This is my go go place when I land at time square. Always bright and open to welcome women and men to shop something trendy and stylish. There are 3 levels to this, starting with the main level and lower levels. The mall like structure makes it easy for elevator to work and wheelchair accessible. They also have multiple mirrors to check out your chic look Check out this place for once and you’ll never leave unsatisfied

Such a huge amazing store. I love Forever 21 but its so sad the company’s closing their stores for good ..

This Forever21 has a large selection of awesome accessories, Plus Size section and lots of other goods.

My daughter wanted to go-to this store. I put it on gps and didn't realize it was in the middle of Time Square. The traffic was horrible to get there. Got very lucky with parking, but had to stay in the car while she shopped. Surprisingly for all the clothes she purchased it didn't come out expensive. I thought it would be really bad due to the location.

This is a very nice store with lots of space and several floors. This store caters to the younger crowd; as the name suggests of course. The clothes are very trendy and there were lots of sales for the clothes leaving from one season to the next. Lots of pills and halter tops crop tops and jeans.

The store is amazing but the staff we encountered were so so rude. One of us is a transplant patient and had to sit for a few minutes due to pain. The closest thing to a chair was the solid block that the mannequins stand on. She didnt move the mannequin but definitely had to sit. Someone with a walkie decided to engage her 3 separate times insisting she moves. When we explained that the person sitting on the block is a transplant patient who simply needed to sit for a few minutes, his response was "I don't care." He even went as far as to call security. They claim the mannequin would fall or break which was so ridiculous. Total amount of time spent sitting was less than 15 minutes. He spent about 8 minutes being rude and unsympathetic. Some human he is. She never moved....security eased up but not ol boy.... We will never come in here again. Considering how far we drove to come to NY. I know that with this attitude, this person will not last with this company and if this is what customer service means to the company, then neither will Forever 21. The people you disrespect are the reason you stay in business. Shame on this awful supervisor!!!! Picture of the block and part of the massive mannequin attached.

In my opinion F21 on Times Square is just a freaking zoo but with only wild and scarry animals. Sure this has to do with the unbelievable crowd that is pushing each other around there but this does not explain the - again in my opinion - screw you face almost each and every employee shows in this store. If you cannot cope with such a crowd then go and work at a family store that closes at eight. I still give em credit as the customers seem to forget all manners they might have had once before. I was shocked at the mess they leave behind. It's like... but check the pics. They show more than words can tell. Will sure never visit this place again as shopping is just no fun like that.

Forever 21 is no longer in Hawaii so I was happy to find this store in the Times Square area because Hawaii doesn't qualify for free shipping. But be aware that prices in the store do not match online prices but you can always ask for the lower price if you show them the online price. But (sorry, another but) my cell phone reception was only limited to the street level. Going down to the lower floors, I lost reception. Which is junk when comparing prices online. Anyway, the store is huge and I spent a while shopping and I am not a shopper! I was happy to see lots of Hello Kitty items as well as athletic wear. There were lots of dresses, but I wasn't looking for a dress. I walked to this store from my hotel, so I don't know if there is any parking. But if you are in the Times Square area, you can't miss shopping here.

Love the vast selection available but hate the customer service. Almost all of the workers seem like they don't want to be there. The cashier who helped us was extremely lazy, rolled her eyes, and gave us blunt but wrong answers when we inquired about sizes. I don't know wether this was racially motivated due to the way she treated other customers but it's clearly unacceptable.

I used to like this stores regardless the quality of clothes you sell, but the location at Bridgewater Mall NJ has the music to loud and someone play music in Spanish which the most of the customers don't understand, was very obscene with bad words very disrespectful for the clientes !! This happened at 3pm on Saturday 18

The biggest forever 21 I have ever been to. There wasn't much floor staff to help with finding things and that was expected with the pandemic. It was clean and had really good music playing overhead. We could have EASILY spent too much money here! They had such a variety of sundresses, shorts and graphic tees. I guess everything is bigger in New York. We were able to get in and out of the store rather quickly and the staff was very nice. The ladies at the check out desk helped us to get everything we needed purchased. They were so pleasant that I wouldnt mind returning just to hang out with them lol.

