Fore Points Marina

Very nice marina. Well maintained facilities. Peaceful spot within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Staff was helpful in accommodating us when a family emergency caused our plans to change and we needed to stay an extra week.

I don't own a boat ⛵ but I was very impressed with this marina when I took a tour with New England Eco Adventures! It is well maintained, boats have access to fuel ⛽, it is secure 🔐 and I liked the seashells that you walk on when you first enter. There are all sorts of boats parked here. There is a bathroom available. There is a parking 🅿️ lot nearby but it is $25 for all day parking. You have access to the Portland rail trail.

We stayed for 1.5 months with our fleet of fun! We enjoy our annual stay. This year the dock staff from the office to the line handlers were truly amazing people to work with. Thank you for all your hospitality and support. The Crew from Honey!

Lucy and Dock staff were so helpful and welcoming. We had to be towed in after an engine failure while traversing the Gulf of Maine. No other marina in Portland would allow us. Thank you Lucy😊

A walk way, consist of Portland’s history along a long trail. Seeing photos and highlights of city’s growth, future projects, and more. Many Marina/Sea Food , and trolly tours along the trail way

For what this place is currently built to- it totally rocks! The outer wave dock is a game changer: I grew up boating out of this exact location and I’ve NEVER seen it so calm here.. the docks are wide, clean and attractive. But what they’ve really done well is sprinkle Portland directly into their spot- the Evo truck and bar here are such a highlight! If you’re down to glamp your rear at a picnic table over some crushed oyster shells- then this place is so worth a visit and a return trip! Good: go with the fries from the truck. Bevvy: the marina hot toddy! Excited to see the progress when a real building goes up here...

Very expensive marina. Basic washrooms. No fuel on site but fuel truck can be called in. Very friendly stuff & clean facility.

The bar at the Fire Points Marina is excellent. It's an outdoor bar when you walk up at order/pay at the physical bar. They have a great drink selection - all the usual beers, wines and liquors, and also have a frozen drink selection. I've been there several times and have had both a swirly boy and mudslide. Everyone wears masks and they do a great job making sure everyone stays socially distant!

I've had boats at local marina's since I was in High School. This is by far shaping up to be the premier marina in the area. All new everything. You'll find teak benches and planters along the main dock. Along with wifi and even a golf cart used to assist guests at their string/slip. Friday happy hour soft drinks , local brews , and something fresh off the grill. If you see staff go running down the dock , thats a sure sign that one of their customers is coming in and staff will be on-hand to catch the lines. This marina caters to Mega Yachts with slips designed specifically for yachts of that size. You cant beat the location , in the heart of the Old Port.
