Foot Locker

Rudy was a superb sales man!!! He was so kind and friendly and let me take my time deciding which pair of Nikes I wanted- even showing me the insoles that I could get for one side of my feet and told me to go to another store as they did not have the specific insole that I wanted. They were able to paper wrap my shoes properly too as I didn’t want a box to put in my checked bag.

I found what I was looking for real quick and the gentlemen who got my size was really helpful and courteous

THE PERSON THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HELP OUT SEEN ME WALKING IN. NO GREET NOTHING SO I CIRCLE HER AND ASK IS IT TO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE. I WAS TRYING TO PURCHASE THE NIKE VAPORMAX IN ALL WHITE. SHE'S LIKE THEIR ISNT WHITE ONES. I REPLIED WHATS THAT IN ALL WHITE SHES LIKE YOU SAID . VAPORMAX THOSE ARE PLUS . I REPLIED I DIDNT KNOW THEY WERE PLUS BUT EVEN BETTER.I CHANGED MY MIND BECAUSE SHE SAID YOUR 8 1/2 SHOE IS THE DISPLAY ONE. SO I SAID IM GONNA PAY 250 FOR SOME BRAND NEW SHOES AND GET A DIRTY YELLOW SHOE. SHE'S LIKE YOU DONT HAVE TO AND I DIDNT. I BOUGHT THESE INSTEAD AND LEFT WITH A SMILE💯💯💯🤷‍♂️I WORE THESE TO WORK😄😄😄🙌

OMG, my two boys were acting wild in the store, they’re little. However, we were waited on and helped out with the most patience and regard that I’ve ever seen. My kids didn’t even bother the guys working, they made sure my son got the best fitted and most comfy shoes, and perfect, since my son is going to the boxing gym now regularly. They also helped me pick out a pair of shoes for my hubby. Although I had to return them because he has a wider foot than the doe was, they still took great care of me when I returned, made sure I left happy. I even tried to tip them but they couldn’t accept. I RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR NEW SHOES AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE..........10 STARS IF I COULD

I ordered shoes and they said it processing and I order the shoes the 24 of may and they canceled my order for my shoes even tho I was one of the first ones to order a pair 😡😡

I waited a long time for a manager to come and do a return. Even though I had the receipt. Any employees should have been able to return my t-shirt for me.

I ordered some shoes from here for my nephew. I never received a notice letting me know the shoes were at the store. Furthermore, the stores phone number is useless. It always says its busy. In went down to the store to pick up the shoes and the store associates took awhile to get them. They also bounced back and forth telling each other to help me. I felt like 2 of the associates didn't care about customer service.

I went to foot locker because I am a veteran and got a discount for using it. First the staff couldn't run figure out how to get the discount then they gave me a fake email address to use to try to figure out why it wouldn't work and then when I asked to speak to the manager everyone working was apparently the manager and no one could help. This is piss poor leadership and customer service. I gave up 20 years of my life and these guys couldn't manually enter the discount. Way to go footlocker.

Who ever the fuck worked 5/3/19 opening shift is an asshole. Called to ask two questions regarding online ordering for store pick up and this guy gave his lil policy spill and then said okay? And then hung up on me. Horrible customer service. I'll just return the fucking shoes then and go somewhere else

Great customer service, great staff, super friendly and very energetic. Automatically was a good vibe when I walked in and was greeted :)) Perks of being asian, I get to wear kids shoes.

If I could give them ZERO STARS, I would. I went into this store a bit ago with my high school son. He needs new running shoes for his pe class. We walked in & the older man with grey hair said "hey man! What's up?" My son said I'm looking for size 8 running shoes, the guy pointed to the black wall & said "they're over there." I was dumbfounded. Never once did he ask what type of shoe he was looking for or what they would be used for. We stood there looking @ the black wall of shoes & since I'm not trained in running shoes or tennis shoes, I said let's go somewhere where the store wants our business. The shoes my son was looking @ are $190 Nike's, I refuse to spend one red cent in a store where our business is not wanted. I told my son that we could go to the Runner's Den get him properly fitted & see what they suggest is the best shoe for his needs. I think if you are going to ask someone to shell out $200 for shoes, the very least you could do is assist them..... call me crazy .....needless to say, hopefully someone In management will see this & put those guys who find shooting the bull way more important than their client in some serious check. We will not be returning to make a purchase.

I have been a costumer for many years. Every time I need a pair of athletic shoes, Foot Locker never disappoints. With outstanding customer service, energetic staff members you would want to visit again. When you walk in, you are automatically greeted and the staff members are ready to satisfy your needs. Foot Locker always has phenomenal deals on shoes as well as socks. You might buy two pairs of socks and get one pair free. Also, if you are looking for the latest shoes out, I highly recommend Foot Locker. To conclude, if your ever need athletic shoes and don't know what to get, go to Foot Locker they will not hesitate to assist you!

After being ignored at Finish Line at Metrocenter, I decided to drive a few miles and try out Foot Locker at Spectrum Mall. Was I happy that I did! I was greeted by three courteous employees who clearly wanted my business. The woman who helped me listened to my concerns -- I walk an average of six miles a day, in work shoes and/or flip flops, and my feet hurt. She was knowledgeable about the different types of shoes, and I was happy to leave $120 there for a pair of Nikes that I already love. They fit, they feel good, and I love the color.
