such an epic addition to our fun. It was so great to be able to just jump on the golf cart and cruise around the island. We saw so much more than we otherwise would have and loved being able to just pull up to different restaurants and bars and shops, and then jump back in for some more fun. We were not planning on renting a golf cart, but we're staying nearby and saw the shop and decided to stop by and see what they had. The lady at the shop was so incredibly kind and helpful and really made sure that we got the perfect golf cart for our needs. You can tell she loves what she does, and we will definitely rent from them again when we return!

Rented a electric golf cart for the week, super easy process as the rental place was right across the street. Choose the electric over gas! Cheaper for you as you don't need to buy gas, better for the environment, and the electric carts are faster! Drove end to end and around a few more street and still had a 1/4 charge. Just plug up every night and had no issues!

Very super nice people the customer service is extremely excellent !! The two ladies that work out the office I meet so far are very professional, very nice people. Treat them very nice they deserve it. Never had a situation or problem with the golf cart got me up and down the island. Now I'm also disabled they came and dropped it off just so I didn't have to use my wheelchair into town. If I could give it ten stars I would. I Will be using this company next time I'm out this way. I was given the choice upon pick up of a gas or battery powered cart; decided on gas because charging a battery would be one less thing to worry about. I felt like it was an inconvenience to be there at all, and the guy was on the phone at one point talking about an "old biddy" who complained about something...used a lot of profanity, which doesn't bother me, but isn't professional. The cart was so slow, I was passed by other carts and bicycles all week. Upon return, I was told I was supposed to fill the cart with gas, which had NOT been mentioned when given the choice of carts. I was told "10 bucks cash would do it instead" and that it was in my contract. I read the whole thing on the ride home, it was not mentioned. I think $250 was enough, and the gas wasn't full when I got it...which the man noted at pick up. Just be friendly, people. It's not the only cart place in town.

The golf cart saved our vacation! It's way too hot to walk around or search for car parking. The kids had a ball and it's what they still talk about the most. The only thing I would suggest is making a reservation... it's the only rental place and they go quick
