Foresters Hall

We spent two days in Sara and Peter’s lovely hotel and everything was charming, it really felt like a getaway. The food itself would be worth the visit, the seafood was one of the best we had in a while! The location was very convenient and we enjoyed all the great tips the hosts gave us. The pool gives a nice Mediterranean twist to this English riviera town! Warmly recommend.

Absolute perfection! We had the warmest welcome from the lovely owners Sara and Paul which continued throughout our stay. The room was beautifully appointed and had every thing we needed. Including hair straighteners! The bathroom was huge with a gorgeous roll top bath. The bar has a fabulous selection of wines and cocktails on offer with big comfy sofas to enjoy them on. It’s minutes walk from the centre of town so a great location. We will definitely be back next year and will remember to pack our swimmers!

We have been coming here for years and it just keeps getting better and better. Owners Sara and Peter give a personal touch to every stay and the staff are highly trained, eager, and no ask is too much. Dinner is was delicious and unforgettable on the terrace with the fire blazing. Breakfasts full of fresh fruit and yoghurts and the rooms all have their own personal charm. Don’t forget trunks for the delightful pool!

We had such a lovely meal at Forrester's Hall. At arrival we were greeted by the owners & very friendly staff. The bar are its so beautiful cosy & private. The Lebanese Rose wine was super.||Our meal was so tasty, a small menu but everything on it was just superb so not easy to choose as I liked everything in it. Everything was cooked fresh the Chef is simply AMAZING. Great portions & wine selection.||And then what to have for dessert once again I wanted to have one each hehehe, it was divine.||From beginning to end great service. It was a lovely & special evening.

Peter and Sarah are the most wonderful attentive hosts. |The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, even down to hair straighteners!|It has annoyed me in the past with previous owners for a while they didn’t include breakfast and you had to pay if you wanted to eat there|Things are very different now fresh fruit and berries yogurt, smoked salmon, Parma ham, toast etc and boiled eggs. Lovely cappuccinos (with no extra charge unlike the hotel we stayed in the night before!!!)

We had once again, an absolutely great time at The foresters Hall hotel.|The warm friendly atmosphere and surroundings are really lovely there as are all the staff, The chef was great, excellent food, really enjoyed our meal there.and our hosts Sara and Peter are so friendly, they always make time in their busy schedule to talk to us. This is our second visit and we left knowing if possible we would definitely return again. 😊

A unique and rather charming hotel where we stayed for our wedding weekend. Personal service form Sarah and Peter start to finish and went out of their way to accommodate 40 friends and family the night before our big day for drinks in both the garden and the beautiful bar areas.|The hotel itself couldn't be better located in the most quiet and idyllic streets but a short distance from the town.|A most welcoming and homely getaway - highly recommended.

Called in for s drink and had a very warm welcome, fantastic coffee, local Island blend, great value, not ridiculous hotel prices as some places charge, and a relaxing hour in this beautiful hotel. Must return soon to sample the food.
