I feel so sorry for not reading the review earlier. Its the most pathetic hotel to come. The WC water is non-functional. Room is average. They do not give any kind of invoice or bill even after request for my proof of stay because i booked through agoda. Agoda is another set of scammer here. Technically zero support and no resolution so far. Only fake conversations.

A fantastic stay with wonderful staff. Highly recommended for families and couples. Their breakfast was too good 😊 The housekeeping team ensured our room was perfectly cleaned every day.Special thanks to Mujib who did an excellent job keeping everything clean and tidy. Thanks 🙏

Probably the comment is specific to the room. But cleanliness needs to improve. Curtain rods etc needs some maintanance. Overall had a good experience. Food quality is excellent. Buffet breakfast has good variety.

Don't get deceived by external appearances. This is a run-down hotel which is not suitable for business and family travelers. The reception really needs a revamp they are just lazy and unwelcoming The first impression of the room is moldy smell. When asked for a room change, the housekeeping simply came and sprayed a room freshener . No more response from reception even when the hotel was empty The water is smelly and muddy . Make sure to keep the tap open for some time until there is no further smell and discoloration to be on the safe side . This hotel is suitable for Travellers since the location is ideal to reach the railway station. Not worth the money you pay for Never tried their food, so no comment As a suggestion the owners needs to step up and hire a manager who knows the business to further improve the place and services

Hi Management Team, Just a simple suggestion, What you comnut you should owner. Just sharing my experience.. Check in experience is completely ugly..No manners..Ideally some sophisticated people you need. Secondly Room Service: I called 3 times at 11.30 PM No calls picked up. I finally called reception, He said restaurant is closed. When I asked him about the round the clock menu..He was unaware..Again a surprise.....After 15 min I got a call from room service and he said, Let me check. I humbly request to management team to please take care of your beautiful property else you will receive such comments. I am also going to showcase in other social channels to beware and fast corrections.

We have enjoyed a party there with my colleague friends. Prices are reasonable. Service is excellent. Screen available for watching video songs. We have used it for playing own video. LIVE TV available for watching cricket. Other people seen enjoyed drinking and eating here.

Had a wonderful stay at Fortel Chennai! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was courteous and always ready to help. Location is perfect—close to major spots in the city. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays Specially miss Ambika she is very kind to us !

The hotel's location is okay, making it accessible, though not exceptional. The service was satisfactory, with staff being helpful, though there was room for improvement. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but better lighting options and slight service enhancements could make it even better. I would rate it four stars for its cleanliness, comfort, and reasonable service.
