Love the decor and ambiance. The service was very good. We had the four course menu and horse meat main course. First time eating horse meat. It tasted like... beef. The four course menu was very worth the price.

A group of friends went out to eat. There were 10 of us. We waited a while for a table and it was nice to meet up a bit before we sat down. The food is often overrated in restaurants because the service is one of the big things when it comes to an experience. We had wonderful service. In fact, it was on another level, it was so good. The food added to the pleasant company. I had Beef Carpaccio & Basil Pesto for a starter and I have rarely had such a good carpaccio. Christmas Duck Confit was the main course, a wonderful dish. For dessert I had Coconut Crème Brûlée and it was to top off a great meal. I happily paid and will remember the experience for a long time. Of course, my friends were also the best : )

Our favourite place that we tried in Reykjavik, food was reasonably priced, especially considering how good everything was. The waitress was very kind and friendly, we really wanted to meet locals and she entertained a small chat with us, which we really enjoyed. Onto the main event, the food: oh wow! We loved the duck breast starter, some flavours I would have never thought to put together but they worked soooo well! Definitely not a dish I would be able to recreate, which is exactly what left me wanting more and is going to make me go back to Iceland for it. We loved the wolf fish as well as the fish of the day (which was cod). Everything blended together beautifully, flavours were top notch. If that place was in the UK, I'd return every week. In terms of value per money, this was the most affordable dinner that we had in Reykjavik, and the price:quality ratio was unmatched! Highly recommend. Also this was the one place where we noticed the most diversity in staff, which we liked!

We ordered the 4 course meal. The langoustine soup was rich and creamy, beef carpaccio lacked some flavour, the ribeye of lamb was marvellous! I really enjoyed the main and the chocolate dessert

Having dinner twice with a family of five. There is a bar and a restaurant on separate premises with common kitchen and team. Excellent kitchen & good choice of beers (wine) and digestives. Very good service. Reservation is recommended.

We had high expectations, but were overall a little disappointed. Our table was not great, service was inattentive, food came in the wrong order. Place itself is nice, the fish dishes were very good. „Lobster Soup“ was a disappointment, no flavor basically. Lamb Ribeye was ok, but I had much better Lamb on this Iceland. Maybe we just picked the wrong day…
