"Ex-pat coffee addicts and Parisian hipsters frequent Fondation on the regular for its excellent espresso. Bonus? Delicious snacks and hot baristas. And they'll give you your coffee à emporter when you're in a rush."
A hidden gem (yet not empty) in the streets of Paris! We were panicking for not finding a good quality and specialty cafe opened on Sunday. But guess what? Fondation Cafe did not only surprise us that it's open on Sundays, but their great coffee and amazing avocado toast marked it as my best breakfast in Paris for my vacation. It's hard to find specialty cafes in Paris nowadays especially with mainstream tourist places and restaurants. This place maintains the quality and vibes of a specialty coffee gem.

Lovely people serving in there who speak fluent English for anyone who is worried about a language barrier! A very small café however the atmosphere was so calm and I had the best matcha green tea cake and latte, both for a reasonable price given the quality. The outdoor seating is also nicer when the weather gets warmer as the surroundings are quite pleasant to look at and there are some nice shops nearby!

Small cafe but great coffee and services. Hats off to the two guys running in that day. They were quick but the coffee stayed constant. Awesome sign as well... Hehe

Friendly staff, good coffee, on a classic Le Marais street.
Perfect with friends to chill for a bit. Outside would be super nice in the summer, I should come back! :)

The best coffee in Paris full stop! It is like apure coffee essence, black joy and happiness. I especially love their ristretto and the fact the barrista recognized me and knew what I was having as I came in second day. Not usual in Paris. Keep it up!

This is a great little place just off the main road. Coffee was smooth and very good, it was ran by two guys one being Australian which helped me because of my very limited French. They have seating outside and inside so take your pick. They have food in a limited supply and it looked to be selling quick. Not crowded and fast to get your order. Highly recommend.
