They serve good food located centrally in Kilkenny city. They have a display of different interesting artworks all around the restaurant.

Had the most delicious beef here oh my god the beef in the bourguignon simply melts in your mouth. Please do try this dish. Loved every bit of it.for dessert tried the lemon drizzle baked Alaska. I liked how the lemon meringue combined with the frozen ice cream and then the cake simply was delicious. The staff here is great

Awesome breakfast spot. Our waitress was so kind and welcoming, and the food hit the spot (Irish breakfast and chicken and waffles). Great coffee. Wish we came with a bigger group or bigger appetite — the menu looked stacked. Would highly recommend.

Best Irish breakfast I've had in years. Outstanding quality produce and cooked very well indeed. The coffee was nothing to sniff at either, nicely roasted and brewed.

If you're looking for a dining experience that combines freshness, creativity, and warmth, this restaurant is a must-visit! Every dish is crafted with ingredients from their own garden, ensuring incredible flavor and quality. The culinary proposal is truly original, offering a unique twist on traditional recipes that surprises and delights. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is enhanced by the friendly and attentive service. Highly recommended!

Great breakfast experience. We went early on a Sunday and there were plenty of available tables. Food also came out pretty quickly. Everything tasted great and was well priced.

Outstanding local produce - orange egg yolks, the thickest rashers outside of a gammon steak, plump sausages all cooked to perfection. Best black pudding and bacon I've ever had. The tea, coffee, bread, service, atmosphere etc were all excellent too, but the food was top quality and memorable.

Staff are very friendly and well informed about events on in the city. Breakfast was amazing. The French toast melts in the mouth.

Yelp
Wow! So glad we stopped in for breakfast during our visit to Kilkinney! Fresh & delicious! The meal was so good we stopped back in for tea & dessert later the same day. Can't recommend enough! Exquisite!

Yelp
We stopped in here for lunch before sightseeing. Yelp has the location incorrect. It is actually on the medieval mile. This is a nice restaurant, but overpriced. We had an open faced ham sandwich with chips. My son had the hamburger. My biggest complaint was the burger was over done and when we asked for ketchup, the waitress brought over a tiny jar. I asked for another and she pointed at the teaspoon of ketchup that she delivered. It was enough for one French fry.....

Yelp
Incredible spot. Important -- this location is in downtown Kilkenny! The pin on Yelp as of August 2016 is wrong, but the address (Parliament St.) is correct. This is the best meal I've had in Ireland so far. All four of us loved our food. The vegan risotto was one of the most delicious lunches I've ever had. All of FoodWorks' vegetables were on point, simply amazing. Incredibly fresh salad. I'm told the chicken salad, fish, and lamb were all fantastic. Great menu for all tastes. High recommend!

Yelp
A fantastic restaurant on Parliament Street. The food is creative, tasty, & well portioned. Go for the 2 or 3 course options and the prices are very reasonable. (Easy to pay more for far lesser quality elsewhere in Kilkenny.) We all enjoyed our choices for starters (including ham hock won tons and grilled prawns), mains (gnocchi with squash puree was a hit) and desserts (try the lemon baked Alaska). Really glad we found it... Note: the Yelp pin location is not correct but the street name and address is accurate. Google "foodworks Kilkenny" and you'll get the correct map location.

Yelp
Our afternoon meal here was quite good. -0.5 stars for making mistakes on my order twice, but the food (and dessert!) more than made up for it. Try the chocolate brownie & coffee for dessert. SO very good! The meal was quite nice as well, I had the steak burger, & she had the goat cheese baguette.

Yelp
Had dinner here with my mate & it was very nice ... The Haddock fish cakes. The woman who served us was very helpful also... went and got me a paper clip to open my iPhone SIM card ! I would recommend it & go back for this alone ! :)
