Fort Rajwada, Jaisalmer

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Fort Rajwada in Jaisalmer with friends. The property is absolutely beautiful—clean, grand, and truly royal in look and feel. The highlight of our stay was the incredible manager Shyam—he was everywhere, personally taking care of us and every guest. We actually started calling it “Hotel Fort Shyam” because of his presence and dedication! As a bonus, we got to witness an exquisite wedding show during our stay—what a treat! The entire staff is highly professional (many from hotel management and even aerospace backgrounds) and genuinely awesome. A memorable royal experience—highly recommended!

The property is mesmerisingly beautiful. The food at the restaurant is delicious! The service can improve a bit, the restaurant takes a while to bring food out and if you are coming with kids and want to sleep anytime before 10 pm, book a suite as all other rooms you will be blasted with loud music until 9:30 or 10 pm. I understand that it’s entertainment and local art but then make rooms sound proof.

The real highlight is the exceptional service – the staff are attentive, courteous, and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The food is delicious, with a range of Indian and Rajasthani options, and the cultural performances in the evening are a treat. The hotel's location is convenient, near Jaisalmer Fort and other attractions. The pool and spa are lovely, and the beautifully maintained gardens add to the charm. Some guests mentioned that certain areas could be warmer, and the taxi pricing from the hotel was a bit steep, but overall, it's a fantastic choice for a luxurious retreat in Jaisalmer. I'd highly recommend Fort Rajwada for its regal atmosphere, excellent service, and great amenities. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable stay in Rajasthan

Wonderful stay from start to finish! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Staff were warm, professional, and always helpful. Excellent amenities, great location, and delicious breakfast. Everything exceeded expectations—I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.||The cultural program was amazing and created a lovely atmosphere. ||The team facilitated our travel and tour guides. All well taken care off.||Mr Darshik was a great manager and looked after my family and made the stay memorable.

Exceptional stay! Exceptional rooms, food and services. Hard to find any issues with anything during our three nights and four day stay here at the resort with our family. Very welcoming staff. The new year gala dinner was on point, right from the food, the live performances, service, and the warmth. Hard to pull off such an exclusive gala dinner. Would be unfair to mention one or two staff names since there was an entire team that took exceptional care for us, throughout the stay. Kudos to the management.

We stayed at Fort Rajwada for one night, and I must say the place is immaculate. From the moment you enter the property, it truly feels ultra-luxurious. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and both the reception and common areas are excellent. The entire property is infused with a pleasant fragrance of rose and other subtle essences, which made the experience even more delightful.||The rooms were very well appointed, and the washrooms and showers were equally impressive—clean, modern, and very comfortable. The morning breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a lavish and varied spread of items.||We also had the pleasure of meeting the Director of the property, who personally took us to the terrace and showed us the stunning view of Jaisalmer Fort under the open night sky. He even gave us a guided tour of the property and explained the beautiful paintings in the reception area—an experience that truly stood out.||The only aspect that could have been better was the taxi pricing from the hotel. The hotel seems to have fixed rates, and we were quoted ₹2000+ for a drop to the airport, which felt a bit high. Apart from this, everything else was excellent.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent by all means... The decore, detailing, ultimate comfort, warm hospitality, most delicious food and courteous staffs... We were there for 2 nights but from check in time to check out time everything was fabulous.. when we entered in the lobby and very impressed by their decore... so much classy and elegant art piece.. every corner of the property said ultimate story about of art, elegance and so much detailing... highly recommended this place for the ppl who really want to experience Royal hospitality and comfort.. A very beautiful and well maintained property. Honestly nothing compares to the beauty of this palace. The hand painted walls and ceilings at the entrance and the pool and gardens. The staff was also very kind and professional, they took great care of us. We tried their Daal Bati Churma, and I have no words to describe how good it was. After looking for authentic daal bati in Jaisalmer for 3 days, my craving was finally put to rest by the great chef here. The rooms are clean and have all amenities. The property looks even prettier at night when it’s lit up. If you’re looking for a luxurious and beautiful stay in Jaisalmer, I would definitely recommend this property.