I'm sorry but this is the best forever 21 I have ever been to. For starters, it's massive there's a total of 3 levels. The store is actually pretty put together, I'm used to forever 21's being in a state of complete chaos. Clothes all over the place, no sort of structure or anything. But this one was pretty well organized and even more surprising the clothes were actually cute! I saw an array of items I was wanting to purchase. Not to mention they play great music! This forever 21 is right smack in the center of Times Square and I love it. The only flaw about this store is that the service as far as checking out was pretty slow. Other than that I absolutely love this store!!

As a tourist who loves shopping I died of happiness here. I'm not even sure how many floors they had 5-6??? Normal entrance womens clothes once you go down, another floor of womens clothes, then go down again huge section of for sale clothes basically a floor full of for sale and half of that area was kids section then another floor plus size and then mens floor. But when i say i could be there for hours i really could've been employees were nice and i found such cute stuff to wear here these days for 5-15$ I would def recommend here:) In the pics the dress and bows and skirt and top found there for such amazing prices $15 the dress $5 the skirt and $9 the top I believe. They def will have stuff you don't see at your hometown forever 21's.

I hate to see all my favorite Forever 21 locations close! This is one of the last ones I know I can visit. When trends in clothing come and go it's best to find an inexpensive store like Forever 21. I'm also a fan of this store because the clothes are my size in most of the styles. Even though I love to shop here I can see their demise coming. The clothing I purchase typically doesn't hold up for very long. It probably doesn't matter because the clothing trends don't last long either!! This is one of the last locations still open in Manhattan. I never need assistance so I don't care about anything other than checking out. I've never had a problem with finding what I want and the check out process at this location. If you're nearby help me keep them in business!

The staff inside the store was so rude! Abandoned like three things on our way out. We're not supporting that.

... forever21 Harold square NY the worst customer service in my life So I wish this store could close because of a cashier and managers I really don't want describe her because it wouldn't be anything good because then I would be bullying her ,and I will be taking legal actions against forever21 that young lady and the managers not who is supposedly having xxx intercourse with her was told by a worker hence why she disrespect customer and get away with it , and acts like she owns this store.. I have never seen this young lady in my life until the first encounter when she called me a bbbbch under her breath reported her to the manager who was right there nothing happen went back to the second time her manager sent her to profile me which is not her job but he gave her the authority to . "I have never steal in my life " but because I take a hang bag to work i automatically a target anyways went to the register she walked away when it was my turn to cash the third time was recent it was my time to cash out she was looking in disgust rolling eyes laughing out loud leaving the cash register area again ‼‼‼‼ I got loud and she was mocking me as she proceeded to the 3rd floor at this time I was really upset wasted all my time almost cried because there was no justice by the manager telling me there is nothing he can do with all the attitude there is in his books , at this time my forever21 credit card was out ready to make my purchase just to find out that he told a cashier to put back my items I stood there for almost a hour as he ignored me waiting on the cashier to retrieve my items there was a security watching me like I committed a crime till I got really uncomfortable by this my pressure my anxiety started rushing down on me without any apologies I still made my purchases and left the store with my phone on recording I felt humiliated , discriminated, unfairly treated based on my sexual orientation by the managers am a law abiding citizen and a dedicated customer I wish that young lady will learn good customer service, proper work ethic and how to get a good hairline , skincare skills , proper work attire and good manners. The head office will be hearing from my lawyer. Because this is harassment. *Btw am a guy so there is no beef this worker as I stated in this review I don't know her

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My friend and I decided to shop here, big mistake. When we were trying on our clothes, the worker had an incredible attitude that perfectly describes "terrible customer service." She rolled her eyes at us in the beginning saying she could only one. "Oh we dont do those things anymore." With such rude attitude. As we pointed at the numbers 1-6 amount of clothing. The fitting rooms are nasty and dusty looking. When I finished I gave her the clothes I didn't decide on and she said, "Where are the hangers? Get the hangers." It was in such a revolting way and it ruined my mood completely. I got the hangers said thank you and she said nothing. When my friend finished, she said "Thank you!" But that worker, snared at her and didn't say anything. She made us look like a joke, made the rest of our days gloomy and left a terrible experience of NYC, as tourists.

