This was my qst time here. This is a great venue to go watch an event. Tge light rail down made it easy access. The entrance was effortless getting into the area. Plenty of great things to eat on our way to the seats. I would go back here in a heart beat. Go check it out.

I’ve had many enjoyable experiences here attending both Suns games and concerts, and each visit has been memorable. The downtown area surrounding Mortgage Match Up Center adds to the overall experience. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions, making it easy to enjoy a full day or evening out. The area is clean, well-lit, and welcoming for families and visitors alike. Inside the venue, security is organized and efficient, creating a safe and smooth entry process. The staff is professional, and the atmosphere inside the building is energetic and exciting. Whether you’re attending a basketball game, a concert, or a family-friendly event, there is always something happening. Overall, Mortgage Match Up Center is a vibrant entertainment hub in Phoenix. From sports and concerts to the surrounding dining and shopping options, it’s a place I truly enjoy visiting and highly recommend.

First suns game. Been to a few nba games but this one was the best overall. Firstly the environment was so clean. Bathrooms were tidy. Workers friendly. A lot of free merch if you ask! Suns shop had a ton of selection with multiple sizes. Lastly the price for food was so cheap!! Over all 10/10!

THIS PLACE is a PARTY! The entrance is so frenetic and electric I felt like I was entering a pocket city. There's massive screens, a huge bar, and team store as you enter the arena. I went with family for a Suns game and it was an immediate feast for the senses. The lighting, aesthetic, and colors were very hip and trendy. I love an arena that isn't overly bright, the soft lighting was perfect, I got a lounge vibe (in a good way)in some sections of the property. Parts of the concourse level (near the concessions) felt a little too industrial but I still enjoyed the atmosphere. Elevators were narrow and easy to find, however I didn't get a cramped or crowded feeling like some other NBA arenas. Traffic flow was steady as Mortgage Matchup is pretty spacious. Concessions were solid, they had grab-n-go items, a grill, and variety of other arena staples. Most food items are found downstairs, I didn't see much to work with upstairs. The VIP/Suites seemed well-stocked and the food looked yummy. I'd recommend buying a alcoholic beverage at the big bar near the main entrance, they seemed to have the most options. Honestly, it's another excuse to be near the incredible entrance hub (you can tell it was my favorite spot). Seats were surprisingly comfortable, I had a edge seat in the highest nose bleed you can find. I managed to find cheap tickets and a seat straight up the stairs. I had plenty of leg room since I didn't have a seat totally in front of me. My parents seemed to enjoy their seats too. We were able to enjoy our Suns game without obstructions or drunks, there was a family-friendly vibe. My first of only two complaints would be the audio quality of the speakers in the main auditorium. I couldn’t hear the calls given by the officials/refs at all. Additionally, some of the music sounded a little low. I enjoyed the Jumbotron, it was large and I could see most of the stats/game notes. Note: Mortgage Matchup is near plenty of eateries (CityScape, Italian, etc.) and is in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. There's a watch bar nearby too!

I never go to the Suns games but my children sang the National Anthem at the Phoenix Suns before the game. I give them five stars for the security that had a large presence there and still treated me fairly. I brought my little glass bottle of peppermint in and security had me take it back to my car and let me skip the line and go back in the building with ease. I appreciate this so much because I needed to be there for my children and were nice enough to consider my situation. Also for all the other parents with their children that were there the staff was very professional and patient with so much people. The staff never lost it not one time which gave me and all the families a great experience. I would recommend being apart of an event there. It was a great time and my kids loved it so much.

I recently went to the Mortgage Matchup Center for the Maná concert, and wow — what an incredible experience! The venue was electric from start to finish. The sound quality was amazing, and the atmosphere was perfect for a rock show. You could feel the energy from the crowd the moment the band hit the stage. The drinks were really good — definitely on the pricey side, but strong, well-mixed, and worth it for a great night out. The bar service was quick even with the big crowd, which was a nice surprise. I can’t say much about the food since I didn’t have any, but everything else about the night made it an awesome experience overall. If you get the chance to catch a concert here, especially a big-name band like Mañá, do it — it is worth it.

