Extremely rude and indifferent staff. Vibe is of a government post office. Since its located in a mall, they get a steady footfall which means they really don't need to put in any effort at all. But while you would expect indifference, like the local Mother Dairy manager with their almost zero-effort job, here you would face utmost hostility. The female staff is so judgemental which is absurd given their own class position, or they wouldn't be working there. Resentment, probably, and extreme unprofessionalism. Though the outlet was really good pre-pandemic. Better to buy stuff online that ruin your day facing these miserable folks.

I am using forest essential products from last 2 years and the store in select city mall is one of my favourite place to buy my products. “Himanshu” from the select city mall, saket store is very well behaved person and has really good knowledge on products. He always welcome customers with a smile and has very good interpersonal skills. I highly recommend this store and when you have any doubt you may ask Himanshu, he is very helpful. Thank you

I've been using this face wash from Forest Essentials for ages! It's a bit pricey, but totally worth it.

I will share story ... I ordered online product to Europe. Customs charge was 57 Euro for just three small creams. I asked FE that why you did not inform before, to which they said., it is not predicted, If you return the product, we will take money from your refund.. I ordered product worth 13,000. Then they gave dhamki, if producr is damaged , we will not return refund at all. I boycott this brand from Now on! Really money greedy business..in the end it is just some ayurvedic soaps and things that you can get anywhere! Quality is not that worth the price!!! We all saw case of Dior bags when police raided them. Hence, overprice does not mean good quality

It is a regular store nothing special or different about it

Rude, indifferent, and pathetic staff. Purchased over 13000rs and was treated with ultimate disrespect. Not sure why this brand hired these lazy and terrible staff to ruin the brand's image.

We visited the store on 28th August (evening) and we were highly disappointed to find that the staff who were present at that time in the store were extremely rude. They were constantly down playing us and seemed like they are not interested in selling. Would prefer to travel the extra mile to go to another branch rather than ever visiting this store and would suggest the same for everyone looking to buy from forest essentials.

Love using its products especially the face cleanser, bath oil and body milk. This store has a nice and vast collection of products.