Easily one of the best Forever 21 stores I've ever been to. It doesn't quite have some of the crazy good deals that some of the other locations have but nevertheless it stands out and is set apart from every other Forever 21 store. Not just because of my famous oily picture here but because it is absolutely enormous with so many different levels that it feels like a video game. Definitely the biggest Forever 21 store I've ever seen and I would be shocked if there's one anywhere that is bigger. It's a pretty awesome Forever 21 because it's open until 2 in the morning or something crazy like that. They don't have any bathrooms which is really annoying - but they do have lots of cool stuff and there are lots of pretty girls in here and then sometimes you will find an oiled up muscle guy who thinks too much of himself dancing in a mirror for Snapchat so there's also that. If they had a bathroom (late night) they'd get 5 stars. I prefer forever 69 but that's another story for another sexy night.

Would rate it 0 star if I could. This store is poorly managed, and worse still, has a hostile manager. Went in to get pants for my 7yo son as his pants were soaking wet after playing in a sprinkler park. First, store signs are wrong (kids clothes are on B1 but shows as B3 in all signs). When we were on B3, I saw a few other parents with kids who were also confused by the sign and couldn't locate the kids section. A security guy tried to help but brought us to another wrong floor. When we finally found our way down to the right floor, we found out the changing room was not open, and my son had to try on the new pants by the rack. We went up and shared with the cashier that there was no changing room. She said the room won't open for another 20 min and I should just wait. I complained to the manager that there is no changing room, the signs are wrong and the staff don't know where things are, and she yelled at me and said I should just leave if I don't want the pants. It's shocking that a flagship store at time square is so poorly managed, and the manager would yell at her customer vs. understanding the issues and trying to fix them. I would never go back.

They have a large selection of reasonably priced clothing for both men and women. They also cater to the plus size community which is always a bonus!

I wish I could give 5 stars. The location is convenient to where I live, they have cute things if I'm in a pinch for an outfit, and I will always continue to stop in but there's two reasons for the 3 stars instead of 5. 1. The lines for the register, even if you're only behind one person, take their sweet time to move And 2. They actually mark up prices here without bothering to hide it. (See photo). I needed this item, otherwise I wouldn't have purchased it just because the principle is wrong. Yes, it's only a dollar difference but it's blatantly deceptive. Consider marking the original price off so it doesn't look like you're price gouging.

Avoid! As an NYC native, I don't usually shop at Times Square. This is most definitely a tourist trap. I was in the area already and decided to give F21 a shot. Here's why I don't recommend: 1. Disorganized: It's a big store with several floors and clothing was often in what seemed like a miscellaneous pile/rack with different items. 2. Too loud: During my last visit, the music was so loud and upbeat it actually stressed me out and made me want to leave the store. How could this combination possibly be good for business? F21 has some good deals but this location makes items hard to find and the shopping experience hard to enjoy.

4 stories of pure goodness! Plus & men's at the lowest level, accessories on the second to bottom and then the ladies regular sizes in the top two floors. I dreaded going in here, because it's in Times Square and you know how that is to be around all the tourists from literally every country in the world. I ended up spending $78, and the most expensive thing I bought was $30 (a windbreaker jacket). I got two rompers for $6 each, and a pair of pants, also $6, and a pair of earrings. Everyone who worked here seemed legitimately happy- like they were all hanging out with their friends. The music was poppin', and it was an overall totally enjoyable experience. Now we went on a Monday night, but it was still pretty busy. I was overall so pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff.

This three floor Forever has a ton of merchandise and a bright addition to Times Square. If your kids (especially girls) are complaining they want to shop in NYC, take them here. You can get them some things without breaking the bank. I oft wonder how long I'll be able to shop at F21. Luckily, the clothes are so cheap, they're essentially disposable. So I can pick up something. Where it once and not feel bad to donate it or give it away to young relative. These clothes don't last long and this store can be overwhelming bc it's so large. But if you're in Times Square, you know what you're in for. GREAT PLACE to pick up a cheap sweater or sweatshirt if you're visiting and the weather turns cold.

Laurence ( Asian or Philippine ) helped out with the mens clothes on picking an outfit. He helped with knowing about the hiring process as well. Really appreciated his help and kindness he is a great example on how staff should be!

