We booked two rooms well in advance for a business trip. Upon arrival, one room was in a very poor state of cleanliness. When I called the hotel, they suggested I move to their other location in Lund, which was not a feasible option. Their argument was that the hotel in Malmö, as well as nearby hotels, were fully booked. They then proposed that I change the bedsheets myself and stay in the room, not fully grasping the extent of the cleanliness issue. Ultimately, I had to share a room with my business partner, which was not ideal. We expected both rooms to be reimbursed, but only received a refund for one. My partner, who anticipated having a room to himself, did not receive any compensation for the inconvenience. The service was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel. They did not handle the situation well. I have attached photos of the room for reference.
