This footlocker suck.. Everytime I go there something is up.. Y'all open but closed!!? I'm lost .. Then every time l order shoes they don't ask for the receipt, they as for your ID when you the one put the order in to pick up in store.. Yea I'm good on y'all point blank.. All y'all need to be fired talking about its protocol.. When apparently you didn't say have your ID nor receipt when you get the email that your items are ready for pick up..

The customer service here is terrible! They don’t greet you or come and ask if you need help. They sit behind the desk and wait for you to approach and ask for someone to help us. Idk who the manager is but they need some training

We are long time customers and very loyal customers as my husband is a hardcore sneaker head. And this is only location in town and has a lot of the new releases ... he had 2 pairs that he was exchanging today for a new release as he does very often We never kept receipts cause it’s always an exchange if at all and there’s never been someone to question that as again not for a refund the corporate policy on this matter is without receipt can exchange for in store item or store credit at the current value of the item .... and today a “manager”. (Not sure that was honest cause not sure who would make her a manager with her winning personality) named TEE was beyond rude and said basically no because she said so I believe wording was “hell no”. We mentioned it’s always been done by old manager and other associates she said “well that’s why she is fired”. That’s extremely unprofessional to share with a customer or state about any associate I also doubt true as it’s company policy. That manager maybe named kaitlyn was amazing she always knew all the customers genuinely cared about customer service and had a pleasant attitude that would work in a leadership role unlike Tee .... this isn’t just cause didn’t get our way she was so rude I was shocked at the lack of customer service Could have simply responded with that’s the rules and she’s sorry but can’t help instead was very oh well that’s what it is now get out. My husband has 300 pairs of sneakers many from that store and has spent thousands there Should not have been treated that way and disregarded. She was very nasty and I would be surprised to see her still working there in a few weeks with that attitude I know it she was my employee and my business she would have been gone. I recommend if customer there you avoid expecting a nice experience or any help from any associate as they all had no knowledge and should work at a Payless instead.