I came here to return an item that I purchased online, and the employee told me that I could not return it in store. When I checked online, it did not say anything about not being able to return in stores. So, I went to a different Forever 21, and was able to return it without any issues! Please do NOT be a regular sales associate making up your own rules for Forever 21! I was going to give this location one star, but the live DJ was playing good music!

This is one of the bigger Forever 21 stores. It's neat and pretty well organized and I believe it closes at 2am. I stopped in to grab a hoodie on a rainy evening in Times Square. I was pointed to the right area and only waited in line about 30 seconds. The store has registers throughout to handle crowds so that helps a lot

This does not even deserve a star, security following us all over for no reason(believed to be racially motivated) Once we got our stuff we went to the line to check out, was in 6th spot and waited 1 HOUR, absolutely ridicules when we were in 2 we had to wait another 15 min, AND TO ADD ON the girl was extremely rude, terrible service.

Stuff at fitting room so rude. She pointed her finger to me to bring back the hanger to the place that she should working on it. I am customer did not do anything wrong I did returned the hanger with the clothes to the bar. She was alone but that is her job. I helped to put clothes back to hanger and hang for her at her work place but she still want me to do more. Hey!! I come here to shopping not work for her. She got pay but i am not. Dear: who may concern, please give short brief to your stuffs about customer services skills. Bad manners to point finger to customer to do what her want.

Poor management. The lines r ridiculous all the way to the main entrance.... & all the registers on the 2nd floor r closed. And the manager couldn't care less. Well I just put down $400 worth of clothing Better luck next time

One thing I like about this location is they close late night even it always crowded but there are a lot of collections of Forever 21 clothes more than others. There are so many floors downstair and it takes more than half hour to walk around and check up new clothes and discount area. Its one of killing time place when i go to time square.

Absolute mess. Don't bother coming here during the weekends nor holidays. You will find clothes in the wrong racks and probably uncleaned spilled coffee on the floor- gross. But, they do have cheap and pretty clothing so why not? It was super late at night and I needed clothes for an event the next day so this had to do. It took me a while to find what I was looking for but I found 'em. The cashier did not seem to want to be there. She was unfriendly and offered no greetings nor acknowledgments. Well that's NYC customer service at it's finestttt.

This place is big with four floors with escalators. A lot of staff working to keep things organized. They even have stations to check out in the middle of the floor to avoid lines. Security guard at the front entrance. We were ok having a Starbucks drink inside. I know some places are strict about that. Men's clothing are on the lower levels. Also sportswear, shoes, boots, lingerie under garments, casual wear, dressy, you name it. If you're a Forever 21 fan I say it's worth checking this location out. You're in Times Square and this is four floors of shopping.

I always stop here when I'm in the city. I swear it seems to get bigger and bigger every time! Sometimes I find stuff to buy, sometimes not, but I enjoy going here and walking around. Friendly staff and multiple floors to shop. Great location!

Mess but relatively easy to get thru the chaos. Everyone is very helpful that works there. Open very late. Many of times I had to pick out an outfit there last minute on the way to a night out. Also one of the bigger men sections I ever seen.

We wanted to have a mother and daughter shopping experience in the store that my daughter choose. So we went there, in good spirits. However, the extremely loud rap that was constantly playing made it difficult even for my teen (she actually enjoys some of this music) girl to enjoy her shopping experience. It is just rude to asume everybody likes this type of music at that volume. We finally made it to the fitting room where a very rude lady gave her worse attitude when I forgot to bring the hangers. I know her job is not the best but this was not acceptable, she really didn't know her place in the customer - service relationship. After that we went into the fitting rooms to find one of the dirtiest places I have ever seen in a store, the dust and grease was accumulated in the corners and in many parts in the floor. Spare the hellish shopping experience and go to another store.

DO NOT ORDER from them!!! Order was over a week late. When it arrived it was NOTHING I ordered. Ordered 12 items for my size 0-2 daughter, received 6 items size 3X. When I contacted customer support I was told to return incorrect items and once they got them they would refund our money. Plus they would not even attempt to resend correct items. We could just repurchase. What?!? After waiting 40 minutes on hold for a manager they disconnected the call plus the next 3 attempts at contact!! Very disappointed! My daughter just wanted a few new things to start college instead she is out $80. Worst customer service ever!!

