Such a beautiful shop and space nestled in the historic Northern Quarter. Not only is the shop curated beautifully, but owner Elly really went above and beyond with a request I had for a gift! My sister absolutely loved her glasses for her bday and it was so beautifully wrapped for her special day..so thank you! A must visit place when your in the city centre! I also got some gorgeous incense sticks that I have been obsessed with since I visited.

Beautifully curated store, with lots of really unique and lovely items from small businesses and indie makers. Such a coherent style across the products stocked, but something for everyone. My go-to for gifts for people that I like and want to give nice things to.

We found Form by coincidence being lost in one of the alleys. Really lovely little shop with a lovely owner who really cares about customers. Must visit when in Manchester!

I recently purchased several items online from Form Lifestyle Store and I am in love with them all. What a fantastic range of products (which are all beautiful).
