I live in NY and planned a party for my mother-in-law at the Ritz at Key Biscayne. Svetlana at Formaneta gave suggestions, worked within my budget, and even sent me a photo of the flowers she purchased from the floral market for my event. She texted me and called during the entire process. And the results were just perfect and exactly what we planned. I highly recommend this floral artist! A pleasure to work with.

I live in Seattle and needed to send a floral arrangement to a team member who is based in FL. After a quick search on Google Maps for a florist near my co-worker's home, I found Formaneta. The woman I spoke to was super helpful and responsive. She was able to send the flowers out the same day I called, and she even went so far to text me a photo of the beautiful floral arrangement, and to confirm that the flowers had been delivered. Now THAT is excellent customer service! I highly recommend this florist!

We ordered flowers from Formaneta for the first time for a client and upon receiving the arrangement, our client was blown away! They were even kind enough to send us a few photos of the arrangement before it was delivered. The actual arrangement was not only more beautiful than the online photo, but a much larger arrangement. I always value local businesses over national chains. I did a quick Google search in the area and found Formaneta. They were close to our friend's house. They responded to my email request within minutes. Svetlana asked our price range and sent several arrangement examples. She actually knew our friend and was eager to help us by preparing a beautiful arrangement. She allowed me to pay by phone. She also allowed me to send our own condolence card via FedEx, which she then delivered when she delivered the flowers. She also sent a picture of the arrangement to me when it was delivered. Formaneta provided some of the best customer services I have ever experienced. I do not know a lot of people in Key Biscayne area, but I would happily recommend this florist to Anyone who reads this review.

Formaneta plants are perfect for special occasions. The arrangements are meant to last, great gift for someone that doesn't have time to dedicate to plants but enjoys their beauty. Great Customer service too! She will go above and beyond to meet your needs (a rarity in Miami!!)

They have a lot of nice and unique arrangements. Good for gifts and decoration. I bought beautiful orchids for my condo. Very beautiful, premium quality and they lasted forever. Also the owner gave me good tips on organic gardening.

We bought a beautiful arrangement of orchids at Formenta potted in an Art Deco planter for a hundred dollars. They were admired by our dinner hosts and the other guests, they really made a statement. The shop is in the L'Esplanade 'mall' in Key Biscayne a couple of blocks south of the Ritz Carlton. They *only* sold orchids, no other variety when we called on a Friday afternoon, and they said they couldn't deliver to an address less than a mile from the shop until the following day, but pickup in person was easy.

The flowers where beautiful they took my order over the phone I am very happy with the result.

Amazing little floral & succulent displays for your office or home. I love my Orchids and the simple, creative presentation that Formaneta assembled for my home. People always ask if they are real..........why, yes of course!! - the owner lets you know how to best care for each different creation as well.
