Very nice store with some lovely merchandise and staff. I just wish they either had more variety or changed things up more.

I stopped by this past weekend for some gifts/souvenirs while staying in the area. This store is super cute and it really has a great selection on gift ideas. I purchased some shirts and sweatshirts and I could tell by just feeling them that they were of good quality. I recommend anyone either visiting or staying in the area to check this place out.

Google
This store was very cute! Lots of good souvenir or gift type items. Things are a little pricey, but they had items that I've not seen anywhere else. Lots of cute options. Definitely worth a stop if looking for something cute to remember your time in the Capital Region.

Google
I absolutely love this store. It's a fantastic place to shop for a variety local gifts!! Friendly and helpful staff as well!

Google
Glad to see that this store has thrived since moving from its Delaware Avenue location. It’s easy to assume this is another home goods store, but it’s a different welcoming vibe altogether. No kitsch here, just products (many local!) that are as functional as they are stylish.

Google
They are very helpful and have alot or nice items to offer made from local merchants... went for the first time to grab a gift for my wife and the cashier was very awesome and pointed me to an epic massage body oil made from all natural ingredients that I'm sure my honey bun will appreciate and enjoy!! Definitely recommend!!

Yelp
I walked by Fort Orange late one evening on a recent visit to Albany and was so excited by what I saw through the window that I had to come back the next day! Prints and postcards of local attractions, nice candles and cocktail starters, games and toys for kids, and interesting home goods - the store had curated something for everyone at almost any price point! The store manager was very welcoming and helpful in guiding me through some gift options. I was really happy with the very affordable purchases I made, as are my gift recipients!

Yelp
Very cute story that has been carefully curated to provide a warm & inviting shopping experience. The store has many picturesque displays with great items occupying each focal point. You can tell the store was created very thoughtfully with attention to all of the details. I came here for a gift for a friend and it is the perfect place for local gifts and Upstate NY items. I had fun browsing through the displays and wished I was shopping for myself. It

Yelp
Overpriced and maple sugar candies old enough to vote. The ladies who work there are really nice though.

Yelp
This place makes me so happy. I'm passionate about two things FOGS does really well -- representing Albany and supporting local artisans. There are so many beautiful things to peruse and fall in love with here; I usually walk away with couple Albany/Upstate branded items. FOGS is my first stop anytime I want to give a particularly thoughtful and unique gift. Sure there's a premium for buying small production, handmade, artisanal items, but knowing that you're supporting local small businesses is priceless in my book, perhaps more now than ever before.

Yelp
Love this store it showcases some of the best of Albany, beautiful local and regionally made apparel and housewares. Brings me joy to walk in, staff is welcoming and kind.

Yelp
Fort Orange is the best shop in all of Albany, hands down! They carry a wide variety of products, from candles to jewelry to greeting cards and posters, all of which are produced locally and make excellent gifts. Their stock changes from time to time so you never know what gems you might find there. I love shopping at this small business which supports a myriad of other small business owners and artists. Come check it out after lunch at the coffee shop next door or before a movie at the Spectrum. Long live FOGS!

Yelp
Love this store and it happens to be across the street from where I work. It's stocked to the brim with adorable, one of a kind pieces from local artisans. It's hard not to wonder in on a typical day when the cute window displays are calling. Stop in for a gift (check out the adorable cards to top it off) for someone you love, or just to treat yourself. Go ahead, you deserve it!

Yelp
This is exactly what downtown Albany needs more of! It's an adorable store with tons of cool and unique items. There's locally handmade products, art work, and clothing. Some of the products rep the upstate and Albany area - making for cool gifts. (I picked up a couple gifts for friends that grew up here but have moved out of the area.)

Yelp
I love this store! It is my go-to for gifts for my husband (fancy cocktail ice cubes and ingredients). I just decided it may be my local baby shower go-to if I'm going off registry (controversial, I know). I've mainly bought gifts here even though I'm always eyeing things for myself.

Yelp
I'm so grateful to have a store like this in Albany! They have a great array of reasonably priced gifts, running the gamut from baby gifts to jewelry to cocktail bitters. They have adorable Upstate New York items that make classy souvenirs but also non-New York gifts that you can give to anyone, any time.

Yelp
Filed under cards & stationary. They do have that, and really fine examples, but they have so much more. So trust the name of the store and get there. Small but packed with goodness, you can find personal care items as basic as toothpaste and soap, cocktail provisions including a really nice selection of bitters and tools, home goods like tea towels, blankets, and ceramics, incense, artfully prepared magazines, baby clothes, chocolate... I'll stop there so you can discover the treasures for yourself. Then I notice my list doesn't tell the story. Everything is so very carefully and beautifully designed. Much is local or regional. There is not a finer joint in town to buy gifts this holiday season. There is not a finer joint in town to buy provisions for yourself. So go.

Yelp
This place is about a cute as stores come. Cool variety of products for drinking, shaving, personal care, and some decorative stuff. Well organized and placed. My wife said they had a large bitters selection which I missed (argh!) They pleased my wife's aesthetic which is high praise and difficult to do. I can think of only one other store in the capital district for which this can be said and it's in Saratoga.

Yelp
This is a little store next door to the Spectrum Theater... They have a lot of cute unusual items you don't find every where. Scarfs, jewelry, plants, greeting cards, art and much much more to numerous to list! They are having a close out sale as they are closing for good. To bad as it a quaint little shop. Not enough of these type of shops in the area.

Yelp
Hands down my favorite shop in the Capital Region. This place is adorable and their inventory is immaculately curated. They sell a range of home goods, jewelry, accessories, and other various trinkets. I wish I could live in this store - I want my apartment to look like this! This is a great place for gifts, and prices are very reasonable.

Yelp
Not from Albany i live on long island. This little shop reminded me of a little hipster shop in Brooklyn, so cute! Everything in the store was very unique. I did get a necklace i love it!!! Prices were a little high. I think it was worth it I love to support small business .The lady that was working behind the desk not sure if she was the owner but she was super sweet and helpful. I really hope to see this place stay and grow. Id love to come back and get some gifts and even more jewelry!

Couldn't love this place more! Great gifts, cool handmade stuff. It's like nothing else in Albany.

Yelp
Great gift shop with fun quirky things ranging from coffee to cocktail to handmade crafty items. A Brooklyn hipster store right in Albany! I bought a coffee pot, some coffee and a tea towel. Very interesting creative jewelry. Going back with my daughter, niece and mom!

Yelp
This store is so cute, with an assortment of modern, free-trade home goods, accessories and handmade jewelry. Just the kind of place to find a perfect gift or just browser around when you're visiting from out of town, which is what I was doing. The staff is also really friendly and even helped me out with some local restaurant recommendations. If I lived near here I'd recommend it to all my friends, but since I don't, I'm giving it a big thumbs up on yelp. Check it out, people!