4 extremely large floors with hundreds of shoppers and o my 2 open registers waited 45mins to check out ... TERRIBLE

Forever21 as a company - makes really cute clothes. However, don't bother shopping here. Quality SUCKS, but moreover customer service is AWFUL. I placed an order TWO DAYS ago that has not yet been received. The following day, a 50% sale pops up - naturally I call for a price adjustment but nothing can be done. There are so many retailers willing to bend over backwards for customer loyalty - take your business to H+M or Zara - quality and customer service are 10/10. All I wanted was a $40 adjustment to my $200 order, Instead I will be returning ALL of the product and never shopping here again - too much of a hassle and I feel jipped.

Just left from here and they had only 1 fitting room open, it has 4 floors more should be open. They didn't have much staff working but I'm guessing because it's a Monday. They are located on 42nd street which is really busy, so they should have more staff. The fitting room was dirty and that staff member in there looked very overwhelmed.

Absolutely love this store because it's huge. I went in today and the music was honestly way too loud. I guess it's cool to party and shop but because of the location, it gets kind of overwhelming since there's a large crowd of people. If you're a person that loves forever, this is a great location on a random day of the week but not on weekends. Make sure to avoid!!

In the category of F21's this one reigns supreme. Hands down, largest selection of items that i've seen at a Forever 21. Huge staff available, yet none seem very helpful or personable. For the amount of traffic that frequents the store, it seems to be fairly well put together and neat. Best of all they close at 2am, which leaves a ton of time for shoppers to check out the store.

This Forever 21 is bigger than a Macy's! With four floors and so spacious, so much clothing, jewelry, shoes, so many choices. Apparently there is also no sales tax on clothing in NYC! Too bad I didn't buy anything! I didn't have enough time in my schedule. This store is also has amazing views of Times Square on every floor. You can see all the craziness happening from the windows, so cool!

Lots of chaos and lots of people but they have some really great clothes and shoes and at an amazing price. I think it's so cute they have a photo booth that is inexpensive and provides memories for ppl who visit.

The clothing is cheap and good and stuff but I honestly don't like the clothes here.. and the people that work here needs to watch there mouth.. saying the F words right in my ear...

Huge selection. Sales items are marked with a red or yellow pen. It's not rocket science, people. The store associates are generally nice. They could open up a few more lines and maybe turn on the AC, as it's been 1000 degrees in there lately. I know they're going out of business, but I feel bad for their employees cooking in there all day.

This Forever 21 location was surprisingly organized. Every other Forever 21 location I have been to has been extremely disorganized, with clothes on the floor, on the wrong racks, etc. I was pretty surprised that when I saw something I liked, I was easily able to find my size... usually, whenever I see something I like at Forever 21, the other clothes on the same rack are just misplaced clothing. Employees were pretty rude here, but I have never met a nice Forever 21 employee (yet) so it doesn't bother me too much. The cashier didn't even acknowledge me once through the entire transaction, she was speaking to a coworker... and based off what I heard, it sounded like they were just chatting.

I came to this location in response to an advertisement about an open house every Wednesday ANYTIME from 11:00am to 2:00pm. I entered establishment at 12:00pm. There wasn't any sign half of the employees were clueless to what was going on. Three employees said they were getting manager to interview me. If this is the level of professionalism that is managed within this location. It's no wonder the store was completely empty. It was completely rude and an waste of my time as I was Hardly attended too and spent over an hour waiting. I was applying for an Management position as I can see which is definitely needed there as employees looked like deers caught in headlights. I usually love forever 21. I was interviewed by young man that was half naked practically. Standing in an empty dressing room. A damn shame.

I think this is the largest Forever 21 store that I have ever visited! From what I can remember, there are four levels of clothing, shoes, and accessories (men, women, children). Each floor has a fitting room. There are both escalators and elevators to get to each floor. The top floor is where you enter in from Times Square Entrance. The store opens until 1AM and I stopped by twice during my trip! My favorite of the entire store has got to be the cool photo booth in the second or third floor of Forever 21. You get three photo strips for the price of $3 (pretty cheap!). The machine takes card or cash. I used this photo booth twice for photos! Overall, I didn't buy anything here when I visited, but I did see endless choices of cute clothing! Great place to shop if you forgot to pack something for for your trip to NYC!
