Had a wonderful stay at Fortel Hotel ! The room were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was courteous and always ready to help. Great services from reception. I would like to mention that SAKTHIMADHAN  front desk executive is very nice and fantastic man. His support is very well and appreciated.

Excellent Service, clean rooms, tasty food. Stayed here for 8 days thoroughly enjoyed the hotel services. All their Staff was helpful and welcoming. Shaktimadhan was extremely helpful with all my qualms regarding hailing cabs, food orders and stay extensions. Closer proximity to railway station, hence hailing autos cabs was not a problem. A mere 500m walk and i found economical restaurants.

1. Hotel is still under construction and I was accommodated in floor 8th which had a very bad smell as it was not cleaned or not renovated for decades. Then I was moved to 5th floor which was under construction and repair work was going on. 2. I informed to Mr Sakthi who works for the front desk. He did his best and accomodated me in 2nd floor. 3. The bed spread in the room was very dirty with xxx stains and pillow covers was also dirty. 4. The Chinese restaurant was very good with excellent service and good food. 5. Overall, the owners have to address the hotel condition in order to accommodate the guests. The owners are not concerned about the condition.

We had an excellent stay at Fortel! We were greeted with a friendly welcome from the staff at the entrance, we were looked after by the tranquility and efficiency of the reception staff, we received the availability and care from the meeting room support staff and had a great time enjoying the food and the sympathy of the restaurant staff and their chef. They were flexible and understanding of our requirements and were able to respond to our needs. We look forward to our next time at the Fortel!

Rooms are good. Service is good. Breakfast was a disaster. The restaurant waiting staff needs proper training. The restaurant manager himself didn't know what was being served was buttermilk or milkshake. He had to drink it to know. Also they served dosas to only 'special' (regular) customers. That was outright partiality. 'Message in a bottle' is a good restaurant. Their chicken ghee roast & paratha was amazing. Staff was also well behaved & informed.

All Services are good. We stayed for 4 Days with 3 rooms 6 guests. And booked board room for 2 days. Reception lies on info especially Santosh. Except one person who is handling customers is too bad. I think they should keep polite and customer friendly people at reception.
