Forbes Holiday Park

The pet-friendly cabin was excellent. It was great to have our 2 dogs in there with us overnight and not worry about them being outside. The fenced enclosure at the rear of the cabin was useful for feeding them, and also when unpacking/packing the car.

Forbes Holiday Park Accessible: ✅ 🚽 5/10: Adequate toilets and showers. Moderately clean, with complementary bath matts. Good pressure in shower. However, not modern and a little dark and gloomy. ⛺️ 7/10: Grass camp area is good, about 100m away from toilet block. Big area of green grass and some privacy from trees. 🧽 6/10: Washer and dryer included for $4/wash. Complementary books and magazines. 🏊 7/10: Nice cold pool for summer, with tanning chairs. Pool should not be a selling point for this campsite. 🧑‍🍳 8/10: Nice camp kitchen with large TV, BBQ, fridges and microwave etc. with utensils for use, and large seating area. Overall: A worthy campsite for a quick overnight stay, however not recommended for more than a couple of days.

We stayed here for work and found the place to be very clean, the camp kitchen area was a great place to hang out after work and relax. The owner was extremely helpful and we had to make a last minute change to arrive a day earlier and he helped accommodate that. Very pleased and will definitely return next year. Thanks guys.

Very nice, clean and friendly staff. Our caravan is on a lovely site and the grounds are green with lush grass under our feet. There is a small pool that does the job on a hot day. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in a large group of 11 adults, 8 kids aged all under 8 years and a dog. Could not fault it, the kids had fun riding their bikes around and swimming in the immaculate pool. Lovely cool bush setting, extensive grassy areas with lots of shade. The camp kitchen was a favourite of the adults so we could all come together for meals. My site was an powered ensuite site, the ensuite was neat and tidy with great water pressure. Others in used the amenities block which was also kept in very clean and tidy condition. The Managers Joel and Linda are more than welcoming and helpful. Can't wait to stay again!

Highly recommend. We stayed for three nights over New Year and had the best getaway. Cabin was clean, comfortable bed, good water pressure, air-conditioned and had all the essentials, including an air-fryer. The park was well presented and the owners very accommodating.

Forbes Holiday Park is a beautifully maintained park, with exceptional attention to detail on behalf of the owners. Our van site had lush grass and was level, easy to turn in to and easy access to amenities. The camp kitchen was clean and commodious, with lounge and tv to watch while tea is cooking. Also, there are clean bath mats provided to use in the showers. I've never come across this in a caravan park before. They also provided tv aerials and connectors so tv reception was very good. We really enjoyed our stay here. Pet friendly too.

Perfect stay for our night in Forbes! Passing through on a large road trip, tired, weary needing accommodation last minute and the owners made everything so easy for us to just pull in, get the key and relax. Cabin was clean, renovated, great aircon and had a really nice, homely feel. We had a fantastic sleep. Thank you!