Great place for a show, plenty of parking on street and multiple garages nearby. Security was great inside and out. And downtown was clean and lively. Prices for food and drinks were ridiculously expensive, so preparty at home or elsewhere! [$22 for a margarita and $9 for a pretzel ~ SMH ] Restroom lines were not bad at all, so still recieves a 5 star...

A lot of mixed emotions about this venue, but overall a positive experience! I came here to see Troye Sivan and Charli XCX during the SWEAT TOUR, and I was not disappointed. Sound quality was decent and my nosebleeds (Section 216) still had a solid view of the stage. There's A LOT of staff here, so it easy to ask for directions if you need to find your seat. However, they weren't great about the vomit that was sitting on the stairs next to our section... Never got cleaned up throughout the entire show unfortunately... Staff walked by it several times too.

Food is always fresh. Not always my favorite HOWEVER they have such a vast variety that they always have something I like. The bartenders are on it. They handle the crowd like pros. It is always super clean and a great place to sit and watch the game when you don't want to be in the crowd. #gomerc

Convenience of location and the parking garage right across the street, make Footprint Center over all handy to access. $20 to park at this time. You can reserve ahead by setting up an account, but it was a breeze just pulling in and paying. I prefer not to create another online account with another user name and password to remember. Very cozy arena. Pretty much every seat is a good seat in the house. My least favorite part is the seating. The metal grand stand the seats are on flex, and bounce when people walk. I prefer when the seating is attached to concrete. Footprint Center food and drinks are high. After tax a can of water is over $8.00. A small margarita was over $20.00. They have to make money, I understand. They have a nice selection of food. Wetzel'a Pretzels, None of which are allergen friendly. We ate left and then ate in the area again. Grabbed drinks while we were there. Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers, Spinato's, 48 Grill. Phoenix Grab and Go treats, Cantina Del Sol which was not open, and a few bars with adult beverages. Upon entering and leaving the employees were very welcoming. If your seats are in the section side where 101 is than entering the back side from the East side garage is a great option. If your seats are on the other side and you park elsewhere maybe the main entrance is the best. Maybe not all events have entry both side? I am unsure.

My boyfriend took me to Iron Maiden Concert featuring The Hu. Of course it was a great time and the food selection was delicious. Literally had everything I loved from steak, to salmon, mussels, scallops, the list goes on. Great show and great people. Another fun night with my babe in the books.

Large venue and nice easy set up. We were there to see Ice Cube, Bone Thugs, Ying Yang Twins, Baby Bash and Ginuwine and oh was it a lot of fun. I will for sure return for another show

I visited the Footprint Center this past week for the first time! I was really surprised I haven't been before and impressed with the overall space. My friend and I saw a concert, thought we were LITERALLY the last row at the top, I felt our view and sound was great. Security was a breeze getting in thought I didn't take advantage of the dining or beverage options, they did have plenty to choose from. We were permitted to bring one sealed water bottle upon entry, which is always appreciated. Would definitely see another concert or check out a Suns game there In the future.

I just went to see Jeff Lynne's ELO concert last night at the Footprint Center. The concert was great, in fact one of the best ever bands I have ever seen. 5 stars to the concert itself. The sound was very good too. However, it was freezing cold in the venue with cold air blowing down on us from above. I talked to staff about it and they just said there was nothing they could do about it. Fortunately, I had a thick t-shirt and sweatshirt over that, but I was still cold. People all around me were complaining too. Anyway, we pay so much for a concerts these days, I would think a reasonable expectation would be to have a comfortable temperature inside the venue. Also, don't ever get rows 5 or 6 in the lower bowl, as there is no leg room. Amazing they spent a huge amount of money on upgrades to this venue, but somehow left these two rows with incredibly limited leg room.

