Such a beautiful shop and space nestled in the historic Northern Quarter. Not only is the shop curated beautifully, but owner Elly really went above and beyond with a request I had for a gift! My sister absolutely loved her glasses for her bday and it was so beautifully wrapped for her special day..so thank you! A must visit place when your in the city centre! I also got some gorgeous incense sticks that I have been obsessed with since I visited.

I recently purchased several items online from Form Lifestyle Store and I am in love with them all. What a fantastic range of products (which are all beautiful). I can’t wait to see what other pieces Form stocks in the future. Fantastic service too; everything was well packaged and delivery was quick. The curation of items at this shop is so skillful; the ceramics, cards and candles are really beautiful. I've only shopped online but the customer service was excellent, they really care about what they do.

Beautiful range of handcrafted products. I ordered a couple of pieces from their online store and they arrived very quickly and beautifully packaged. I look forward to hopefully visiting the shop one day soon, until then I would highly recommend using their web store.
