Very clean; lots of room; fully stocked with kitchen stuff such as fridge/freezer; microwave; cutlery; easy check-in/out process with code; clean towels; shower gel, shampoo; very quiet and private with no need to interact with reception nor neighboring rooms; location very close to Central Station and downtown (about 12 minutes walk); ICA Maxi Supermarket and Subway restaurant few minutes walk; easy Amazon delivery to box 5 minutes away; best to use Copenhagen Airport (less than than 30 minutes by train to from airport premises directly to Central station). Just practice how to use the staircase to and from the bed area!

When I checked in the room was obviously not cleaned after the previous guest. I remember reading the reviews on my way to this hotel and thought “no way they actually do not clean the rooms”. Well to my surprise it indeed was uncleaned. The guard at the reception was very helpful so he quickly changed my room, shoutout to him. This room was clean. But an issue was the soundproofing, you can hear the person above you walk around, open cabinets and etc. hard to sleep.

This hotel is really cute and have good location. Room and bathroom were clean, kithen has everything. We had great time.

Stayed in a room for one night. It’s a nice, clean room for good price. Convenient location with parking nearby. Comfortable bed - though my room had a somewhat challenging climb up a ladder 😊 (my friends’ room didn’t). |There’s a kitchenette area, sofa and decent sized bathroom. Plus lots of natural light from the windows. You access via a PIN code rather than normal hotel check in. |It was quiet and it felt like they pay attention to guest safety. |The only downside really was the repeated requests for validation of passport from the automated system.

I just fell down the stairs. The netting is really silly and does nothing. The metal poles really hurt your back as you are falling.

We booked two rooms well in advance for a business trip. Upon arrival, one room was in a very poor state of cleanliness. When I called the hotel, they suggested I move to their other location in Lund, which was not a feasible option. Their argument was that the hotel in Malmö, as well as nearby hotels, were fully booked. They then proposed that I change the bedsheets myself and stay in the room, not fully grasping the extent of the cleanliness issue. Ultimately, I had to share a room with my business partner, which was not ideal. We expected both rooms to be reimbursed, but only received a refund for one. My partner, who anticipated having a room to himself, did not receive any compensation for the inconvenience. The service was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel. They did not handle the situation well. I have attached photos of the room for reference.

Nice studio but it has more police signs than a police station or maybe a prison! The place and the studios are very neat and clean but those people love the police so much they have signs everywhere saying the police is watching you. As if their customers are criminals or something. Or as if seeing police threats makes the place feel safe! You open any door and they have a police sign, you open the elevator they have police threats. One of the signs explicitly says the police has the right to harass you here for no reason! It is beyond crazy. Insane!

This is a weird place. The room was fairly big and had a stovetop and cooking implements which was nice. Hardly ever anyone in reception, there was a number you could call but the one time I tried they hung up on me. The bathroom reeked of old cigarette smoke. Would not recommend.