Section 219W: Awful seating for customers in wheelchair or with a disability. The seating is way back you can't even see the stage. While the customers who don't have disabilities actually have a closer view of the stage.

I really love coming here for concerts and events. It is so spacious and stays relatively cool even when it's filled. I've seen pitbull, Ricky, Enrique, Jeff Dunham, Megan thee stallion and will be seeing Sabrina carpenter. They have tons of choices to eat and drink from when visiting here. The security is great in helping you directing to find your seat too. I would 100% recommend for anyone to come here for concerts events and or games.

We came for the Collective Soul / Hootie and the Blowfish concert. Going through security was efficient. The stadium was clean, and the staff was friendly. There were numerous options for beverages and food. If you have an aversion to heights, I recommend not selecting seats on the first row of the second floor, as holy hell, I kept feeling like I was going to fall off the ledge.

I went to the Meg Thee Stallion concert here and enjoyed the venue. There are numerous ways to enter the arena which I appreciated. It's also very accessible by local transportation. The parking nearby was a little costly so I parked near the university on the street less than half a mile away. The bathrooms were clean. The line for drinks and merchandise were a little on the slower side but that's expected for these type of events. My seat was in section 109 in the last row and I could see the performers pretty well without having to squint or rely on the screens too much. The seats were on the typical smaller side and not considerate of plus size patrons but it all worked out when we got up and danced! My only complaint is that the acoustics within the arena were a bit off. The layering of the music, live mics, and back track weren't all consistently fluid.

This was our first time here. It is a seamless experience upon entering. You scan your own tickets and breeze through security. The concourses are well lit and have a variety of foods to choose from. The Michelob Ultra Club seating was a plus. We were in section 102. The seats were very comfortable. We walked across the area to the actual club and found a variety of foods and drinks. The food was free and most drinks were as well. I paid $15 for a Malibu and pineapple juice. It was kind of weak but overall a great time!

I finally made it to my first Suns game and it was great. Once you arrive you receive a very warm welcome right when you walk through the security. The vibe of the fans is awesome as well, plus who doesn't love warm weather & basketball. Also another plus is how affordable and easy it is for parking. It was also a lot of good energy in the area since the Diamondbacks just made it to the World Series. I can't wait to come back really soon!

Home of both the Suns and the Mercury, this arena hosts various games and even concerts! The prices can be a little high even for a venue. For two canned beverages, we paid $38 ($19 a piece) which I think is just crazy! $19 is more than the price of a 6-pack for Spiked Lemonade. Definitely will factor that in for when planning to attend an event as that's just insanity! Though, I do love they have a Flow station in the woman's restroom for free feminine products which I think should be a thing everywhere! Overall, a decent area of attending an event and I would just plan to eat/drink elsewhere.

I have attended a number of shows (music) at this place, most of the time I was on the floor either seated or standing. However, the most two recent shows I watched from the upper level (Hootie & the Blowfish, Earth Wind & Fire). When being on the floor, the sound is reasonable. However, the sound in the upper level is atrocious! Taking the most recent show (Chicago and EW&F), the opening song was basically inaudible. The mix came together towards the end of Chicago's set, but still .... any spoken word was incomprehensible. Way too much reverb from the roof, no damping ... even with concert ear protection (which took some of this out), the sound was subpar. Great venue if you get tickets for the floor, but especially for the higher levels the sound is just not acceptable. Additionally, speakers were mounted so it obscured 1/3 of the stage, tickets should have been sold as limited view.

What a great place to visit. I went for a Suns vs. Lakers game. What a fun time. I didn't get to try any of the food, but I did get to walk around the stadium looking at the different options. Also, I checked out the team store on both the 100 section and 200 section, and there was so much merch one can get. Couldn't decide, as I didn't want anything too expensive. The Suns won, so people were happy.

