Fondouk Bazaar

Probably the best place we ate in whole Marocco. The place is beautiful with great atmosphere and service. They have great combinations for every dish. We ate lebanese cigars (you have to order this and double portion), veggie friters (also excellent), babaganoush, cucumber salad (GREAT),creamy hummus (casual hummus nothing special), sardine balls tagine (good) and for the dessert we had cheese cake (amazing) and apple and spice tarte tatin (also very good). We ate twice in this restaurant and we stayed in Fes for day and a half so that says it all😇

A beautiful restaurant with excellent dishes - we tried almost all starters (meze) and every single one is really good, especially the lebanese cigars. Duck pastilla is also very good. After we enjoyed the first dinner in Fes so much, we decided to come back again and tried other stuff like creamy hummus (regular hummus, nothing special) and sardine mestballs tajine which was very good. The ambient is very nice, the rooftop is very pleasent.

Great food, drinks, and a beautiful terrace! Fondouk Bazaar is a lovely spot to relax in the heart of Fès. The food and drinks were excellent, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The terrace is stunning, with a perfect view and great ambiance, especially at sunset. Highly recommend for a relaxed meal or evening drink!

Pros: -Desserts and beverages are good tasted -Good location -Ambience is good Cons: -No card payment. Only more than 500 mad. This is huge amount for this cafe. -Slow service -Cold waitress -Someone fighting and screaming in the kitchen

Such a magical place in the heart of the Medina. The decoration is breathtaking, the food is full of flavor, and the staff make you feel at home. Highly recommended for a special experience.

Amazing gem of a restaurant! The food was exquisitely prepared with finesse and love. We tried dinner here the first night we arrived and came back again on our last day for lunch. Not to be missed if you’re around the area.

This is the best meal We had in fez and one of best in Morocco. Sometimes is good to read guides about city, even ig there are in french. You can find recommendations about such good places, like Fondouk Bazaar! In one day I went there twice! After the lunch I decided to have a dinner as well. What a smart decision. Atmosphere 10/10, staff professional, attentive and fast 10 out of 10. Menu, short and professional (10/10). Until now the best place in Morocco after 10 days. Go there if you want modern and professional moroccian cuisine!
