Such a beautiful shop and space nestled in the historic Northern Quarter. Not only is the shop curated beautifully, but owner Elly really went above and beyond with a request I had for a gift! My sister absolutely loved her glasses for her bday and it was so beautifully wrapped for her special day..so thank you! A must visit place when your in the city centre! I also got some gorgeous incense sticks that I have been obsessed with since I visited.

Form is a calm hideaway in the NQ. Packed with indie cards, cool gifts, and a chill, creative energy, it’s the kind of place you can lose an hour just browsing.