A beautiful and modernized center that perfectly to watch game. I like their open concepts for drink before walk toward to the seat. Parking could be a challenging during big game. The drinks and foods are pricy (same everywhere). However, the security appeared to be light and the process to get into the center is fast. I don't know if this is good or bad. Overall it is a great experience and location to enjoy a Friday or Saturday nights.

Came into FanDuel and the staff is always friendly and provides great service. I had a Paloma and it was delicious!

I went for a game, I thought it was actually pretty cool. It's a really large arena, but they keep it pretty clean overall from what I could see. I got to see behind the curtain and the back was really clean but the further up you went, the floor got stickier and stickier lol. But I guess that's to be expected. But at least the staff was really nice and helped finding seats was really easy. I would go back for another game here for sure!

So far so good. Parking wasn't to bad good seats plenty of bathrooms and foods. Dumb idea to put the bar as you come in.. huge log jam.

I have never been to a basketball game, however, I'm open to try new things, right? I was blown away by the size and production value of Footprint Center. The Arizona Mercury & Las Vegas Aces were playing Friday night. I had a blast at the game! They had an amazing hip hop team that stepped up to the court several times to perform, a smaller hip hop team "The Golden Grannies" performed one time, and they had late 90s- early 2000s hits playing nonstop. The facilities were clean and updated with the latest technology. The concessions were diverse- they had a legit pizza company and cold beers & cheeseburgers available. I wish all sports centers were like this!

Sooooooo almost lost my mind, downloaded tickets in April, LOST THEM! Harassed Stubhub cause I couldn't sleep thinking we wouldn't get to see a concert we had been counting on, and counting the days down till. Looked for tickets that might have been on sale in the same of area or of equal value, THEY'RE ALMOST SOLD OUT!!!!! Woke up this morning after finally getting 2 hours of sleep to find Tickemaster (Stubhub) has sent me 3 new tickets in our original seats THANK YOU STUBHUB AND TICKETMASTER, you have a customer for life! Great place to see a concert took a Waymo here from our hotel. No driver.. so fun!!! Cheap Trick and Rod Stewart were excellent!!! We had great seats. Very easy to get in and out of. Security was quick and they allowed bottle water in for this show. Great downtown location. Lite rail close by, taxis and Waymo that I recommend. You need to download the Waymo One app. Very easy to use.

I have seen a few shows at the Footprint Center and I was surprised to see I had never actually reviewed the venue. It is one of my favorites. It's perfect for concerts. I saw J Lo there with my mother-in-law back in June of I think 2019. We recently went back with my family to see Disney on Ice because my son is almost 3 and he loves Disney. It was part Frozen, part Encanto. Each show ran about 35 to 40 minutes with an intermission in between. The place was so busy, so fun, so exciting. My mother-in-law purchased the parking garage that's adjacent to the venue and I would highly recommend that. We wouldn't have even made it on time if it wasn't for that parking garage. Just give yourself 20 minutes at least because there's tons of traffic leading up to the parking garage. That definitely threw us off. There's tons of food and drink, there's also a lot of vendors to buy toys or merchandise. Be prepared to stand in lines. I was surprised by the bathrooms. There were no changing stations that I saw. It was also not very clean. This was the first show of the day as well. I think it just gets dirty fast because of how many people are there. we had really great seats this time around. We were in section 108. It was directly the middle of the venue so we didn't have to crick your neck or anything like that. They have their Hideaway Cafe that's located on the top floor, as well as box seats, bleacher seats, you name it. it's always fun to get there a little bit early and enjoy the entertainment. There's live music outside, tons of restaurant options, and I would recommend a restaurant nearby named Wren & Wolf. Ultimately, I already can't wait to go back to the Footprint Center. It's a great venue.

Games are fun. The drinks are TOO EXPENSIVE! Literally $35 for a drink. I always have fun when I come here but seems the smart ones eat and drink before they get here.

