Fort Rajwada, Jaisalmer

We had a wonderful experience at Fort Rajwada. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The food was another highlight—delicious, authentic, and served with great attention to detail. From traditional Rajasthani flavors to a variety of other dishes, every meal was a treat. Overall, Fort Rajwada beautifully combines royal charm with excellent service and cuisine. I had an excellent stay at Fort Rajwada. The property beautifully blends royal heritage with modern comforts. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and adorned with traditional Rajasthani décor. The staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay special. The location is perfect for exploring Jaisalmer’s attractions, and the pool area offers a serene retreat after sightseeing. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience in the Golden City.

This hotel was a much welcomed oasis after our travels through India. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the rooms were comfortable, food was delicious. It’s well worth the value. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for everything!

On the face of it the hotel seems reasonably priced for the standard of facilities but it ended up being very misleading.. they try to charge you extra at any given opportunity. Obscene early check in fee (which I was forced to pay), overpriced taxi service, rude spa receptionist insisting on me purchasing a massage in order to use the facilities even though I was told it was free to use for paying guests. Breakfast was ok but quite underwhelming and the staff were nice but wouldn’t leave you alone. All in all, a really unrelaxing stay. The hotel lacked any kind of ambiance and felt very off season. The rooms were ok but the fridge made a noise and wasn’t switched on when I arrived so the bottled water wasn’t cold. Also no bath robe or fresh milk for coffee. Don’t waste your money, would have had a better time staying at a hostel in town. The manager also asked me to leave a good review at the end which was slightly baffling given the endless negative interactions.

Ambience is good, staff is very friendly. Over all stay was excellent. Room was neat& clean. Food also excellent. Thanks
