I will share story ... I ordered online product to Europe. Customs charge was 57 Euro for just three small creams. I asked FE that why you did not inform before, to which they said., it is not predicted, If you return the product, we will take money from your refund.. I ordered product worth 13,000.
Then they gave dhamki, if producr is damaged , we will not return refund at all. I boycott this brand from Now on! Really money greedy business..in the end it is just some ayurvedic soaps and things that you can get anywhere! Quality is not that worth the price!!!
Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE even if you are platinum member ( which you become after spending more than INR 1 Lakhs a year)
I am the one who experienced it, so I know it.. I don't know what is the use of this shitty loyalty program . Clearly FE doesn't care about loyal customers.