(From February, 2022) Home of the Phoenix basketball teams (Suns & Mercury) and a fun place to watch hoops events on the hardwood. Figured I'd check out the Suns vs Pelicans while in town as they were fresh off their NBA finals appearance the previous season. While they lost, I was impressed by the action of the team despite not seeing CP3 play due to injury. Oh of course, this should be about the arena itself. The arena underwent some major renovations over the past few years. While I would hope the organization would get a new owner (you'll find out after reading about current owner Robert Sarver's rap sheet), I was amazed by the layout and amenities this arena brings for basketball. Lots of concession areas around the arena make it easy to get eats/drinks w/o standing in line. When you go through the main entrance, a huge bar area and tons of surrounding televisions give a place to pregame and check your fantasy stats and gambling lines. Also lots of banners/posters of suns players up around the arena. That Devin Booker seems to be beloved here; never thought I'd see someone replace icon Steve Nash but Booker has settled in just fine and making his mark. I didn't order anything since concession prices (at least for this arena) remain outrageous. Plus not much COVID precautions are taken as hardly anyone wears masks and some hand sanitizers weren't available. While COVID isn't as big a deal now as it was back then, it did give some concern especially with the NBA's stance on the pandemic. The arena is easy to get too with plenty of nearby parking and the transit drops you off nearby as well. Look forward to attending another game here should I be in the Phoenix area again. And hopefully by then, they'll have a new owner who's not a POS!

We attended the Eagles the Long Goodbye with Steely Dan January 19th 2024. We had Theater box seats in row T29 and the entire experience was above and beyond our expectations. The food Buffet consisted of prime rib and Chilean sea bass among many other options and all of it was exceptional. Most notably the staff at the footprint Center stood out as the most kind, helpful and professional of any venue I've ever had the pleasure to visit.

We have seen 2 shows at the center. One was Hootie and the Blowfish and the other was Earth, Wind, and Fire.. After our first show we were sooo unhappy with the quality of sound..In the first 2 acts, we couldn't make out any of the words. If we didn't know the songs, it would have been horrible.. The second concert was the same ..You couldn't understand any of the words and the sound feedback was terrible.. the line to the customer service was too long and we just left..We will never do another show there..Once maybe was incorrect, but 2 concerts and almost $800.00 in tickets out the door..You have taken the last of our money..

This place is basically a giant bar that the Phoenix Suns play in. Lots of cool attractions, and things to see inside the stadium, heads up it can be pretty cold inside, so I would bring a sweatshirt..

8-29-2024, Chicago, Earth Wind & Fire concert. We were so looking forward to seeing and HEARING these two all time favorite groups. Unfortunately, we sat up in section 218, which is on the side/middle. First, we could not see half of the stage due to hanging speakers. Most importantly, we could barely hear singers or instruments. Sound was horrible! As if we were in a basement, with the band on the floor above or far away. I will not return to this venue again. There are better choices in the area.

Was here for the Phoenix Suns post season game. Got my parking passes through the parking whiz app. There was lots of construction and road closures downtown. I would suggest using google or Apple Maps. Check the stadium website for operating hours. The stadium opened 90 minutes before tip off. They did have a merchandise truck set up in front of the entrance. I was able to bring a clear bag into the stadium with two bottles of unopened water. It was super easy finding our seats. There's only two levels not including the corporate suits. Doesn't seem to be any really bad seats . I've sat in different areas and was able to see the game well. They only thing that I didn't like was the food choices. Everything was the same -hot dogs, nachos, popcorn. We got two tiny bags of popcorn for $16 . No healthy choices or variety.

Nice modern facilities. Great organized procedures. Fun swag to buy and specials. Love the crowds#sunsfansrock

I've been an avid event goer supporting various sporting events and many music events hosted here for many years (as well as others in the valley). I saw a show here last week and I wish I was kidding when I say covering costs for concessions, which included a couple rounds of water and canned beverages it cost me as much as my electric bill this month in AZ. How does this venue justify charging $27.50 for a canned beverage? Come on Footprint Center. This isn't just inflated prices due to (insert justification here). This is something else. The venue always great but you all need to take a look at what you're charging or allow patrons some flexibility on what they can bring inside in unopened containers. Absurd.

