Fort Negen Sandwichbar

Best egg sandwich I’ve ever had. They have such a unique chili sauce: not too spicy and sweet and it works magically with eggs

As a regular customer of Fort Negen the new sandwich bar looks very promising, bold flavors and small manu that will probably change a little from time to time. The aubergine schnitzel is very tasty with a nice fresh salad and an in your face zing from a lot of lemon definitely recommend!

We came with my sister when she visited and shared the Schnitzel and Courgette sandwiches between three of us. As well as the chips (which are incredibly moreish!!) Delish flavours all round!! Not much seating available esp at the weekend, so maybe take a wee walk to the canal before tucking in. And then obviously swing back after for a pastry 🤤🤤

Lovely service! I go to Fort Negen a lot, but this was my first time trying the sandwich bar. I had the kaassoufflé sandwich—while it looked simple at first glance, it was incredibly delicious. I’ll definitely be back to explore more!

The lentil pavé with kimchi sandwich was one of the worst, least balanced sandwiches I’ve ever eaten, even though the bread is delicious. It is so greasy and heavy, half the filling ends up in the bag. It tastes only of burnt vegetables and vinegar is very hard to digest.

We went for the pizza pop-up last weekend. It was incredibly tasty, very friendly service and beautiful store as well. We loved it! Will come back earlier another time to try the sandwiches 😋

The banh mi and the kimchi toasti are just too salty. Too much going on, yet only taste the salt. Too much fat as well. Also overpackaged goods. You can see Fort Negin paper bags trashed all over the neighborhood sidewalks.

I'm a regular visitor to the Bakery but this was a first time visit to the sandwich bar and I was not disappointed. Had the breakfast muffin and it was incredible, great quality ingredients, great value for money and as always friendly staff. 2/11/2024