From Chicago, first time at the FPC. The only thing I have to compare it to is the United Center, home of the Bulls and the Bradley Center, home of the Bucks : ) The design of the interior is really cool--huge screen tvs on the wall as you're riding the escalator to your seats. And the beer concessions aren't your standard hole in the wall stands. They are set up like a bar in the middle of very wide walkways. However, once you get inside the gym itself that's where we lost a couple of stars. The seating, at least in the upper level, is about half as wide as normal. I felt like the stranger next to me was practically sitting on my lap. I paid too much for my tickets to have somebody sitting on my lap for 2+ hours.

Great ought now seeing one of my all time favorite bands. It was easier to find parking nearby than I originally thought and I also found out that if seeing s concert you can rife the light rail for free for a specified time which would be awesome if you didn't want to get so close to the stadium. All employees we dealt with were great and with the great signage we found our seats easily as well as where to exit after the show. Drinks etc are obviously high priced, but I was glad to see my favorite band play so I bought a few and then had dinner after.

I had the pleasure of witnessing the Phoenix Suns take on the Atlanta Hawks live and I have to say, it was an absolutely stunning game of basketball. While the Suns may have lost, they put up a good fight and displayed some truly impressive skills and tactics. From the opening tip-off, it was clear that this was going to be a competitive match. Both teams came out with energy and determination, each one looking to gain an early advantage. The Suns showed off their strong offensive abilities, with sharpshooter Devin Booker knocking down some impressive shots and Chris Paul demonstrating his impressive ball-handling skills. The Hawks, however, were equally impressive. They put up a solid defense, making it difficult for the Suns to get their shots off, and demonstrated some impressive offensive plays of their own. Trae Young was particularly impressive, showing off his trademark speed and agility as he darted through the Suns' defense. Despite the Hawks' strong performance, the Suns never gave up. They continued to fight throughout the game, even as the score gap widened. They showed incredible resilience and determination, never letting the pressure get to them. Even though the Suns ultimately fell short, they put on an incredible display of basketball. The teamwork, skill, and sheer determination that they showed were truly inspiring. This was a game that will undoubtedly be talked about for some time to come, and I feel incredibly lucky to have been there to witness it firsthand.

Went to the suns v lakers game with my boyfriend, the arena was beautiful and our seats were amazing! Only downside is the drinks are expensive.

Came here to watch a Suns-Lakers roundball matchup. This is a very nice facility with good seating views, and a scoreboard and sound system that is top notch. Watched the Suns decimate the Lakers, enjoyed some decent albeit very expensive vendor food, and was in and out of the stadium without any major issues.

I caught an NBA game at the Footprint Center in Phoenix, AZ - the LA Lakers vs. the Phoenix Suns. The vibe was casual and friendly, perfect for hanging out with friends or family. I went with a buddy who owns season tickets, which were courtside seats. Even if you're not sitting courtside, the atmosphere is great, and you'll still feel the excitement. Navigating the arena was a breeze, and there's a solid variety of food and drinks to choose from. Watching the Lakers and the Suns go head-to-head live was something special. The energy of the crowd and passion of the crowd made it a night to remember. If you're in Phoenix and considering catching an NBA game, give the Footprint Center a try. It's a fun, casual environment with top-notch basketball action.

I do not have much to compare to other the Staples Center in LA and Sacramento Kings arena. We were in a box and the food was good although I thought there would be more options offered but both food and drink options were limited by the arena, not by who was hosting. The view was good and most of the seats appear to have a pretty good view. One of my friends is a security guard on the floor and he says you can be pretty close if you get seats down there. Overall good place to see a basketball game. We also went there for Cirque du Soleil a couple years ago when they only used half the arena and that was good as well. Parking is a bit of a problem but I think this is the case in most downtown locations. Limited street parking or overpriced garage or other lots which you are suspicious if they are legit or not

I upped my stars for Footprint Center after the nice renovations they did recently. This place has been around for thirty years and was showing its age. Footprint Center has gone through many names like America West Arena, US Airways Center and Talking Stick Resort. They are home to the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury and the Arizona Rattlers (arena football). The Suns have nicknamed it the "Purple Palace". The Coyotes hockey team once played here, but moved out because one of the goals were obstructed. This place can get pretty rowdy and loud when the Suns are playing hot. It's a good spot for concerts too. A light rail stop resides right outside the arena and they usually offer free rides for occasional sporting events. After this building was built in 1992 (thanks to the vision of former Suns owner Jerry Colangelo), the whole downtown area changed. The Diamondbacks came 5 years later and a whole entertainment district was formed with tons of new restaurants and hotels. I actually came here opening night of the arena in 1992 for a 4 hour Metallica show. I couldn't believe they were willing to let that crazy crowd open their nice pretty building. The Phoenix Suns made the NBA finals with Charles Barkley their inaugural year as well. In addition to sports, I've seen so many shows here including U2, Page & Plant, Beastie Boys, Paul McCartney and the Foo Fighters. Right after they completed their most recent $67 million renovation, the Suns made the NBA Finals again. I was able to attend a game and enjoyed the new upgrades and amenities and that they did.

The way the Ateez fans were treated was absolutely terrible. Fans had to stand outside in 108 degrees for hours, no bathrooms available. No water was handed out. Several fans had to be taken away in ambulances due to heat exhaustion. Yes the fans were responsible for taking care of themselves but the venue should have been more considerate of the fans standing out in the horrendous heat of Phoenix AZ. I will not attend any event at Footprint.

The security guards there are beyond disrespectful, they abuse their authority because they feel like it and one guy in particular we were at the hornitos tequila bar all crowding around trying to watch the game and out of no where in the 3rd quarter this younger bald white guy pushes us all back 20 feet and we can't even see the game from where we're at when we were there the whole time being just fine and every other guard walked by and said that it was ok and whoever else was there to experience this situation said they want him fired because this is how you ruin a reputation and lose fans and money so I recommend you fire him and replace him with someone who has respect and doesn't have hatred for fans just because they're from out of state and if you don't take accountability you guys will definitely lose a lot of money

Went to a concert there and you can get in and out quickly and it's a nice venue. I just think they should have more places to purchase t-shirts because the line was absolutely insane so I didn't purchase one. I would have if they didn't make it so difficult.

I mostly come to Footprint Center for the Phoenix Suns games. Overall, the ticketing and admittance process has gotten smoother. Sometimes the security check seems a little slow but safety comes first. Even over just the past year, Footprint Center has made a number of improvements to the facility. I like that parking garages are nearby (although I wish they were less costly). I love the food and beverage options inside the Center. From Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers to Spinato's Pizza, there is something for everyone. And of course, the draft beer and bars throughout the property are something to be experienced. The Drink in AZ counter near the east doors on the first level is my first stop. Church Music IPA is the best way to experience the game! For Asian beers, check out the Benihana stand (although the queue is usually long). The men's restroom is usually well-stocked and cleaned. I also like the availability of restrooms throughout Footprint Center. When ya gotta go, ya gotta go! The Team Shop is a great place to pick up a souvenir or try something on before buying, but it's usually packed. I would recommend ordering online or arriving earlier. If you want to come here for company teambuilding or celebration, there are suites for rent to the general public but of course, they are expensive and often sell out. The best advice is to book at the start of the season. Something not many people know about Footprint Center is how committed they are to sustainability. The design is innovative and they use environmentally-friendly products and are phasing out single-use plastics. Given the reality of climate change, it feels good to be here and know this is a place trying to help the planet. The Footprint Center/Phoenix Suns app is a must before you go.
